A lovely place in a peaceful, quiet pretty village. Katie was very helpful and communicative and the accomodation was set in their beautiful garden. Thoroughly recommend.

The place was clean and well cared for. It was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Francis was such a lovely host. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, had all the facilities and was ideally located for our stay. Francis left us clear instructions to check in/out and during our stay and his communication was great. Would highly recommend a stay at Francis's place and cannot thank you enough for our lovely stay!

Tidy, cosy home and in a great location We loved our stay here!

This is a little gem!!! Really well located and a short walk from everywhere but equally really quiet with no noise!!! I have to say I usually sleep terribly away from home especially the first night but I slept so well here!!! Not only was the bed comfy but it was also so nice and quiet. Perfectly positioned to explore everything Hull has to offer and lots to walk to!! Matthew was also super friendly and accommodating. Our favourite places to eat were The Brazilian (meat galore but veggie options too!) just at the Marina (literally amazing!!) and Sweet Little Things about 2 miles away (we walked it but you could drive). Best savoury afternoon tea ever!! We also visited Hull New Theatre for our first ever taste of opera and it was fantastic. What a lovely trip and thank you for letting us borrow your place!!

We enjoyed a lovely couple of days in this warm, comfortable accommodation. A fantastic, peaceful location with a sunny enclosed rear garden, perfect for sitting out and safe for our small dog to wander about in. The attractions of Lincoln and Newark are nearby and plenty of country parks and places to walk in the surrounding area. A great place to visit and Jess a friendly, helpful host. Thankyou.

2nd time staying at Katie’s. Really responsive and the cabin was beautiful. Lovely new kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedrooms. The living room was a good size with a large table. Hot tub outside with a view of the fields with horses in and a small lake to the side of the cabin with ducks. We booked some spa treatments which were great for a girls weekend, we had head massage, facial, back massage and body wrap / scrub, the lady that did them was lovely. Really peaceful place and will deffo being staying again for another girls trip, we all loved it. Great that you can also check in at 14:00 so you get pretty much a full day.

Thank you Samantha and Colin, for the great stay we had in your caravan. The caravan was lovely and homely, very clean and the extras were a great surprise and treat. The condiments cleaning and toilet rolls were a bonus too. The hot tub was great, the kids loved it, it was very relaxing and quiet. The amenities were great, there are lots of activities to do, the whole family enjoyed and joined in. The whole family had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Hill Crest House was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had plenty of supplies. The game room was the best part though, with plenty of space for the whole family to hang out. We enjoyed walking across the fields to the pub at Tetney Lock. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the pool and garden.

We booked this caravan for October half term with our two children (4 and 12 weeks). Ruth was very responsive with messages prior to our stay and was happy to answer our questions. We checked in early which was appreciated with a young baby. The place itself was perfect and the hot tub is a lovely feature. Our 4 year old watched a few of the dvds that were available and enjoyed the games that were in the drawer. He especially loved that the caravan had been decorated for Halloween and that there was chocolate in the fridge upon check in. The position of this caravan is perfect and very easy to find on check in and also in a really good location in terms of the site facilities. Our children loved the pool and indoor splash park. There is so much for children to do and we pre booked some of these activities and also enjoyed the evening entertainment and restaurants. Great find and would happily return!

Had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin especially the little extras like board games. It’s very dog friendly with the balcony. Would have loved to use the bbq but the weather wasn’t so kind with the wind. All in all great place to stay and plenty of things to do in the area. Thanks again

As a first time at an AirBnB, this was a remarkable experience. After constantly looking into places to stay in Grimsby due to a personal endeavour, louise makes a lovely, hospitable host whom will make any guest at her Chalet/ properties satisfied and comfortable, especially with overseer Keith who was very humbling to say the least to take care of myself throughout the stay. With the property right on the sea front and a back view to die for, I'm very confident I would like to return if she would allow so. The experience was sublime with its simplistic yet rustic aesthetic, especially the fireplace! I wasn't able to try all the bells and whistles but it's fair to say, Louise has thought about everyone. If there is anything I could mark down, is the lack of heating in the adult bedroom (expected due to strong gustly winds from the sea at about 45hmph and it being December) which made it bitterly cold in mornings. Aside that, it was absolutely captifying, thank you Louise & Keith!

Another amazing stay, 2nd time we've been and won't be the last. Jason's a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble. My 2 autistic sons love it here and are always upset when we leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

What to say.....really this place has it all, its small, but you dont feel cramped, natural light and those touches that make you feel cared for. Cozy, and close to the town, peacefull with great local dog walks. Really you couldnt ask for more, hope to return soon.

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

We have just got back from a lovely weekend at Ryan’s celebrating my husbands birthday and our 1st wedding Anniversary. The house is beautiful and was so clean! The added extras like tea coffee and sugar was great! (We forgot coffee) there was plenty of room for the 5 of us and we loved the hot tub. Ryan was very helpful with recommendations of local restaurants as we hadn’t been to the area before. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We are already looking at coming back again. Thank you so much 😊

Had a lovely weekend at Demis place. Great location, very quiet only a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants ect.

What a lovely place to spend a few days away. Very clean, warm with everything you need. Thankful for the enclosed garden, my dog and I had a fantastic time.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

The chalet was just like in the pictures: super cosy, intimate and peaceful. Our dogs loved the beach, and Marilyn made sure at all times that our needs were met to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really recommend this spot, and we'll definitely visit again in the summer.
