The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed here for two nights at the beginning and two nights at the end of our trip and both stays were perfect. the apartment was clean and tidy photos were exact. the host was helpful and easy to contact. The area itself was beautiful, it has 24 hour security who will show you to the front door. 1 minute walk to 7/11 and 5 minutes to the main area and food market of Chinatown. thanks for great stay.

everything about our stay was amazing. we were looking for a quiet private place to be and work and that was like we wished! yupa and her assistent where very responsive and proactive. if anything was wrong or needed, any question...they immidiatly answered and fixed it. it was amazing and never experienced such service before. also the cleaning lady coming every day for the garbage and kitchen and also cleaning everything once a week was an amazing service. I loved the bed and sheets. a lot of fresh towels. the shower in the downstairs bedroom was not great. low pressure and changing temperatures but that was it. so nothing compared to all the great things and if something was wrong, they fix . it is maybe a little small for 4 persons as the living room area is small, but for 2 it was more then perfect. i would recommend this place any time and all the credits to the owners and assistent N. loved him and all his kindness and help. thank you guys for making our long stay so pleasant 💗

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique maison authentique de tradition thaïlandaise pendant 2 jours. À moins de 15 minutes de la vieille ville de Chiang Maï, son emplacement bien qu’un peu excentré est idéal pour avoir accès à beaucoup de calme et de repos. Le salon ouvert sur l’extérieur est très spacieux et correspond parfaitement aux photos présentes sur AirBnB. On y trouve une cuisine très bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour préparer un bon repas. De même pour les couchages qui sont parfaitement conformes aux photos présentes sur le site. Les chambres sont grandes, correctement climatisées (et non bruyantes) et les salles de bain au top. Bref, si vous voulez profiter d’une parenthèse enchantée, à quelques minutes de la vieille ville en taxi dans un lieu authentique et chargé d’histoire, n’hésitez pas. Vous trouverez tout le charme et la tradition dont vous avez besoin.

If you’re after action, this is not the place to stay but if you’re after peace, quiet a pristine beach with hardly anyone on it then I highly recommend this place. There’s lots of comments about needing a car or motorbike to get around. You absolutely don’t, everything is walkable. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Turtle village is a short walk. You can get almost anything you need. A major plus for us after travelling around Asia for the past four months was the place has a washing machine. We will definitely be back in the future.

I really enjoyed staying at Natasa’s place. It is conveniently located, not far from Old Town, Chinatown, Night Bazaar, night markets and local restaurants. It is also at a walking distance to a couple of convenience stores. I like the amenities like the gym to keep me in shape for sightseeings and the washing machine for a light load of laundry. I appreciated the beautiful artworks hanging in the living room and the bedroom. All in all, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. It feels like a home away from home. Her place would be on the top of my list next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Dr. Supot and team were very welcoming and made our check-in and stay very comfortable. The condo is very modern and clean, the amenities (pool and gym) made it feel like we had our own rooftop patio. Getting around by boat was very accessible, however walking from the station is about 20 mins if you miss the boat. We just used Grab scooters to get home easily but otherwise a very safe neighbourhood. Only issue was the lower floor bedroom bathroom needed some light reno and the interior closets. Overall a great place to stay for over 6 guests in Bangkok, highly recommended!

I had a great 3-night stay at Natasa’s apartment. It is a beautiful place with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast WiFi, living room/bedroom AC and good security. I enjoyed my stay so much I did not hesitate to book another night on my return to Chiang Mai next week. Thanks Natasa!
