Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war perfekt, wir hatten sehr viel Platz und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Toller Balkon. Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind auch vorhanden. Ebenfalls ein proivater Parkplatz. Das beste ist auf jeden Fall die Lage. Innerhalb von einer Minute bei Restaurants, Bars und Läden. Il paese sebbene un po' disastrato dal punto di vista urbanistico è in una splendida posizione . L'appartamento è spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario. La vista che si ha sul mare è molto bella. Un terrazzo è a disposizione sul piano della cucina dove si può tranquillamente cenare e godere il tramonto. Claudio e Francesca non erano presenti ma una parente ci ha accolto al check-in e check-out dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno.

Anna è una persona speciale, ci ha accolti in maniera molto amichevole e gentile . la casa è molto curata e ha tutto il necessario . davvero valido!!

siamo stati per la prima volta a Calasetta e ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento. con due bagni completi di doccia, camere spaziose, un bellissimo terrazzo-solarium e fornito di tutto: dalle stoviglie, alla biancheria per il letto e il bagno, alla lavatrice e ai condizionatori. tutto corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione e alle fotografie. una persona di fiducia ci ha dato le chiavi, spiegate le regole ed è stata sempre disponibile al telefono. le proprietarie hanno risposto tempestivamente ad ogni messaggio. siamo stati benissimo, speriamo di ritornare presto.

Grazioso appartamento in una zona tranquilla con tutte le comodità nelle vicinanze. Apprezzata la cura e la pulizia della casa. Matteo ci ha anche fatto trovare il frigo pieno.

I had an excellent one-month stay in this Airbnb! Marco was very welcoming and even arranged an early check-in for me, so I didn’t have to walk around the city with my luggage ! The apartment is modern, impeccably clean, very spacious, and perfectly functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building has an elevator, which is really convenient, and the host’s responsiveness was outstanding : I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reply. He anticipates our needs, making the journey smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would return without hesitation for my next trip in Cagliari !

Das war die beste Unterkunft die wir jemals über AirBnB gebucht haben. Super sauber, alles was man brauchte vorhanden, Betten prima, ruhig, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Meer fussläufig, einfach perfekt!!!

Idealna lokalizacja na starym mieście, tuż obok sklep wielobranżowy, kawiarnie, restauracje, bardzo polecam.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans l'appartement de Gabriele, la vue sur le port est magnifique et même si le logement est dans une rue très passante à l’intérieur c'est le calme. Gabriele a été très arrangeant et disponible.

Marta is a kind, responsive and flexible host. She made our vacation one of our favouries! The rooms are furnished well, and spare blankets and pillows are provided. The terrace was a great place to eat and/or gaze at the stars. There are many great cafés nearby the apartment. We recommend eating Sardegna's unique dessert at Saseada, and Leada is a lovely cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. Marta's apartment is set in a calm, beatiful place. Thank you, Marta, for our comfortable stay!

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Taty und Luca. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattetes - insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar bekochen. Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment, sowie Taty und Luca als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. :)

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war wirklich etwas besonderes! Es sieht noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und ist super gut gepflegt. Zu Fuß kann man so ziemlich alles erreichen, was man in Cagliari sehen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsstraße ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand gelangt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war super nett und flexibel. Einzig der Duft innerhalb des Wohnraumes ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vielleicht etwas zu viel Raumduftmittel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig vor Ort, aber mit Geduld findet man immer etwas. :)

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

The photos are an injustice he should include a video! So well appointed, immaculate, and luxurious we enjoyed our stay so much. The only reason we stayed in the area was because of your place. We did leave a dayearly, but that was because of rude people .we were sad to to leave you’re beautiful par de Terre Reno well done and well appointed !

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.
