My husband and I along with our cat came to town for Thanksgiving, the house was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving Dinner and having family members come to us as it was a central location. Connie was so accommodating, friendly and helpful that made our stay easy and fun. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Texarkana to see family and friends!

We had a great stay. Especially enjoyed the game room and peaceful setting.

The entire home and outdoor space was beautiful. We absolutely loved the hot tub and tanning bed. Our only issue was the smell of sulfur when running the water. Thankfully I grew up with a well that has a similar issue, but my guest wasn’t as ok with it:

I’m from the area and always loved this house so I was glad to stay there. It’s well done and beautiful. There was plenty of room for my family and my brother’s. It never felt crowded. Local dining was a big hit and we went to new places close to the home. The construction zone would have been nice to know about. Even though I knew exactly where the home was I still missed it due to the confusion. The driveway is very muddy and bumpy as a result of the construction. Not sure when that will end. I appreciated having plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and bathroom towels. It was nice to not have to restock those items as well. Some bulbs out and cobwebs but overall one of the cleanest places I’ve rented with vrbo. We were in town due to a family emergency and if it brings us back I hope to stay again.

The Cozy Nest was very comfortable for our family of 5, modern decor, clean, quiet neighborhood, close to Texas A&M, nice extra little touches (chocolates, clothes steamer, keurig). Thank you for hosting us Lauren.

The home was beautiful lots of space everything there that we needed the neighborhood was very quiet, felt very safe and enjoyable great place to stay would definitely stay again enjoyed every moment that we was there. Thank you Dallas we appreciate you very much

As traveling tournament bass fishing anglers, we are always looking for clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodations that will also easily allow us to park four to six trucks with boat trailers. Wendy’s “barndominium” fit the bill perfectly! The heated and cooled living quarters were comfortable, clean and fully accommodated our needs. In the large garage potion of the house, the pool table, foosball table and corn hole set kept us busy in the evenings. There is even a nice TV lounge area in the garage! The pool and pool area are also very nice. And of course, there was plenty of parking. If we ever travel back to Texarkana, this AirBnB would be at the top of our list and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with four or more people. Robert J.

A true hidden gem! This is by far my most favorite AirBnb I’ve been to. The property lays on 13-acres which gives you a peaceful view and the backyard is the perfect set up for grilling and enjoying the Texas Sunset. We will most certainly be back and will share this location to family and friends.

The house was perfect for hosting a small family Thanksgiving. There are 2 living rooms and 2 small dining rooms, a large fenced yard that was perfect for traveling with dogs. There’s also a screened in back room with a ping pong table. Had the weather been warmer we would have spent more time out there.

I had a fantastic stay at Savannah’s Airbnb! It was an excellent value for the money, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable visit. The property is super dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. The location is also very convenient—close to plenty of restaurants and stores, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
