Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’appartement d’artiste. Hicham a été très à l’écoute, amical et disponible. Il nous a conseillé des restaurants et nous a accompagné par visio lors de notre arrivé à l’appartement pour nous guider. Le logement est très propre et très bien agencé même avec des enfants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter à l’appartement d’artiste. Merci Hicham.

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

The stay was very welcoming, the host was very open and helpful. Very good place for families with children, spacious apartment. Everything was in the house towels, beach umbrella. I recommend this places.

Un accueil chaleureux de la part du papa de dounia, que je tiens à remercier. Le lieu est calme, sécurisé, privé et doté d'une connexion wifi. L'accès au premier étage se fait facilement sans avoir besoin d'ascenseur. La vue sur la piscine est splendide, bien que celle-ci ait malheureusement été vidée à la fin de septembre Je recommande cet appart sans hésitation.

Beautiful apartment matches the photos Very clean and well-equipped for a family . The bedding is comfortable. Soukaina was responsive all time her parents too , we had an amazing stay and incredible view from the balcony on the mountains specially at night time .

I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Taha was absolutely a nice , respectful and welcoming person . He communicated very well with us . The flat was as described in the pictures . Very clean and very comfortable. The sheets smelled very good . It had all what we needed , trash bags , toilet paper etc . The kitchen is also well equipped and has everything you might need during your stay . The flat is close to everything . We definitely recommend and will be renting it for our next trips to martil .

Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser Wohnung zu leben, und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet, was sofort für ein Wohlfühlgefühl sorgt. Besonders begeistert war ich von der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Alltag sehr erleichtert. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich, und ich habe mich jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Ein großes Lob auch an die Vermieter, die sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend waren. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen waren sie stets erreichbar und haben schnell geholfen. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, die ich jedem weiterempfehlen kann!

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet appartement avec ma famille, et nous avons passé un moment agréable. La maison est vraiment charmante, offrant une vue panoramique sophistiquée sur les montagnes du nord du Maroc. La résidence, avec ses 9 piscines, est magnifique et bien entretenue. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec des équipements de haute qualité et est d'une propreté impeccable. De plus, le propriétaire est très galant et sympathique. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un séjour inoubliable.

Die freundlichsten Gastgeber die ich jemals über AirBnB kennengelernt habe. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war super. Es gab sogar eine Begrüßungssnack mit Datteln und kleinem Gebäck. Es wurden immer gute Empfehlungen bereitgestellt. Die Anlage war sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Falls wir wieder in Cabo Negro sind werden wir sicher wieder Gäste sein. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.
