This is my fifth consecutive year renting this AirBnB from Eddie & Danella for my staycation. I truly believe Eddie & Danella have established the AirBnB industry 100% "gold-standard" on how an AirBnB should be run in every category. The house and pool are beautiful - with the pool being private from the neighbor's views too. Each year I've rented this AirBnB, Eddie & Danella have surprised me by adding yet more features and upgrades to the property. I've even gotten several ideas on upgrades for my own home by staying here. When renting this AirBnB, you're renting a full-featured tastefully-decorated home, not a typical AirBnB. You'll be 100% pleased renting this AirBnB.

Very beautiful home and location. The views were fantastic. Location is right down the road from UNT and downtown Denton. Close enough for all your needs but just far enough away for privacy and quiet. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. Kitchen and living room very open and spacious. If you have big family event this place is great.

Lovely home. Especially fond of the fish pond and variety of patio furniture - wonderful to enjoy an afternoon outside. Inside, has plenty of amenities, very clean. Hosts are very responsive and I'm glad they're are on AirBnB; much more pleasant to be in a home than a hotel room for an extended stay. Thank you!!!

They place was beautiful and secluded, yet still less than 10 min from the University Training Field. Super close to town and restaurants. Responds fast to questions and is awesome with communicating before reservation with instructions just incase you have questions before arriving. We definitely plan on staying again when we are up that way.

We stayed at the Hummer's Haven and it was an absolute dream! our whole family that stayed with us, were so impressed with how beautiful it was, the cleanliness of the home and the quick responses by the owner! We go down to the area to do fishing trips, and we will DEFINITELY be visiting again!

We needed a base of operations for our extended family for a week long visit. Vlad's place was a half mile from our home. The small, uncluttered house was a perfect landing spot! Vlad kept in touch for the entire stay to make sure we had whatever we needed. It was a perfect fit.

we fit right into the house, easy in and easy out made our trip so less stressful. will go back.

Pre-trip: Sarah was very responsive to all of my questions and completely answered each one of them and provided additional useful information. After arrival: We arrived during a snow storm that dropped 6"-8" of snowfall. The next morning, Sarah and her husband, Frank, brought snow shovels and cleared off the home's driveway, sidewalk, and cleared a walking path between the home and the barn! They also cleared the snow/ice off of the Direct TV dish and made sure we had access to working TVs in both properties. Departure: Sarah allowed us additional time to check-out which was awesome for our group of 15! This allowed the older members of our group more time to spend with each other as we younger folks loaded up our belongings and followed the check-out procedures. This was a perfect way for us to start 2025 and create some positive memories for all. Sara and Frank treated us like family and demonstrated that they love to help make the experience as pleasant as possible.

Lisa and Tony are great hosts! The house was really nice and allowed me to host my family for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. My mother did not want to leave the master suite! The neighborhood was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. Instructions were easy to follow and they answered my questions quickly!

Beautiful area, private location with a large porch. The house was built in the 1970s and has that feel to it.

The view was on point! Small little carve out right in the middle of the sprawl. The patio and views were serene!

Lydia’s place was perfect for our family gathering. It has a wonderful, spacious living/dining area and large kitchen. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is super clean, the beds and bedding very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Lydia was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this wonderful home!

Terrific host. Great place. Perfect for my extended family to stay nearby my aunt’s place to celebrate grandma’s 100th bday.
