Really lovely location, staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The mattresses felt pretty worn in the middle and in need of changing. Otherwise everything was perfect! Gym, spa and pool are amazing and accessible for most of the day and evening.

We really enjoyed our stay, great facilities and will definitely be back.

Mark en Lavinia waren vriendelijke hosts en stonden altijd klaar als we met vragen kwamen. Bij aankomst werden we gastvrij verwelkomd en kregen een uitgebreide rondleiding in het appartement. We vonden het leuk om tussen de vogels te wonen. Pauw Percy was zeer aanwezig maar vonden wij wel prima. Het was voor ons een goede uitvalsbasis van waaruit we tripjes hebben gemaakt in de omgeving.

My engineers have been staying here on and off for months now. Absolute place if choice for them always when working in the area due to the amenities provided. Always also never had any issue with regard to check in, check out or with any of the various properties I book offered by the host in the area.

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

Apartment was exactly as described. Tucked away with ample free parking and having use of the facilities of the leisure centre for free was an absolute bonus. Two roomy double bedrooms with comfy beds & a well fitted kitchen/living room with dual aspect so was lovely & light & airy. Great balcony off the kitchen which gets the sun all day was perfect for a morning coffee & afternoon glass of fizz. My only criticisms would be that we did wake up to no hot water which reading other reviews seems to be an ongoing issue, but one call to the leisure centre & they sent someone over straight away who sorted it. We also didn’t find the leather couches that comfy & as they are quite hard with no cushions, so we ended up using the pillows from the beds. Other than that, perfect little bolt hole for a quiet weekend away.

Beautiful cottage in Wales’ countryside! Justine was so friendly and helpful. The aesthetic in the home was warm and cozy. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need. The location is also close to Puzzlewood and Pennygrove railway station for the kids…it is also close enough to Bristol to spend a day there and drive back. Loved our stay there!

We had a brilliant stay at the Sunset Lodge - the Lower Mills Estate is full of activities to keep everyone occupied, all available through the booking including spa access during the day, it was worth every penny. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and so we could go through some of the local scenery. We’d recommend the local Cotswolds Brewing Company and the Bakers Arms as nearby food and drink spots. We’d love to come back and visit again!

What a lovely place! The house was beautifully clean, with comfortable and stylish furniture. It was the perfect home for a family get away, excellently catered for young children with games, plastic tablewear and a cot. The grounds were great too, with an amazing restaurant, swimming pool and park. Will look forward to returning again!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying here , the caravan is beautiful and absolutely spotless throughout. 10/10. Well equipped and a great location for enjoying Hoburne , the lake views and the surrounding area . Lisa is the perfect host , so friendly, helpful and responsive. Thank you so much. This was our second visit and we’ll definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others .

We had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s house, which was perfect for three families coming together. The on-site pool was a great addition, and the Ballihoo restaurant was both welcoming and convenient ideal for everything from a morning coffee to an evening meal. The house was spotlessly clean, with three excellent bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet, making it ideal for a group stay. We would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the surroundings, but even in the colder months, the cosy wood fire made it a wonderful retreat.

Lovely location and accommodation. Neil was very helpful from the point of booking to checkout. The estate has great facilities. Would recommend and we will visit again.

Perfect cottage for families with an on site restaurant, takeaway pizza and great walks nearby. Cottage was clean with a log burner and selection of games to keep us entertained!
