Janet's place was perfect for our 2 week stay in McKinney. The home is located in a clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Janet is great with communication and the house is just as described. She stocked the house with tons of amenities and extras. This house is very well cared for and super clean. The location is close to lots of stores, restaurants and the historic downtown area. A bonus for us was the large park and playground just a short walk from the house. I definitely recommend!

Fred was always very responsive and acted immediately whether it was TV remotes needing batteries or the lawn needing a mowing. The house is in a great location close by to the trails, very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. I’d definitely consider it again. Thanks Fred!

In town for a family wedding nearby, and it was a great place to stay for the extended family to all be able to stay and visit together, instead of getting several hotel rooms. Spacious and large area for everyone to hang out in the main living areas, and heated pool was great for the kids to stay warm in the not quite hot enough March weather. I also liked that the remotes were attached to the tables so you wouldn’t lose them, and almost every kitchen drawer and light switch was labelled too! Also conveniently located near multiple grocery stores/restaurants/etc.

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The peaceful location provided the perfect retreat. The house was spacious, allowing for comfortable living, and the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxation. The beautiful kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking a delight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway!

I had to book this place at the last minute and Madhan was immediately responsive even though it was 11:30 at night the night before we booked. The entire stay if I had a question or problem he responded within a few minutes. Excellent communicator. The home itself is fantastic, double living area inside so a lot of places to sit and talk and spread people out.Everything was very clean and easy to find in the house. The back yard with the pool had so much seating with tables and a grill and a fire pit which we enjoyed. Being away from the city was such a nice change of pace and we got to enjoy the quiet and the stars and breathe a little easier. I would love to come back. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a big group or a lot of family. It sleeps 16 upstairs and that doesn't include the master downstairs. Very spacious and roomy home! Small things that I loved: it had garbage bags, laundry soap and plenty of toilet paper! :)

House was perfect for us. We had a group of college students with us for a local event so having a downstairs bedroom and 2 full baths was great for us and the kids split the upstairs bedrooms and baths. The kitchen and great room had a terrific layout (I wish our house had that) and the hot tub and ping pong/pool table were big hits with the group. Outstanding house and layout. Really enjoyed the trip!
