Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hone just far enough away from the main strip, and close enough to the beach. The house was incredibly comfortable with a great front porch for relaxation and yoga. Deniz was incredibly flexible and thoughtful after we had some personal issues and changes of plan. Great Stay!

Innerhalb der abgerenzten Anlage ist es sehr schön, Pool und Villa ein Traum. Außerhalb leider nicht. In Bangrak hat es uns auch nicht gefallen, der Ort ist sehr laut, hat extrem viel Verkehr und wenig gemütliche und schöne Resataurants. Eines ist sehr zu empfehlen: Das Baci, Italiener und unschlagbar gute Pizza. Die Küchenmöbel riechen leider sehr muffig, weshalb wir das Geschirr erst nochmal gespült haben vor der Nutzung. Die Villa hat die üblichen Abnutzungserscheinungen, was uns nicht gestört hat, da Preis/Leistung stimmt. Sunisa und Christoph haben immer direkt reagiert und sind tolle Gastgeber. Roller oder Auto absolut erforderlich.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

We had an absolutely amazing experience! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and were greeted with open arms by David and his wife. They were always available if we had any questions or needed help, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. One of the highlights was renting their private boat for a day. David planned a trip for us with his personal recommendations on what to see – and it was simply magical! We got to experience places we would never have found on our own, and it was without a doubt worth every penny. All in all, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. It almost felt like visiting good friends, and we can wholeheartedly recommend booking with David and his wife. We wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!

The room looks like the photos. The shower was hot and the aircon was cold the only night I needed it. The outside balcony is ground level but nobody ever walked past. The location is near several good gyms and central to Rawai in general. The host is also exceedingly pleasant. The room was a great value when I stayed!

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Wanna et tout a été parfait. Elle est flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Elle est aussi de très bon conseil, autant sur les bonnes adresses et spots que la location de scooter. Nous recommandons vivement !

I booked this place via Airbnb and it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing, special mention to meme, their restaurant was great. Food was great. The host Peter was very kind and accommodating. They tried to fulfill all our requests, since we were traveling with a toddler so it was difficult to manage sometimes. They were helpful. We were greeted with coconut water and fresh cut 🍉 watermelon on arrival. The rooms are basic but the view is amazing. Literally in front of the ocean 🌊. Take a mosquito repellent with you for sure. Since their place is on a slop, I had asked them via airbnb to book me a cab. It costed me 900 baht one side, from phuket airport to their place. You can also book extra activities from them if required. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you

:-) Dejlig lejlighed. veltholte møbler. :-( der er en lang bakke op til lejlighedden. Resortet er tent og pænt. Saunaen virker ikke. I fitnessrummet er der en del maskinner der ikke virker.

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

Nice appartment in a quiete location about 850 m from the husstle an bustle of downtown Hua Hin. Great balcony with morning sun and an amazing sunrise. Comfortable.

Large apartment with a huge terrace that was an added bonus for the outside space. Communication with the hosts was really easy and very quick. We never encountered any problems in our month stay but I am sure they would have been delt with quickly. The location was very good for walking distance to numerous restaurants and 2 markets were right on the doorstep. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for nice accommodation in Hua Hin

We loved our time in Samuel's condo. It has everything you need for an extended stay and is lovely and quiet despite being in a bigger complex. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The swimming pools are perfectly maintained and it was surprisingly easy to find a spot to relax most times of day especially in the morning. Across the road there is a little coffee stall that makes fantastic coffee for 50 baht. There is a Tops Daily across the road and a mini Big C a short walk away. Other places we enjoyed were Vela Coffee opposite Cicada Market and BaanBunMa futher down the road towards Khao Takiab. We had an awesome stay and hope to return next year.

I would definitely visit Kyle's AirBnB again on my next visit to Pattaya. The place had everything you need for a wonderful stay, 7-11 right below the place, good restaurants, massage hubs, bars, even the beach, everything was within 1 km distance

The rooms of the condo have spectacular views of the city, especially from the primary bedroom. Going to sleep & waking up with that view was glorious! Mrt is right outside of the complex, taxis & Grab will pick up & drop off at the lobby entrance. Primary bed was comfortable & ac kept the room cool. Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, TP provided as well as basic kitchen supplies. Izii was quick to respond & helpful. We had a relaxing stay & would highly recommended staying at Izii's penthouse.

הדירה עלתה על הציפיות שלנו. הדירה מרווחת ומסוגננת יפה. המטבח מאובזר והכל עובד ותקין. מקרר חדש ונקי, מכונת כביסה חדשה , והמזגנים שקטים.המקום שקט ומרוחק מהרעש הסואן אך עם זאת קרוב לכל הרחובות המרכזיים בפטונג. הצוות הניהולי תקשורתי מאוד ועונה כמעט מיד על כל שאלה או בירור. המחיר סביר בהחלט. שכרנו אותה לשבוע ונהנינו מאוד מהשהות . ממליץ בחום.
