Lovely welcome. Jane very kindly collected me from the station. I felt very at home there.

Cosy & clean flat, immediately felt at home, beautiful surroundings, short walk from Leamington's parade and lots of places to eat, last but not least Steph and Viet are definitely one of the best and chillest hosts I've ever had, so much so that we're friends now! Definitely staying here when I'm visiting Leamington again.

We needed a place to stay last minute as having renovations in our home. The flexibility and response to this was great. The house was comfortable, warm and clean. Amos and Don were responsive in their communication. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay. 👍🏻

Laura was friendly amd proactive throughout, we were kept up to date on the whole process and were given some really good recommendations which made our stay wven better. The place was cosy and came with lots of extra amenities. Also a really good location with great transport links

Michaela was a wonderful host with a beautiful home-. She had thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay and was so easy to deal with. She was really flexible with our needs and accommodated us so well with our 2 dogs. I couldn't recommend this place more. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Michaela for everything! Great value, good location with local embities nearby. Previous reports about the smell of smoke had been addressed by the time of my stay. The host was also kind enough to accommodate a change of time as I had arrived sooner than anticipated. Would happily recommend.

Lovely stay, the rooms were very comfortable and the surroundings are beautiful. Anne Marie was very kind to accommodate flexible check-in and out. The bathrooms are really lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer :)

Lovely house for a gathering of friends, lots of space and short drives to towns and places of interest. Also some good trail running routes from the house! James was very responsive to any queries.

The property was exactly as described and in pictures. Extremely spacious. The whole apartment had great facilities, although I didn't get to use the gym or pool. The location is great being right next to St Regis and some wonderful restaurants and Shisha cafes.

What an absolutely idyllic location. We booked The Tractor shed for a family celebration of my daughter's 30th birthday and she said it was everything that she wanted it to be! The views were stunning, and the open-plan living space was just perfect for us. We even had a table that transformed into a tennis table and pool table. The hot tub was an added plus from which we could enjoy watching a film, and in which we sat in when thick snow flakes descended on the last morning. Monty the dog was welcomed to. We will return!. We had a wonderful time staying in Barrys home. The house contained a lot of memorabilia and artwork, which at times could be over stimulating but kept us entertained at the same time. The property had all you could ask for and more. The contact with Barry was easy, friendly and informative. We would highly recommend Barry and his wonderful home.

A lovely space right in the heart of Tetbury, so easy to walk everywhere. Comfortable and stylish and the hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The Apple store is a gorgeous cottage with everything you could need and the added bonus of being able to say hello to the lovely horses next door. Also lots of games available that the kids enjoyed. We just stayed the one night for a wedding nearby but it would be a lovely place to stay for a few nights and explore the area. Morag was very responsive, friendly and helpful. If we are in the area again we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you!

Tom is an honest host who responds well to any query. He acts in the best interest of his guests and shows understanding to one's situation. It was indeed an honour to deal with him and his colleague/assistant. I highly recommend dealing with them as they proved themselves to be trustworthy and caring.

Michael was very friendly and warm immediately though we saw very little of him, thanks again!
