Bench 170 is a very special spot. As my nephew said on arrival, it's 10 out of 10. The house is beautiful and everything was of top quality, the proximity to the beach so great, and we've never experienced such thoughtful touches in all our combined travels. The home had everything we could anticipate, including laundry facilities, pantry items, toys for kids. It was a great combination of a gorgeous holiday home and it being a comfortable livable spot.

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning waterfront Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the water right outside the door. The property is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The open concept living space makes it feel so spacious, and the large windows bring in natural light and offer amazing views of the sunset each evening. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local shops and restaurants if you want to explore. We loved spending time at the hot tub, and the kayaks provided were a huge bonus. The house was fully equipped with all the baby equipment we needed - high chair, pack and play. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a true gem and the ideal spot for a relaxing and memorable family vacation.

The place was very relaxing, warm, and inviting. Plenty of room. Quite a few appliances to be able to host a family. Loved the fact that they had a drip coffee maker or a Keurig. Easy to find and access. I was coming in late so they ensured lights were on.

Perfect little getaway, short and sweet - place was clean and tidy, easy to navigate and plenty of information and recommendations from the host/co-host. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a great stay at Alexandra’s place in Madeira Park. Alexandra is an attentive and thoughtful host: always quick to reply and address any questions. The home is cozy and welcoming, with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. While sauna and hot tub were undisputed highlights, there was plenty to enjoy inside the house—books, board games, puzzles, darts, table tennis, record player with a great little collection of records. Pour yourself a cup of coffee, step out on the deck, take a deep breath and take in the tranquil beauty of surrounding nature—a perfect way to unwind and get away from it all!

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful place! Val is a wonderful host. Great place to adventure from in the Comox Valley and have quiet quality time. Thank you Val!

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was really easy to access. This space was cozy and comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean. The host was amazing and super responsive with any questions we had. Walks around the resort were lovely, pools were awesome for kiddos. Would absolutely stay here again. This is a great spot for inter-generational families because the layout of living areas and bedrooms allows everyone to to be separate or together as they choose. We loved the quirkiness combined with the lovely modern bathrooms. And the property surrounding the house is so much fun to explore. It is a great family house and all the kids loved the pool and water slide. We have already decided to come back next year.

My family of four stayed at Nyna's to attend a wedding over the Labour Day long weekend and enjoy some relaxation time at Rathtrevor Beach. The cabin had an absolutely perfect location for our purposes. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the beach, but we also drove to Rathtrevor whenever the kids insisted on bringing an excessive number of toys to play in the sand. The cabin itself was exactly as described and pictured. We were not entirely sure of our check-in time due to needing to pick up supplies on our way to the cabin, but Nyna still stuck around to welcome us in person upon our arrival and give us a personal tour of the place. She was an extremely responsive and helpful host. We would highly recommend her place to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you, Nyna!

My stay at Bill's property was nothing short of amazing. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, communication was seamless, Bill was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, making every morning and evening feel special. We had a lovely stay here over Christmas! The suite has everything you need and the bed was really comfortable! Not a complaint, but be aware you might hear the kids playing as it's not entirely soundproof. It made no difference to us but might be good for others wanting to sleep at odd hours or work from the suite.

Lovely space. The view of the stream outside the window and the mossy wall was so wonderful to sit in the morning and enjoy with coffee. Clean and bright space.

Definitely a 10/10. The cottage was immaculate and was equipped with all the amenities needed for our stay. It was cozy, warm, comfortable and quiet. In walking distance to Rathtrevor Beach and the Top Bridge Trail. Also, close to restaurants and stores if needed. We stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend - October 2024

This was our second stay and we already can’t wait to be back again. It was the perfect space for a group vacation - we liked having the large common area to hang out in. Our host was very attentive and we appreciated all the amenities in the kitchen and bedrooms. A beautiful and peaceful place to stay and near lots of wonderful hikes and restaurants.

Wonderful stay for my wife, toddler and our two dogs, yard was wonderful and the home itself was well kept and perfect! There is no need to wonder what to do or where things are at, as instructions are easily seen and available. Very comfortable and was a great place to spend while in the island for the holidays. Would highly recommend to families with or without pets. Felt right at home and enjoyed our stay immensely. Great host, perfect location, and such a wonderful stay!

The Tiki Tiny House was a hidden gem on Savary. Quiet and peaceful and a lovely “off-grid” experience. Thorsten was very detailed with instructions on how to use everything that were easy to follow. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend the Tiki Tiny House to anyone looking for a getaway on beautiful Savary Island!

A perfect place to relax. The suite is very comforting and enjoyable for even those rainy days and the kitchen is very well stocked if you like to cook. There is no shortage of bays and beaches to see along with the wild life while you are in the area. We had an absolute blast staying here for 3 nights. We will be back!
