Teulada : location de maisons de vacances

Mi sono trovato benissimo, la casa molto funzionale, dotata di tutti i confort con un panorama fenomenale, si trova in zona strategica per raggiungere velocemente tutte le spiagge della zona. Adele si è dimostrata molto disponibile nel consigliarmi i luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti tipici della zona. Consigliatissimo.

Eine wundervolle Wohnung mit einem einmaligen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Salvatore und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Alles lief einwandfrei ab. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter dem Zuhause vom Gastgeber. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Zimmer, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Zwei Informationen sind aber sehr wichtig: Aufgrund der Moskitos, ist ein Moskitonetz notwendig. Auch wenn an den Fenstern welche angebracht sind, schlängeln sie sich immer hinein, sobald die Tür geöffnet wird. Die Küche ist nicht abgetrennt, sodass sich beim Kochen die Gerüche im gesamten Raum verteilen. Eine Abzugshaube ist angebracht, leider reicht sie nicht aus. Lüften ist nicht möglich, aufgrund der Moskitos. Für diese Umstände kann NIEMAND etwas, aber wissen sollte man das als Gast auf jeden Fall. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr ruhig und wenig Verkehr. DANKE für die tolle Zeit.

Francesca welcomed us in person and was a great host. She was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. And the house. It is easily one of the most beautiful ones we've stayed in. The floors, the walls and the furniture are amazing and it felt like a real privilege to live here, if just for a few days. Some days we could park the car just outside the door, and when that spot was taken there was a bigger parking lot just a minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Il soggiorno da Marco è stato fin sopra le aspettative . Lui, una bella persona, il check in è stato facile, si è mostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante indicazioni circa spiagge e ristoranti in cui poter andare, ci ha mostrato il posto auto ( una vera fortuna se si soggiorna a Villasimius , in quanto ci sono solamente posti a pagamento) e ci ha mostrato la casa, spiegando dettagliatamente sia i comfort che ovviamente anche il come mantenerla ( il che l abbiamo trovato davvero utile visto che in Sardegna , da noi no, si usa fare la differenziata in modo che ogni giorno venga portato fuori un determinato cestino per la raccolta). La casa era ancora più bella che in foto, pulitissima, non mancava nulla, un bellissimo terrazzo al piano terra e un balconcino al primo piano vista mare. Inoltre l’alloggio si trova esattamente in centro a Villasimius, quindi per le serate estive anche molto molto comodo. Insomma l’esperienza merita tutte e 5 le stelle!! Grazie Marco.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Zawsze gdy zwiedzam nieznane zakątki szukam lokum w miejscach gdzie mogę wchłonąć klimat i życie mieszkańców. Wynajem u Simony to to czego potrzebowałam😁 Śniadania i kolację na świeżym powietrzu w ogrodzie/patio w towarzystwie przemiłych 🐈🐈‍⬛ i 🐢 cisza i spokój. Bez wielkomiejskiego zgiełku😍Cennym jest brak problemu z parkowaniem. Nie licz na pozostawienie auta koło domu ale możesz liczyć na na zaparkowanie w wyznaczonym miejscu o każdej porze. Do tej otoczki należy dodać mentalność mieszkańców ❤️ którzy przyjęli nas jak swoich Apartament przestronny z wyposażeniem MAX wszystko co potrzebujesz😉 Lokalnie, spacerkiem zrobisz wypad na 🍕 lub 🍤. Polecam też wypad na ☕️ 🥐 a wszystko to za przystępną cenę Ma miejscu mini market. W niewielkiej odległości jest supermarket wyposażony we wszystko😁 No i gospodarze… cóż o nich🤷‍♀️ Dobre dusze, z życzliwym sercem😍 martwiący się o Ciebi gdzieś z ukrycia, bo ich nie widać. Służący pomocą i radami. Tam poczujesz się bezpiecznie🤗

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

🏖️ Onze vakantie bij Francesco was super. We komen graag nog eens terug en raden dit verblijf sterk aan als je nood hebt aan rust. 🌄Het verzorgde terrein heeft een prachtig aangelegde tuin/olijfgaard. Het zwembad was altijd heel proper en had een aangename temperatuur. 🛌 Het appartement is groot, heel proper en makkelijk koel te houden dankzij de airco's. de keuken en badkamer zijn goed voorzien van materiaal. Het bed sliep zalig! 🍳Ontbijt is optioneel. De gedekte tafel staat in de schaduw op je te wachten, met prachtig uitzicht. Warme of verse items werden gebracht zodra je aan tafel zat. Alles was heerlijk! Probeer zeker de huisgemaakte yoghurt en de 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communiceert proactief, geeft tips in verband met de omgeving (=een kaart van Sardinië waarop hij vanalles aanduidde). Francesco respecteert je privacy en is nooit opdringerig. Hij is altijd bereikbaar via what's app. Iedereen is er enorm vriendelijk, verwelkomend en behulpzaam. 🙏

En fantastisk takterass med utsikt över hamn och stad. Lägenheten passade oss perfekt och vi kommer absolut tillbaka till denna pärla.

