Would recommend this venue 100%. Fabulous property in beautiful setting. Easy 5 minute walk to uncrowded beachfront. Good office room if you want to work while staying here. Under 10 minute drive to town with abundance of good restaurants and bars. Elena is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any queries. 10/10 for our 1 month stay. Thank you

My family and I had a "feel at home" stay from the moment we stepped into the apartment. It definitely deserves a 5 ⭐ rating plus another 5⭐ for the host Fiona, who, ever so graciously, not only answered all my queries but also helped me Google a pick up location for a tour I was planning on taking. From the day of my booking to the time we said goodbye to Phuket, Fiona was ever so present to be of help. Thus making our stay worry free in a new country. I would not hesitate to book here again, if I ever do visit Phuket again 🥰.

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.

We had a great stay at Peter’s apartment. It is spacious and very comfortable. Peter and his wife thought of every single detail in the rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful. You could hear birds singing. You can jog in the morning and take peaceful walks in the evening. The plane spotters will be very happy here as well! The club restaurant is 5 mins walk and serves good food and cold draft beers. We couldn’t have thought of a better place for our stay in Phuket this time. Peter was very kind and offered to meet us at the airport and helped us with the luggage. I will definitely come back!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Schlicht eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Das Bett ist SEHR bequem. Im ganzen Apartment Komplex, wie auch in der näheren Umgebung ist es ruhig und sauber. Der Pool war gross,sauber und die Aussicht fantastisch. Es hatte nicht viele Leute am Pool. Auch der Fitnessraum mit diversen Geräten und Hanteln war zugänglich. Das Appartement ist in der Nähe von Surin Beach ( ca 10 Min zu Fuss) und Bangtao Beach ( ca 15 Min zu Fuss). Mit dem Roller waren es zu beiden Stränden wenige Minuten und man konnte überall parkieren. Am Surin Beach hatte es mehr Leute weshalb wir meist am Bang Tao Beach waren. An beiden Stränden gab es gute Restaurants wie auch Liegestühle. Die Kommunikation mit Vitaliia verlief reibungslos. am Checkin Tag wurde eine WA-Gruppe gemacht auf welche wir uns immer melden konnten bei Fragen und umgehend eine Antwort erhielten. Wir werden bei einer nächsten Reise nach Phuket immerwieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Malgré une cote un peu difficile pour accéder au logement, celui-ci était conforme à la description, bien équipé, très agréable et calme avec une très belle vue sur la ville et la baie. Ayant répondu à nos attentes, je le relouerai à l'occasion.

Un bel appartement aux photos conformes : ce fut un plaisir d’être logé dans cet appartement au sein du Diamond Resort, doté d’une machine à laver (c’est rarement le cas dans ce complexe) et de nombreux accessoires à disposition, le tout avec une belle vue dégagée depuis le balcon ! Il y a eu un petit couac concernant ma réservation mais Natalie a été réactive et une solution a été trouvé, sans que Airbnb n’ait eu à intervenir : merci :) Point positif : l’arrivée comme le départ s’est fait de façon flexible (merci aussi pour cela). En résumé : un lieu que je recommande, suffisamment proche de tout pour passer un séjour riche en activité, et suffisamment éloigné afin d’être tranquille, si vous préférez par exemple profiter de l’agréable piscine du complexe.

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Nice apartment - very clean! The bathroom is a little tired and could do with updating. Having a pool right outside the room was so lovely, we especially enjoyed a quiet swim when we came home in the evenings. The only issue we had was the location - the road by the apartment is extremely loud and you hear traffic noise all the time when on the balcony. Also there was a lot of construction work happening in the area which goes on 24/7 and was also very loud.

En helt igennem lækker lejlighed med den hyggeligste altan. Vi havde nærmest stedet/poolen for os selv i de 5 dage vi var der. Aircon. virkede perfekt, vi brugte det dog kun på værelserne om natten. Wi-fi fungerede både til arbejde og skolearbejde. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge i køkkenet, hvis man vil lave lidt mad. Lige overfor ligger Butterfly, hvor du får lækker og billigt thaimad. Der er altid mennesker der, så hav lidt tålmodighed. Går man til venstre og ned i byen og så lige til højre, ligger der endnu et godt sted at spise lige først for.Begge steder er ala streetfood, men der er borde og stole. Det tager 11 min. at gå til stranden. Tag evt en tuk-tuk retur for 100 bath. Vi gik aldrig til Bang Tao, men tog ind og spiste der og brugte Bolt. Fredag er der Boat Avenue Night Marked. Surin strand er lækker og masser af streetboder. Solsenge og parasoller koster 100 bath pr stk. Der ligger både Lotus og 7/11 på vej ned til stranden. Kommer gerne igen og bor der ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super vært
