Thaïlande : location de maisons de vacances

Bei Jake war alles unkompliziert und wunderbar. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurde ein Roller für uns organisiert, und ohne Probleme konnten wir noch eine Nacht anhängen. Die Küche hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht und alle paar Tage kommt eine Putz Kraft. Man sollte wissen, dass die Türen leichte Schlitze haben, wodurch ab und zu kleine geckos ins Zimmer gelangen. Für uns war das kein Problem, haben sie einfach immer raus gescheucht. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Host and staff were nice. The room was basic but I liked it. Restaurant is good. Insane to pay so little for such an incredible view. Would have paid that much just to lay on the porch reading a book while watching hornbills.

Wir hatten als Familie eine traumhafte Zeit. Die Aussicht, der Pool, die Lage in der Nähe zu vielen Stränden und den wunderschönen Felsen war super. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Jeden Tag gab es einen Reinigungsservice, das war mehr als wir erwartet hatten. Außerdem konnten wir Kicker und Billard am Haus spielen, was viel Spaß gemacht hat. Ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wow, this place is beautiful. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 nights as there was so much to do nearby and we wanted to spend some time at the house which had the most incredible views. The local people are very friendly and we felt very welcome. Even though we didn’t have a car there was a lot in walking distance including restaurants. Don’t miss out on the local nature trails, they are incredible.

My stay at Roman´s place was very good and refreshing. It is a quiet place, with 2 pools, furniture next to the pool to sit down. I was very happy, because it was exactly as described. it was a lot of place to practice my meditation and not full of rowdy tourists. Thank you for your patience with many questions I had and thalk you for your helpful tips. Roman is perfect host. Definitely will be back with this host again, or maybe I will try something from his other accomodation.

A large, spacious and private apartment which is clean and tidy, perfect for a solo traveler, couple or small family. Saiyajin is a great host who provides everything you need (..even a little welcome gift!). This place is close to everything that you could want in Patong. I would book if I was you.

The house is exactly the photo shows, it’s spacious with two bedrooms and four beds. The host is helpful, helped me to prepare a birthday balloon decoration for my friend before check-in. Thank you so much! Recommend for people who want to chilling around the beach and exploring Pattaya

The location is close to the city, within walking distance, and easily accessible by public transport. It’s self-service, but that wasn’t a problem. I’m not entirely sure, but it seems there’s only a small parking area. Fortunately, during my 4-day stay, no one else parked there, so I was able to use it easily for 100-. per day. A minor downside is that there’s no balcony in the room, and it feels a bit lacking in privacy when opening the window, as it’s surrounded by other buildings. Overall, it’s good value for the money.
