The villa was spectacular and our liaison charlotte was always extremely quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. Pool was perfect , large with amazing view. Really enjoyed our experience at this home. Staff and villa were a full five stars

Environnement et vue magnifiques. Résidences surveillées avec tous les services de nettoyage et de maintenance. Une plage pratiquement privée à moins de 100m et surtout un hôte irréprochable. Вилла была замечательная, все есть для комфортного проживания. Еженедельная уборка, очистка бассейна, парковка, стиральная машина. Хозяин всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал, помогал решать бытовые вопросы. Рядом есть фитнес центр и кафе с вкусной едой. Еще вернемся.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very nice and well maintained and well equipped. The garden is large and lovingly planted and maintained. The pool offers a beautiful view of Koh Phangan. The view from the living room is magnificent, a wide sea view and always a light breeze. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet you can be on the ring road with restaurants and stores in 3 minutes by scooter. We were very well looked after and cared for by Am and felt comfortable at all times. She is a very warm and helpful person. Takes great care of the house, garden, pool and guests and is always available. We would come back at any time.

Absolutely amazing home, we stayed 5 weeks total and wish it would have been more. Service for checking in and out was perfect and communication was always a breeze. Without a doubt we’d love to stay again if they’ll have us.

Les points positifs: La maison est située dans un endroit très au calme vos seuls voisins serront les geckos, on sursaute au début de les voir sur les murs partout. La maison est propre bien aménagée et équipée de tout ce qu'il faut rien à prévoir. l'extérieur est lui aussi très équipée, bbq sono,chaises longues, bouées ect.. Shampoing gel douche à disponibilités ça c'est top, les serviettes de plage sont fournies également mais c'est la matière qui absorbe pas bien l'eau ;-) La Tv extérieur avec piscine chaude des 7h am. Le book de May indique de bons endroits vous pouvez vous y référencer. Les points "negatifs": L'acces à la "vie" , 20 à 30 min à pied,j'entends par magasin seven 7, massages ect... l'électricité à payer en plus de la location qui reste èlevée. Une belle maison à l'image des hotes qui ont été parfaits. Disponibles, réactifs à la minute tout au long du séjour et des petites attention des notre arrivée. Un séjour pleins de souvenirs et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très belle Villa, beaux volumes et située au calme, à 5 minutes d’un petit centre rempli de commerces et restaurants très chouettes ☺️ Située également a 15 minutes de banania beach et Naithon beach, petites plages paradisiaques 🤩 À 45 minutes de l’agitation de Patong. Si je peux donner un conseil, plusieurs villa de disponible, éviter celle en bord de route car on entend beaucoup les voitures, ça n’a pas gêné mes hommes mais moi qui ai un sommeil très léger un peu compliqué ! En tout cas je recommande ! Marque et son personnel ont été adorable ☺️

这是非常棒的一次住宿，房源位于度假村内，这是唯一一套多人别墅，4个房间，可容纳8人。度假村出去就是沙滩，晚上还有烟火表演，有游泳池，提供免费早餐。我和我的家人在这里度过了非常愉快的一周！工作人员非常友好，每天都来清洁房间，我们对这个度假村太满意了，尽管床品和房间可能比较陈旧，但是作为晚上休息已经足够，度假村的其他设施可以完全弥补这些不足！非常推荐这里！

So many good things to say about this Villa. Bob and the rest of staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond with everything we needed. The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lovely island. The Villa was kept very clean as cleaning services were provided everyday which was lovely and helpful. All the bedrooms were good sized with lovely bathrooms. We couldn’t find anything to fault this Villa and would definitely revisit if going to Koh Samui. Thank you Bob, Tee & Meow for hosting us!

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa in Koh Samui! We had an incredible stay at this villa in Koh Samui! The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a private pool that was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. The location was peaceful, yet close enough to explore the island’s beaches and attractions. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was the perfect getaway, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Highly recommended.

Where to start This was the best Airbnb we stayed at Fantastic house with spacious pool nice rooms and everything to high level of quality! The absolute extra are Mahd and Kai who are there to help around the house and also make the breakfast everyday. They made us feel like home and where always very helpful The house is located at the hill just to know not every taxi goes up there but must highly recommended!

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Amazing well kept place. Gorgeous Luxe Villa built for a worry free family living!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa, die genauso aussah wie auf den Bildern. Sie war gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Mathilde war hervorragend. Sie antwortete schnell und kümmerte sich um den Verleih von Rollern und die Organisation eines Taxis zur Unterkunft. Leider hatten wir einen Rollerunfall, aber auch hier war Mathilde eine große Hilfe. Sie konnte den überhöhten Preis für den Schaden erfolgreich herunterhandeln, was uns sehr entlastete. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist sehr steil, weshalb ein Auto oder Roller unerlässlich ist, vor allem da es in der Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants gibt. Ein kleiner Nachteil war der durchgehende Baulärm, der jeden Tag von morgens bis spät abends zu hören war, da direkt neben der Villa zwei neue Häuser gebaut werden. Dieser Lärm wurde zwar in der Anzeige erwähnt, hat uns aber dennoch gestört. Trotzdem würden wir die Villa auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

I would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Jomtien. Nice, clean Villa. Big and relaxing pool. Good location with everything walking distance. Very good communication before and during the stay. If we came back to Jomtien we would look to stay there again if available.

Cozy and Relaxing Stay at Vipada's Place We had a wonderful vacation at Vipada Place! The atmosphere was warm and cozy, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax, with a peaceful ambiance and a convenient location. We’d love to visit again!

10/10 would come here again. It was great for us a group of friends and would be amazing for small family groups with young kids as well

We had the most amazing stay! What a beautiful place to have for 8 nights. Honestly couldn’t fault it one bit. Christian and Nina were so accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. Nina even bought us breakfast for the morning and welcomed us with a fruit bowl! The place has everything you need, with loads of space and an amazing outside seating area. I would highly recommend if you are staying in Koh Samui, we had the best time! Thank you for having us!

Unterkunft traumhaft wie auf den Bildern, tolle Villa mit tollem Pool und alles exakt wie beschrieben mit allem was man braucht. Toller persönlicher Empfang durch supernette Gastgeber mit vielen hilfreichen Tips und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles perfekt und sehr zu empfehlen:-)

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår tid i huset. Finns allt man kan behöva. Bra matställen i närheten. Gångavstånd till affärer, restauranger, strand och kvällsmackan. Perfekt om du har barn och vill kunna gå överallt. Rekommenderar varmt och Maya är mycket hjälpsam med allt som kan behövas.
