Another return visit - always feel welcomed to this beautiful private hideaway, which is clean, cosy and comfortable with ample outdoor space to sit and enjoy the stars. The beautiful village centre boasts a natural beck with ample wildlife and pretty bridges - all a stones throw from the accommodation. The village pub provides excellent meals and friendly service and is a 10 minute walk away. The hosts are always welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble to make our stay easeful and enjoyable. Thank you.

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

Tidy, cosy home and in a great location We loved our stay here!

I only stayed for one night at Alison's place but it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The downstairs bathroom and ensuite to the main bedroom are useful, particularly if 2 or 3 guests are staying. The off road parking is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Cleethorpes.

We had a great stay here exploring the surrounding countryside and seeing some family. Very lovely village you could walk around with a great play park if you have kids. Lovely pubs in the local area and lots of suggestions found in the welcome pack. Very grateful for the extras supplied like some croissants and milk. All the amenities plus extra (shampoo and conditioner in the shower if needed). They were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating on the first night and it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks!

We had an amazing day with Julie, she was very helpful. The house was in a perfect location and everything was set out very nicely. She was very helpful at pointing us in the correct direction of things to do, and how things work in and around the house. She was very polite and always happy to help you and answer your questions. We stayed at The Curate's Quarters over Christmas and had such a lovely time. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and very cosy - arriving after dark to find a lit Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise and instantly made us feel at home. The location is outstanding - a few minutes' walk to all of the main attractions, shops and restaurants whilst being so peaceful and secluded at the same time - such a rare combination. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas break we will never forget!

Nice comfortable, very well presented, warm & within arms reach of the local amenities, restraunts. Figs downstairs on the arcade 5* The Kingsway 5* Cafes, Marples on sea view St 5* (many more) & some of the countries best fish & chips shops to name a few, Steel's corner house in the market place 2 minutes walk Ernie Beckett's also in the Market place & Ocean fish n chips on St Peters AVE. Arrival instructions were spot on! The keys were a bit tricky at first getting in through the front doors but found using the rear access alot easier along with parking at the back of the property on Dolphin St. Thank you for the Chocolates and wine which were enjoyed over a game of monopoly & cards, nice homely, warm and cosy. It's the first time we've used Air B&B and we was very impressed with Jimmy's place. It is situated on Alexandra road actually on the sea front and next to other apartments and can be busy in the daytime. 4 minutes walk to the train station & near all local bus routes👌

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

A gem of a find, exactly what we needed, and the weather was a shining too. Totally gorgeous little annex, inspirational decor, comfy, warm and to wake to the local wildlife was a great start to the day x

Absolutely beautiful air bnb with everything you could possibly need. Host is so friendly, was really pleased with how clean and homely the property is.

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

Great location right on the main street in Woodhall Spa. It is a busy road ,but didn't affect us, just worth bearing in mind if you are looking for absolute peace. Was perfect for us as we dumped the car at the back and did everything in Woodhall on foot. Beautifully appointed apartment and exceptionally responsive host. Ate at Kitchinetta both breakfast and lunch, had nice Indian across the road. 30 mins into Lincoln. lovely little break and will be back. Thanks Harriet

The service is unbeatable. The hostess made an effort to make me feel at home. The place is very cozy and tastefully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and all utensils like new. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

The photographs don't convey how spacious the apartment is inside. The accommodation was well furnished, well equipped and immaculately clean. There were small jars of sweets & dog treats to greet us as well as lovely toiletries provided, which was a lovely touch, as well as milk, tea & coffee. The bed was very comfortable which is always appreciated after a long drive. The location was perfect for our needs & our hosts directions made the accommodation easy to find and the apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the rear. It is also dog friendly with a small enclosed garden to let our dogs have a run about. It was our first visit to Woodhall Spa and what a lovely place it is with its quirky shops, eateries and an amazing bakery. There is also a cinema in the woods dating back to 1922 which is still going strong! We would happily recommend this accommodation and look forward to coming back soon as we would love to explore the area more on our next visit.

I chose Sharon’s place as I was working at the University, so from that perspective it couldn’t have been better . The uni is literally next door but one! Also easy walking to the restaurants on Newland Avenue. Sharon was very quick to respond but any questions I had were answered via the home guide alongside a hunt through the wardrobes! Thank you for the hot water bottles - a really nice touch as the first night was cold.
