Amazing holiday in a nice place

останавливались в этом месте не в первый раз, но впервые у этого хозяина. Исключительно дружелюбен, полезен, всегда настроен на оказание помощи и находится на связи, апартаменты содержаться в чистоте и готовности принять гостей

We stayed as a couple with two children at Martin and Nok's place for 9 nights. And we highly recommend it. Clean and beautiful apartment right in the jungle. Kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bed, parking. Less than 2 km walk to an amazing beach with restaurants, bars, surfboards for rent and a relaxing atmosphere. Martin and Nok helped us with everything we needed and provided us with a lot of information about the area and what to do there. I definitely recommend the place. We would have stayed there for a long time but unfortunately the apartment was already booked by new guests.

ที่พักของคุณLyn ที่หาดไม้ขาว คือไฮไลท์ของทริปนี้จริงๆ ทุกอย่างตรงตามรูปภาพและคำอธิบายที่แจ้งไว้ ห้องพักสะอาด ตกแต่งดี อุปกรณ์ครบครัน การเข้าเช็คอินสะดวกรวดเร็ว ระยะเดินจากจุดจอดรถไปถึงประตูห้องใกล้มาก ครอบครัวผมและเพื่อน (ผู้ใหญ่4 เด็กเล็ก2) พักที่นี่2คืน วันแรกเด็กๆเล่นน้ำที่สระน้ำและที่ริมหาดสนุกสนานและระยะเดินไปไม่ไกลเลย ส่วนวันที่สอง พวกเราเลือกซื้อกับข้าวมาทานและนั่งดื่มที่ห้องยันดึก ด้วยอุปกรณ์ครัวที่ครบครัน จึงแทบไม่ต้องเตรียมอะไรไปเพิ่มนอกจากอาหารและเครื่องดื่มเลยจริงๆ ได้ใช้เวลาคุณภาพกับครอบครัวจริงๆ แถมเด็กๆ ได้แช่อ่างอาบน้ำพร้อมหยอด bath bomb ลงไปให้เกิดฟอง แฮปปี้กันมากๆ ช่วงเช้าก็มีเครื่องปิ้งขนมปัง และ เครื่อง Nespresso ให้บริการ (แคปซูลละ 40บาท) จึงไม่ต้องออกไปหาอาหารเช้าข้างนอก เหนือสิ่งอื่นใดเลยคือตัวคุณ Lyn เจ้าของห้อง ที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือและสื่อสารกับเราอย่างตรงไปตรงมาและรวดเร็วมาก แถมยังแนะนำที่กินที่เที่ยวให้ด้วย รู้สึกประทับใจมากๆ ถ้ามาภูเก็ตอีกก็จะมาพักที่นี่อีกครับ ขอบคุณมากๆครับ

За последние 5 лет путешествий я встречал много отелей и хозяев, но Егор – настоящий образец гостеприимства! С первых минут пребывания он окружил нас заботой и вниманием, словно мы давно знакомы. Егор невероятно вежливый, чуткий и всегда готов помочь, даже если просьба не связана напрямую с его обязанностями. Благодаря ему мы быстро освоились, и наш отдых стал по-настоящему комфортным. В квартире чистота и порядок, создается впечатление, что мы – её первые гости. В комплексе также есть всё необходимое для удобства, а до моря всего 10-15 минут прогулки, что добавляет приятных впечатлений. Егор и его жена сделали наш отдых незабываемым!

Very nice and clean place host was very friendly and accommodating. Very Family Friendly area. Very close to the beach . Highly recommend stopping by “Phen's Restaurant Bar & Coffee” right on the beach very good food!

Нам оказалось не совсем легко найти, но не смотря на это место и само Ольга очень классное особенно, если вы с ребенком все рядом рестораны, магазины и самое главное тихо и спокойно бассейн подойдут для детей любого возраста мне очень все правда понравилось я вновь вернусь спасибо 🙏

Отличное камерное место, в мае было немного людей, детей мало, тихо и курить нельзя. Аппарты находятся ближе к береговой линии, но не прямо у нее. Из небольших минусов Baan Mai Khao - насекомые, вероятно это только в мае такая история. Наличие машины или байка предпочтительно, в районе Mai Khao рядом с Marriot немного чем можно заняться. Море супер, на фото выглядит хуже, в жизни гораздо красивее. В плохую погоду красивые волны. Закат великолепный

Tim and Wit were always responsive, and answered our queries almost in a real time manner. I stayed with my girlfriend, and we had a medical issue that was potentially serious. Within minutes, they came to drive us to the local clinic. And Wit stayed by our side for hours in case, additional help was needed. Tim lived locally so he knew the best nearby restaurants, and so he informed us accordingly. In fact, within a short walking distance, there were several Thai places that provided delicious meals with courteous service. Tim's places all provided access to quiet, almost empty, beaches, and beautiful sunset views in the evening. We stayed for a full month, and enjoyed and appreciated Tim's place as well as his service. So much so that we booked another full month for the following year.

