The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We had a great spring break and enjoyed the location! The host was very responsive and accommodating with a late checkout request!

We lucked out getting a great deal on this beautiful home in Powderhouse Pass! Close to Terry Peak ski area & also a short drive to Lead & Deadwood - there was never a lack of things for our families to do! The home itself is in a very nice, newer area. Lots of room for guests with large attached garage for those snowy days. The host was very quick to respond to all questions we had. There is a welcome book inside the home with lots of excellent information on the area & things to do. If you're someone who gets chilled easy, bring extra blankets (or take one of the upstairs bedrooms), as the (2) main floor bedrooms tend to be chilly at night (esp if the external temp is zero or below). We weren't able to utilize the community room/pool - although we attempted, there was a note on the door stating the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We had checked the developments website prior to arrival & this was not mentioned anywhere. We would definitely recommend Trinity & her home!!

We booked the cabin for our annual family ski trip! We loved the space and loved that we could bring our furry friend! The home was just as described. We enjoyed the hot tub! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in garage! What a wonderful location, will definitely book again.

This was a beautiful cabin very close to Lead and Deadwood. It was off of a main road so it was mostly quiet. Not a lot of parking space but it worked well for vehicles with trailers. Easy check in with lockbox. The home was clean and looks just like the photos. Very spacious living area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook/prepare meals. Neat decor made the cabin fit right in to the area. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The basement got quite chilly in the evenings and nights. We really enjoyed using the hot tub. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on location. We had great communication with the Renter. She always responded quicky. We were very thankful they let us extend our stay by 2 days when we decided to stay longer. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The Kickback Shack was a great place to stay for a quick getaway to ride snowmobiles. House was super nice and love the location - easy access to trails, restaurants and town. Highly recommended!

This beautiful home was perfect for our larger group! It had ample space to hang out and relax and we especially loved the spacious and numerous bathrooms that were very helpful as our group was getting ready for our nights out. The host was very friendly and all things about the home and experience exceeded our expectations. We would glad stay here again anytime we’re visit the Black Hills and I’d highly recommend this home for anyone looking to visit with a larger group!

We had 8 in our group the house fit us perfect. So quaint and relaxing. Dan is very responsive and very knowledgeable of the town. We would defiantly stay again

8am check in was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We unpacked, got settled then offloaded the bikes and started our vacation after our drive out from Eastern, PA. My parents arrived before us and had some trouble getting in. I messaged Ron and it wasn't long until he was there to assist them. This is probably the BEST stocked rental I have stayed in. The property accomodated our party of 6 perfectly. There was plenty of room for 3 trucks with trailers. The garage had plenty of room for 2 full dressers and a TriGlide. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do during our stay, Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower, Custer State Park, Needles Hwy, Iron Mountain Road, The Badlands... I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Best place ever. Great place to stay. Kitchen well stocked probably better than your own home. Nice clean and very comfortable. Good location.

Tom’s place is amazing, went there for Sturgis motorcycle rally but wanted to get away also. Beautiful scenery, wildlife all around and a beautiful house. Tom is very responsive and makes sure you get settled in. Definitely a place for the whole family. Thanks Tom for sharing your place with us, we had a great stay there. Joe

This place was great for our trip! Rik and his wife are great hosts! They checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very clean. Everything you need is there, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Comfortable beds, quiet area, and lots of wildlife to see. Deer, turkeys, fish, ect. Best choice. Would 100% stay at this place again. Highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a very nice stay at this wonderful old gold mining town home. Very clean and nicely outfitted home. Did a very nice job of updating this old house yet leave enough of the originality of the place. Jaynie and Tom were always responsive for any of are needs.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to have our family there with us. It was nice to be able to host family that we had not seen for months. It was very close to The Barn where we celebrated our nephew's wedding. The house was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay. We even had the opportunity to walk downtown to shop. What a Beautiful Home! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. There was 9 in our group and we had plenty of space. This home really has it all. It sets in such a beautiful area. The multi level deck is so nice and offers 3 different sitting areas to enjoy. The lower level of the home is wonderful!! The game room and movie room was really nice. We would love to make a return visit. Don't pass this one up! 😉

Charlie's home was a great place for us to do our Christmas Eve and Christmas day celebrations with the family. They went the extra mile and the house was filled with Christmas decorations and the much needed Christmas tree. The house was very spacious and had every we needed to house our large group. The neighborhood was beautiful and bed's comfortable. Thanks for everything!

Alissa’s home was warm and welcoming. It was clean and had several personal touches (such as extra pillows and blankets) to help us enjoy our stay. When we arrived from our long road trip, we were greeted with her cool air conditioned house, which was welcoming as it was a very hot day. We were thrilled with the location because it was close to our Rapid City adventures. Our two grandboys (8 years & 5 years) were excited for the several great play options outdoors (backyard) as well indoors in the large playroom. Our interactions with Alissa were pleasant and respectful. When we needed something, she took care of it quickly. We found her listing to be more than accurate and would stay there again, if the opportunity was available

amazing home. The hot tub was awesome. enjoyed the deck , BBQ grille, great parking. the A/C was pleasant. the perfect place for 8 adults to enjoy the weekend. I prefer staying in LEAD over Deadwood. super short drive to old historic Deadwood. Cortnee was super communicative and offered up info and made sure we had everything we needed. super clear requests and expectations of guests. Definitely reccommend!

Incredible place to stay for a whole week for a large family group with kids. Roger is an amazing man and an awesome host. He offered many alternative free attractions including the use of his kayak. 10 adults and 8 kids under 10 totally enjoyed every minute in this large house with multiple dining areas, 2 family rooms and a beautiful deck with with a fantastic view of the valley. We brought 5 motorcycles and they all fit in the double garage with plenty of extra space for 8 large coolers and still room for people to walk around. The gas fire pit added to the relaxing ambiance of cool evenings on the deck for the adults. We have stayed in many places, but none better than this!