Ho alloggiato una notte in questa casetta super accogliente, poiché mi trovavo in transito per un viaggio di lavoro. L’ho scelta principalmente per la possibilità di avere un posto auto privato, dettaglio molto importante per il mio spostamento. Sono stato accolto in maniera eccellente fin da subito: mi sono state fornite tutte le informazioni utili per trascorrere al meglio la notte. La casa è molto accogliente e la pulizia impeccabile. Una cosa che mi ha colpito particolarmente, facendomi sentire davvero “a casa”, è stata la decorazione pasquale: semplice, graziosa e curata nei dettagli. Sicuramente, se mi ritroverò a passare da quelle parti, saprò chi contattare! Grazie mille!🫶🏻❤️🌷🤗

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment with stunning views from everywhere (garden, bedroom, living room,…). Antonella and her husband were very sympathetic and helpful. We felt right at home. We cooked in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoyed quiet BBQ dinners on the Terrasse/garden with sunset and views on the lighthouse. Our kids enjoyed it as well and loved the provided toys. Thank you very much! Our vacations couldn’t have been better! Looking forward to staying with you again!

Très bien, conforme à nos attentes! Un petit havre de paix

Casa molto curata e pulitissima. Dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno al mare (dalle stoviglie, pentole, padelle fino a griglia per barbecue). È a pochi minuti di macchina dalla costa, ma non ha vista mare, se non per la stanza con balcone (comunque abbastanza lontana). Gli host sono stati estremamente disponibili e flessibili, accogliendo tutte le nostre richieste. Unica cosa: se si decide di cucinare, la casa risulta molto scomoda per via della sua struttura, che presenta la cucina al piano terra e il patio esterno con il tavolo al piano di sopra (in corrispondenza di una stanza e se bagno); il che costringe a dover portare su e giù tutto il necessario.

Wir haben drei Tage bei Andrea verbracht - der Empfang war toll, wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und herumgeführt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben viele Treppenstufen vom Boden entfernt - das hat uns nicht gestört. Tolles Rooftop mit Aussicht auf Cagliari, modern eingerichtet, alles da, tolle Beleuchtung. Haben die Sonne genossen und sogar die herrliche Außendusche zur Abkühlung genutzt. Badezimmer top. die Gastgeber kümmern sich herzlich, haben während unseres Aufenthalts auch neue Gläser und einen FireTV Stick besorgt. Können das nur weiterempfehlen! Parkplätze gab's im April um den Häuserblock herum genug.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Cagliari! Da die Wohnung sehr nah am Bahnhof liegt, war alles leicht zu erreichen. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem und Cristinas Mann hat uns direkt den Schlüssel gebracht, als wir ankamen. Nur zu empfehlen! 🌞

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur schön! Klein aber reicht völlig aus für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Tolle private Terrasse hinter dem Haus und beim Eingang ein gemeinsamer Aussenbereich plus Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Der Pool ist auch cool aber das beste ist die Aussendusche mit warmem Wasser! Ein wunderschöner Sandstrand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Paolo zeigte uns am 1. Tag die Gegend mit seinem Auto, er ist ein sehr netter, fürsorglicher Host, man fühlt sich sehr familiär. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder 🤩

Super Lage, gute Ausstattung, bis hin zur Alexa. Franco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt und hat sofort geantwortet, wenn etwas war. Das Badezimmer muss noch etwas optimiert werden, darum wollte man sich kümmern. Innerhalb des Hauses war es recht ruhig und wir haben uns da wohl und sicher gefühlt! Können die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

La zona è davvero molto bella, tranquilla e ben collegata. L’appartamento è piccolo, ma perfettamente organizzato e ideale per un soggiorno breve. È ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Consigliato per chi cerca un posto accogliente e funzionale!

Ich, mein Freund und unser Sohn (2.5 Jahre) waren für eine Woche da. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern und den Beschreibungen. Svetlana und Andrea sind sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Unterkunft sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns als Familie sehr wohl und willkommen. Unser Sohn hatte grosse Freude an Bella, dem Hund. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, unsere Ferien erneut da zu verbringen.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