M We had an incredible stay at Tim’s place. The house is beautiful, located just across the road from a pristine, peaceful beach. Tim is an exceptional host — responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. When a power cut happened one night, he quickly arranged for us to move to another place with electricity and air conditioning, which made all the difference. The location is a bit outside of town, but Tim generously offered us lifts, and ordering Grab cars was easy. We also managed to get essentials delivered through the Lotus app. There are plenty of great dining spots nearby, and Tim thoughtfully provides a guide to help you find them. He even arranged a driver for us one afternoon — my daughter absolutely loved the experience! We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Une petite maison certes vétuste, mais l'environnement et sa situation me feront y revenir. La mer juste à coté, une belle plage à perte de vue où l'on peut se baigner. Les chants des oiseaux, les petits cris des écureuils, en bruit de fond pour vos petits déjeuners avec plus loin le celui du doux ressac des vagues accompagneront vos petits déjeuners et vos repas sur la terrasse. Je conseille à tous ceux qui aiment la tranquillité dans un environnement de verdure.

The place very peaceful and beautiful. The place is right across from the beach, and loved his dog Daisy and cats Dana and Dusty. We will come again.

We, a family of five with 3 young kids (5y, 4y, 1y), had a wonderful time at the clean & nice accommodation. It's in a quiet location, no ATMs or shops in close walking distance, only some restaurants nearby. Just one street needs to be crossed to reach the stunning beach. The passing traffic can get a bit loud, but it did not affect us. We arrived and immediately felt comfortable. Communication with Tim&Wit was fantastic, they were always available&helpful. A high chair for our 1y old child was organized especially for us & any necessary things were provided on demand plus Tim took us to the supermarket for our grocerys. He supported in any way he could & also helped us with needed taxi transport. We loved it there, the beach is so nice & not visited by many people. A perfect place to relax, but some attention is needed to the waves due to undercurrent. It's one of the nicest beaches we have been to in Thailand. We would love to return soon & can recommend this place. It's a true gem!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment. Es ist sehr überschaubar eingerichtet mit Bett Kühlschrank und eigenem Bad, dies würde allerdings durch die überaus herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber aufgewertet. Sie waren sehr herzlich hilfsbereit und hilfreich bei Tipps für die Umgebung. Unbedingt auch im zugehörigen Familien Restaurant essen gehen 👌🙏

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

This place was great! Basically a studio with a sliding glass door to separate the bed from the main living space. It's clear glass, so not private. The view from the balcony was toward the beach, but even though it was the top floor, we couldn't see the water. Still,a beautiful view of tree tops and sunset. Only negative was that there was almost no water pressure in the mornings, and therefore no hot water either. But that got better later in the day.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was impeccably clean and fitted with all the necessities, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic … much quieter and more family-friendly than Patong, yet still well-connected. Grabbing a Bolt or taxi is super easy and affordable. Just 20 minutes away is Turtle Village, which has some restaurants and shops, but I wouldn’t recommend it as the food isn’t great and is overpriced. Instead, I highly recommend local restaurants like “Micky Monkey Beach Restaurant”, located right next to the condo complex, for amazing, cheap and authentic Thai food. Nearby hotels like Renaissance and JW Marriott offer great restaurants with a mix of Int. and Thai cuisine. The condo complex itself is ideal, featuring pools, a stunning beach, a gym and incredibly friendly housekeeping staff. The host was wonderful … super responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is nice cozy flat with the required amenities for 3 people to stay for long holidays. The apartment complex is peaceful and secure and the location is walkable to the beach.I would say that nanyang is still the most underrated best kept family friendly beach in Phuket.We really enjoyed and definitely comeback next season.

If you’re after action, this is not the place to stay but if you’re after peace, quiet a pristine beach with hardly anyone on it then I highly recommend this place. There’s lots of comments about needing a car or motorbike to get around. You absolutely don’t, everything is walkable. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Turtle village is a short walk. You can get almost anything you need. A major plus for us after travelling around Asia for the past four months was the place has a washing machine. We will definitely be back in the future.
