Visiting family in Bath and this was perfect for two people and a dog who prefer a quieter location away from the town and with easy parking. Very comfortable house with good heating and very clean throughout. Chantelle was quick to respond to messages although instructions for everything were so clear that extra help wasn't required. Nice that everything needed to use the wood burner were provided.

We had a great week at Boscombe with our extended family group. The house was perfect and in such a great location with the beach only a few minutes walk away and shops/ restaurants 5-10 minutes in the other directions. The hot tub was a great touch for kids and adults alike.

It was a very nice stay to explore New Forest and Moors Valley with our children and dog. Thank you!

We just got back from an amazing weekend break in West Wittering! Apart from the sunny weather, the lovely people we met and the endless walks on the dog friendly beaches, what really made it all great was the beautiful house we stayed at! Great quality furnishings, super comfortable beds, amazing location and a garden to die for. The host very kindly left flowers, wine and chocolates on our arrival which was so appreciated. We will certainly be back again and again!

Great instructions when booked on where to park and how to get in. We didn’t contact the hosts during the stay as the welcome pack was really informative and covered everything we needed. The place was lovely, perfect for what we wanted, and great location for the beach and new forest. Thank you for a lovely stay and the goodies you left for us!

we had a wonderful stay over the Easter break. great location and walkable to Mudeford quay and beach. The noisy lobster served wonderful food, and catered for gluten free and lactose intolerant. The new haven pub was really nice and the dresses crab was delicious. you could easily walk to highcliff castle. great place to take dogs and after a long days walking just jump in the hot tub. Neighbours were friendly. You could walk out the back gate on to a recreational area. Mudeford is a lovely place to go and great if you can stay at Jacks place.

What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

We stayed at Juniper House from the 4th-7th April 2025. Talk about a break not too far from home, but makes you feel like you are in a different world. Communication was great. We had a lovely welcome and were shown around the beautiful place and the grounds. We had the use of the pool, we hiked throughout the whole of the land daily including joining up with the trail, Nature reserve and finishing at Cobbets View which was just stunning. We used the BBQ area, the tree house and boxing area was also a favourite of the kids. We were looking forward every night to the feeding of the red kite birds 🪶 session and we joined later in the evening watching the Badgers 🦡 and fox 🦊 feedings. The hospitality, knowledge and sense of humour were very impressive. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and we cannot complain about anything apart from we all wished we could have stayed longer😀

Stunning !! Tucked away and so private . Everything just worked so well for our family of 12 . The layout of the house and garden were perfect ! You literally are in the middle of the forest surrounded by wildlife and nature . It was hard to leave the house but our recommendation for a family day out would be Moors Valley Country Park . Katie thank you ! And please let us come back next year !!!

A great stay in Andy's lovely, spacious and very clean caravan - perfect for a family weekend get away! We were able to spend plenty of time at the beach - about 25 mins away - and visit Kingston Lacy and Bradbury Rings for a lovely dog walk, then come back both evenings to a cosy caravan - everyone happy! Just wish we'd had more time to be able to use the tennis courts etc on the campsite! Andy was really prompt and responsive with communication too, which was super helpful.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

A lovely quiet location 5 min walk to a beautiful quiet harbour beach and 5 mins drive to Hamworthy Beach. The beach hut is an amazing addition with all the extras inside ! The communication was top notch! The caravan was homely welcoming comfortable had everything and more you would need the games and books kept our three boys amused! Clean tidy and accommodating! We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Amazing cottage, we got exactly what we came for, a perfect English countryside experience. The environment is probably the absolute best, the house is surrounded by walking paths, fields, forests, horses and other animals - it is truly beautiful. You need a car to move around, but by that multiple sights to visit are nearby, we particularly liked Henley-on-Thames. The outdoors and indoors of the house are also reflecting the vibe, the atmosphere is very much as shown on the photos. The kitchen is perfectly functional, the rooms' size and arrangement are perfect for 3 people, and the mattrasse in the bedroom is exceptionally comfy. A great plus that the house is also properly insulated and warm, which is a rarity! We had a fantastic time at Carina's (many thanks for the helpfulness as well!) and fullheartedly recommend this place.

Had the most peaceful & relaxing stay at The Hideaway. Chocolate brownies & fresh milk on arrival was very much appreciated. Cottage is cosy, clean, well presented & well equipped with towels, hairdryer, extra bedding etc. Loved the peacefulness of the cottage. We arrived slightly earlier than expected & Rebecca was kind enough to let us check in. Also had some great food recommendations from Al. Recommend Milford on Sea & Barton on Sea for stunning coastal views. We will be back. Thanks for a great break!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's property. The bungalow was lovely and clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. It was very well situated for both the coast as well as beautiful woodland walks. The break was just what we needed and Sarah was very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Thank you. :-)

Paul and Tracy were fantastic hosts and were super friendly and responsive. They greeted us as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home. The property was pristine and had all the amenities you would need. There were so many little personal touches and made the whole experience feel that much more special. Was perfect for a quiet break away from busy city life and was exactly what we needed. We would strongly consider staying here again! Many thanks again!

we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan and loved watching the view of the creek with the changing tide. Really lovely in the sun when tide was in. We were very lucky with the weather so only spent the evenings in the van but if we had been in more would have made use of the books,videos and games available. I have never seen so many varied books outside a library! The gas cooker was excellent and large fridge and freezer was useful. The welcome pack of biscuits and bread and eggs and butter milk and drinks in fridge was very nice. We felt very comfortable and the space in the bedroom was excellent with a comfy ( if a bit high for my short legs) bed. If we visit Hayling again we will hope its available. We eventually sussed the best way to get the car in and out the space when there was another large car parked so will know for next time.

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay.
