Cozy mountain retreat! If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beauty of the region, this is it! The house is as described and pictured. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the countryside! The house is simple and clean. The location is rural, so I had spotty cell service, but there were no problems with the WiFi. The kitchen is tiny and minimally stocked, so it’s not the place for dinner parties, but it is the place for quiet days in a beautiful setting, cozy evenings enjoying the wood burning stove, and a great launching point for exploring the region. Hosts are very responsive, kind, and helpful. I’m already planning my next visit!

Le logement était impeccable, parfaitement propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Fatima Zahra a été d'une grande gentillesse et chaleureuse, elle était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Une expérience parfaite je recommande vivement !

Séjour absolument fantastique ! La maison était impeccable, joliment décorée et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'hôte a été incroyablement réactif et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour confortable. L'emplacement était parfait à proximité de toutes les attractions. Le meilleur endroit à choisir et nous reviendrions certainement ici encore et encore !

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’appartement d’artiste. Hicham a été très à l’écoute, amical et disponible. Il nous a conseillé des restaurants et nous a accompagné par visio lors de notre arrivé à l’appartement pour nous guider. Le logement est très propre et très bien agencé même avec des enfants. This was the first time I had travelled to Oued Laou, I took public transport ( bus ) from Tetouan, small advice if you have big luggages or young children best to get a taxi from taxi station which is about 20 - 25 minutes walk from the coach station as bus ram packed at times. From Tetouan to Oued Laou is about 1 hour and 30 minutes but once you come off right in the middle of the village , ( Yassir picked me up and brought me to the apartment ). Yassir was very helpful in anything needed and answered any questions I had. The sea is right on the door step which can be looked from outside of the apartment which is just beautiful! Yassir mother was also lovely and greetful even though of the language barrier. The apartment had everything that you needed, it was clean, safe and warmly. There is wifi but do not be completely reliant suggest bringing a back up. The shops i.e meat, veg, fruits, and laundary is not too far giving you the opporunity to have your daily excerise. Recommend.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser Wohnung zu leben, und es war eine fantastische Erfahrung. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet, was sofort für ein Wohlfühlgefühl sorgt. Besonders begeistert war ich von der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Alltag sehr erleichtert. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich, und ich habe mich jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Ein großes Lob auch an die Vermieter, die sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend waren. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen waren sie stets erreichbar und haben schnell geholfen. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung, die ich jedem weiterempfehlen kann!

The flat is modern and very clean. it was very well equipped and everything about it was easy. Zakaria the owner is a gentleman of the old school. Very helpful. The only thing missing is a traditional pop up toaster. All the rest is there. I shall be back. I can highly recommend the flat.

Adil was a great host, the apartment was exactly as described. He was very kind and helpful throughout, despite the language barrier of not being able to speak English, he was able to communicate effectively and very responsive. All in all 5 stars for me. Great value for money

Zeer leuke en vooral veilige woning. Er zijn voortdurend bewakers om je heen. je kan je auto makkelijk voor de deur kwijt of in de garage zetten. Je kan in de omgeving heerlijk wandelen en je hebt een aantal zwembaden die je kunt gebruiken. in de omgeving zijn er genoeg lekkere eetspots en voor ons was de locatie vlakbij het strand een pluspunt. We hadden soms in de avond wel last van gehorige bovenburen op dat moment. Imad is een zeer aardige host die snel reageert en behulpzaam is.

C'était le plus beaux séjour que j'ai passé à Martil, l'appartement est très propre, les serviettes, la douche, la cuisine, l'équipement...tout est parfait, la résidence est hyper calm et proche de la plage de 4 minutes à pieds, Mr.Suleiman est serviable et même il étais pas à la ville il est en contact avec moi pendant tout le séjour, Fatima aussi est aimable et souriante, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement, Je reviendrai la prochaine fois inshaalah chez vous avec toute ma famille, et je vous remercie infiniment ❤️

Expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Le logement est parfait : propre, bien agencé, très bien situé, et équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour confortable. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Mais ce qui rend ce séjour vraiment unique, c’est Nabil. Même s’il n’est pas le propriétaire, il supervise tout d’une main de maître. Ultra réactif, toujours disponible, il m’a trouvé des solutions à chaque besoin. Il anticipe, il rassure, il arrange. C’est rare de tomber sur quelqu’un d’aussi pro, impliqué et humain à la fois. Grâce à lui, j’ai pu profiter pleinement du séjour sans stress ni imprévus. Honnêtement, j’ai déjà eu pas mal d’expériences Airbnb, mais celle-ci entre directement dans mon top 1. Si vous hésitez encore, n’hésitez plus : ce logement + Nabil, c’est la combinaison parfaite. Merci encore pour tout !
