The room looks like the photos. The shower was hot and the aircon was cold the only night I needed it. The outside balcony is ground level but nobody ever walked past. The location is near several good gyms and central to Rawai in general. The host is also exceedingly pleasant. The room was a great value when I stayed!

Spacious, conveniently located, good city views and a fair price. Appreciated the fast communication and help provided by the host. This is great if you have 4-6 people staying together and need a nice place to stay. Also washing machine, dryer, fridge and kitchen was handy for day to day living.

原本訂的房源因冷氣壞了， 我一下飛機，就收到房主的告知！ 升級我們二人入住超大房源， 四間房間、客廳、餐廳、三間廁所、 還有一個小花園和大陽台！ 除了不另外收費外， 還特別叫車到機場接我們入住！ 除了房源離asok約要走15分鐘， 但這我們都還是可以接受的。 房主非常主動積極了解我們的需求， 也很快的即時回覆！ 房間非常的乾淨， 我和我的朋友都非常喜歡！ 下次再來曼谷， 還是會選房主的房源來入住！ 非常的讚！👍

We had such an incredible time, absolutely perfect for remote working with very reliable internet and many places to work across the complex. If we come back to Koh Lanta we will 100% be staying back here, very convenient, great food, great staff and the hosts were incredibly helpful with arranging ick up and drop offs even with our flight delays. Thanks for a great stay!

From start to finish our stay was spectacular at Charles' place. The apartment is a good size with ample space for storing belongings, cooking in the kitchen, and lounging. Comfort is optimum with great beds, hot water with good pressure, and robes and slippers provided. The area is very walkable with good restaurants, coffee shops, temples, and the night markets close by. The best part, is definitely Charles himself, who has set up amazing opportunities for his guests. He set us up with cooking classes, a temple tour, an elephant experience, and a driver for a day excursion to Inthanon. We also had an amazing dining experience with Charles at a local 5 star restaurant. Did I mention that he chauffeurs his guests to and from the airport? His care for his guests truly made our stay interesting, fun, and stress free. We will return.

A great place, quiet with views to the mountains. There is a shuttle bus 5 times a day, which is worth taking if you haven't hired a bike - the walk into town/beach is about 20-25 minutes but it can get very warm of course (but the walk/directions are not difficult). The place is excellent, and Maneerat helps if you ask for anything (I have a lot of online calls in the day and she brought an office chair for me to use).....it's not crowded with things but enough to relax with decent TV (I didn't use, but my partner did frequently :-) ) There are some local places to get some food, a small local restaurant opposite which is actually pretty good, but only open for a few hours a day, not sure of the exact times but about 12-6.....when I say restaurant, those who know Thailand know what I mean about 'Local' restaurant....either way, takeaway is also fine). Other places near are all takeaway street style food, with the nears proper restaurants about 15 minutes walk away.

I had a pleasant two-week stay in this well-appointed apartment, which featured a range of amenities including televisions with Netflix, a comfortable bed, an efficient washing machine good refrigirator, and robust security measures such as keycard access for the elevators and security personnel at the gate. The location was convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from Beach Road.

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Every single room had breathtaking views of the city, making our stay feel even more special. The apartment featured high-end finishes and was exceptionally well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself was top-notch, and the location was perfect—super convenient for getting to everything we wanted to do in Bangkok. If you’re looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in the city, this is the place to book. Highly recommend!

Alfred gave clear instructions to check in since the office isn't visible from the street. Staff was friendly at the building and helpfully opened the lobby doors every time we entered or exited. The check in staff can hold bags and luggage if you arrive before the check in time which was very convenient. The place was perfect for a group of 3-4. It's not a very large space but we weren't cramped in any way. It was clean and there were plenty of linens and basic toiletries supplied by Alfred. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and the night scene was very lively but you don't hear it at all from the unit. Perfectly located so that you don't have to leave the neighborhood to have plenty to do. Accessible to tuk tuks and taxis and there were nearby currency exchange spots and 7-11s. We would definitely recommend this place and the host again!

Schöne Unterkunft in Phuket, wir haben besonders den Pool der Anlage genossen:) Die Wohnung liegt zwar in keiner so schönen direkten Umgebung, aber Phuket Old Town, Patong und viele andere Aktivitäten sind aber super mit einem Roller erreichbar. Alles war sauber und es war alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Vi tyckte lägenheten var bra ligger på våning 5. Finns pool och gym. nära till havet och 2 shopping center. Vi kan rekommendera denna lägenheten.

Son dakka rezervasyonu yapmıştım, fiyat performans olarak makul ama aynı binanın diğer bloğunda kaldığım ev ile aynı olsa da kullanışlılık ve mobilya açısından eksileri mevcut + konum iyi, tesis imkanlarını kullanabilirsiniz, ev sahibi hemen cevap veriyor. - buzdolabının buzluğa iyi çalışmıyor (dondurma en fazla 2 saat dayanıyor), asansör için kuyruk beklemek gerekiyor, kanepe lekeli, yatak değişmeli rahatsız ve yayları batıyor, toz almak için fırça yok, aşağıdaki barlar biraz gürültülü olabiliyor

What a gem of an apartment! Situated on a quiet street and equipped with everything we could possibly need, but close enough to walk to so many places and night markets. The place was clean and comfortable and we found it to be a very affordable price - we would definitely stay again!

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

房间不大但是很干净，住宿的楼层比较低，夜晚楼下的酒吧有点吵，其他都很好的，房东回应及时，周边便利店很多，离海边很近，有机会还会选择这里。

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marina et Arvid, avec nos 2 enfants. Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description. Il est encore mieux que sur les photos. Propre, très confortable et très bien équipé. Environnement privé et au calme. La piscine privée sur le toit était géniale. La communication avec Arvid s'est très bien passée. Peut proposer ses services pour réserver activités et transport. Nous en avons profité pour réserver avec Arvid notre transfert entre l'aéroport de Krabi et l'appartement à notre arrivée. C'était parfait ! Plage avec beau coucher de soleil, bars et restaurants à seulement 5 minutes à pied (à peine). 7/11 à 5 min à pied également. Nous nous sommes faits récupérer au lobby de la résidence pour toutes nos excursions. C'était très pratique. Conclusion : Séjour parfait ! (3 nuits)

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

Проживали в этом замечательном кондо две недели. Все очень понравилось. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Очень тихое, спокойное место. Территория чистая и много зелени. Вдали от шума и суеты. Однозначно рекомендую. Обязательно вернёмся снова!
