We absolutely loved staying at Deborah’s place in Sala Dan, from start to finish it was a great experience. Deborah was very quick to reply and assist with a seamless check in, and then the property itself was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and the views of Lanta were incredible from the verandah outside. The property is a bit set back from the Main Street but this made it even more peaceful and was easy to navigate down on foot or with scooters! Highly recommend this place for a group of friends or family, the separate annexe provides extra privacy for those who need it!

Really enjoyed this home. Great very communicative owners, home backs to nature, super quiet. Close to everything, great base of operations for exploring Chiang Mai. Highly recommend

nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

這次旅程，5大人4小朋友，樓主有愛心，地方剛剛好，尚算清潔乾淨，只是廁所可以改善一下，地下厠所需要大一點抽氣，如果可以乾濕分離就更好啦，總括來說都有5星星。

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was very friendly, communicated quickly, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy setup and a comfortable bed that made me feel right at home. The location was also great, with many convenience stores, restaurants, and public transportation nearby, making it very convenient to get around. The host’s home was well-equipped with everything I needed, which enhanced the overall experience. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again! Všetko zodpovedalo ako bolo popísane v ponuke, hostiteľ veľmi príjemný a reagoval na každú požiadavku. Po prílete čakal taxi, ktorí nás priviezol na miesto. Prostredie veľmi príjemné a tiché. Upratovanie a výmena ručníkov splnená veľmi dobre. Všetko čo ubytovateľ sľúbil aj splnil. Veľká spokojnosť - ďakujeme.

Great accommodation with easy access to public transport facilities to explore different parts of Bangkok. Both Sunee and Suree are great hosts and made us feel welcomed and at ease. Accommodation has all the equipments and facilities you would need. Would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others visiting Bangkok

Yulia was a great host, everytime I contacted her she replied so quickly and was super helpful. The flat was so so clean, which I loved as I am slightly OCD. The only thing missing was some hand towels in the kitchen, otherwise it is a great little flat. The location was great as it is only a short walk to Bang Tao (15-20mins) Beach and there is also a FREE shuttle which took you as well (3-4 mins). The swimming pool was clean and the water was so warm. We went the week of half term so there were alot of families with young children, so if you want some peace it is best to get to the pool early before 9.30am for a swim. The location was perfect and had shops, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need right at your doorstep. The area is super chill and very family orientated. We would defo stay here again. We also loved that it had a washing machine to wash our clothes and downstairs there were more communal ones with dryers as well. 24hr security so felt super safe too.

The flat is small but big enough for 2 people, it's very safe and very quiet for a good sleep! The area provides plenty of choices for restaurants as it's 2 mn walk from the Asiatique Riverfront and it's night market. The swimming pool is a big plus! I definitely recommend and will most probably come back.

We had a great stay at Jeab's place. The apartment is small as we fully expected but the pool more than made up for it. Its a beautiful building. Jeab was very quick to communicate and super helpful.

Great host, apartment was very nice and located in a great area with a clean pool just outside We loved our morning walks around the facility One of the bedroom doors locked itself and the host sent a locksmith within the hour to sort everything out, would definitely stay here again

We loved this place! We stayed in Phuket for a few weeks and this was our favorite place… very spacious and the personal laundry machine was a great plus. Communication was always quick and great.

The location is perfect, and it is very easy to go anywhere. It is a high floor. There are many bars downstairs but no noise can be heard. The hygiene is more clean than I imagined, and the snacks are prepared very carefully. The landlord and housekeeper responded very promptly and any problems were solved immediately. I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended for 2 persons.

I've stayed in RaNee's condos previously, so I knew to expect a clean, comfortable and well maintained room. All her rooms that I've stayed in were very good. She is a very good host.

Great hosts! Super helpful, and the unit is even nicer than the photos. Huge balcony overlooking the pool. The complete is beautiful. The room was very well equipped. Location is perfect. Right on the beach and night markets. Was a perfect stay!

Stayed for weekend. everything was fine. Just maybe adding some utensils, like bottle opener could be helpful. And sofa, when you open it for converting for a bed was little bit hard.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

The place was close to the beach but not a beach front, we liked how cozy the place and neighborhood was. Enough space for a family of 3 and was very clean. Hosts are responsive and flexible, we definitely come back again.
