Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Закрытая территория, очень зелено, шикарные бассейны. Магазины и множество кафе в шаговой доступности, до пляжа идти минут 10. Апартаменты свежие, все необходимое есть, тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за встречу и помощь во всех вопросах!

Bolun’s communication was excellent and he was very helpful! The location was great. Easy walking distance to be beach and all the little restaurants and cafes. Loved our stay!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft nördlich von Phuket. Der Ausblick ist wie auf den Bildern, die Wohnung äußerst sauber und die Kommunikation lief auch sehr gut. Wir haben uns einen Roller direkt ausgeliehen und konnten somit die Gegend erkunden. Wie erwartet ist die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Phuket, aber dafür ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe.

Приветливая хозяйка, говорит на русском, проконсультировала нас по многим вопросам. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, все необходимое есть. Так же во внутреннем дворе можно плавать в большом бассейне, есть лежаки и уличный душ. Так же есть спортзал но мы там не были. Расположение классное, минут 10 пешком до больших супермаркетов и сэвен элевен. Так же в 10 минутах ходьбы, есть куча разных ресторанов, на любой вкус. На первом этаже апартамента есть кафешка где можно вкусно и недорого покушать, также есть байки Так же если немного пройти есть красивый район с тротуарами, через него можно пешком дойти до моря. До моря пешком минут 20, классные бичклабы есть. Мы выбрали Nomad beach club, еда вкусная, персонал вежливый. Нам все понравилось, остались очень довольны.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie sie beschrieben wurde – sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir die liebevolle Einrichtung und die ruhige Lage. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und alles war bestens organisiert. Die Lage ist perfekt – in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften und schönen Ausflugszielen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Complexe incroyable. Appartement complète et très propre. Nous avons adoré y passer 3 nuits. Le service de concierge qui communique avec nous à l’arrivé et est disponible pour nos questions. La concierge s’est déplacé à 5:30 du matin pour le Check Out puisque nous devions se rendre à l’aéroport tôt. Service impeccable, nous recommandons à 1000%. Vue magnifique sur la piscine centrale, et pour ce qui est du complexe c’est tout simplement magnifique. Les restos sont bons, c’est bon du relaxer à la piscine également.

This is the place to stay if you want to be close to the beach . A quick 5 minute walk right across the street. Great local food on the street , and a market for all your other needs. Would stay here again! Anne was quick to respond to all of our needs, and was a very gracious host. Anne was able to have a taxi pick us up from the airport and bring us to the apartment. We ended up using the same taxi for all our adventures in and around Surin beach and Phuket!

Ann and her staff are wonderful! Her place is very nice and clean. The location is great and easy to walk to everything. I would love to stay there again in the future. I would highly recommend.

The apartment had everything needed for our stay and was overall comfortable. The location is good, the pool was always clean, and the air conditioning worked well. One area for improvement would be the cleanliness, which might not meet the expectations of more demanding guests.

I highly recommend this place because of the several reasons. First of all, it’s the great location, 10 mins from surin beach by walk. There are many places to eat. The host is very responsive and attentive. The most important it’s very safe because I forgot my money in the safe and got it safely the next day.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einem großen Hotelkomplex mit Blick ins Grüne. Besonders die Tachterrasse mit Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Fußläufig ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

В данных апартаментах мы останавливались семьёй на 9 дней. Жильё нам понравилось, все в целом соответствует описанию и фото. По факту квартира немного меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Диван раздвижной, рассчитан на человека невысокого роста. Дочка ростом 168 см спала по диагонали. Хозяйка Евгения очень отзывчивая, оперативно отвечала на мои вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что проживание в апартаментах в данном кондоминиуме не предполагает бесплатное использование трансфера до Boat avenue и до пляжа. Данная услуга доступна бесплатно только постояльцам отеля (кто напрямую снимает номер у Diamond resort ). Но это не проблема, так как до пляжа можно дойти пешком за 10-15 мин. и рядом всегда находится тук тук. На нём добраться можно гораздо дешевле. Также при заселении или выселении, если вы хотите оставить чемоданы на ресепшене, вам придётся заплатить 300 бат. Бесплатно только для постояльцев отеля. Рекомендую данные апартаменты, мы хорошо здесь провели время.

Очень чистое просторное жилье. В пешей доступности шикарный пляж. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая. Очень насладились временем, поведенным в этой квартире.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this modern and stylish apartment in March 2025. The apartment offers plenty of space for a family with a child, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the quiet location on the 4th floor at the end of the corridor, providing a peaceful retreat. The balcony overlooks the stunning pool area of the complex, and the residence is right next to a beautiful and quiet section of Mai Khao Beach. Due to the more secluded location, renting a vehicle is recommended, as having your own or a rented car makes it much easier to explore the area and reach nearby amenities. The nearest convenience store (7-Eleven) is about 2 km away. Communication with our host, Lyn, was excellent. She responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would gladly book this apartment again and highly recommend it to guests seeking relaxation and tranquility.

Благодарность Владу за квартиру! Жилье очень понравилось. Оказалось лучше, чем ожидала. В доме было все необходимое. Сама квартира чистая и уютная, с прекрасным видом. Комплекс новый, рядом очень красивый парк с птицами, белками. Утром в парке можно заниматься йогой. Район очень красивый. Единственный минус района, что мало ресторанов, магазинов, массажных салонов. Но в целом это не проблема- я ходила пешком 1,5 км, также есть бесплатный трансфер на котором можно доехать. До моря идти минут 7-10 через парк. Сам пляж понравился. С радостью вернусь сюда еще!
