We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

Dominique was a fantastic host, she greeted us at the property had great communication skills and in our case perfect English.The villa is in a very quiet gated location and yet only a moments walk from shops and the beach. It really is an oasis of tropical flowers, trees and plants. One of the most relaxing spaces We have ever stayed in. The pool is a delight. We swam at least three times a day and barely noticed a temperature change from outside the water to in! I would highly recommend both Dominique and her property for a fabulous holiday.

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, tout est neuf. La literie est confortable . La propreté est irréprochable. L’accueil est très sympathique et l’hôte a été ponctuelle. Le quartier est très calme. Il faut avoir un scooter ou une voiture pour se déplacer jusqu’aux plages. Nous recommandons vivement le logement .

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

The stay was great, conveniently located, very clean, and aesthetic furniture. A few minutes ride to the beach, and also accessible to Patong. The host were also very quick in communication which helped us a lot. Would highly recommend!

Great place, excellent and very friendly host. Very well thought out apartments and very cozy, it was like coming to your own home. Nice view from the huge balcony of planes taking off, the apartment is located on the 8th floor. I thought the airport noise would bother me, but it didn't. Fast Internet, I was able to work. It may be a little far from the city, but if you take a bike, you won't have any problems. Very close to the local beach, which has very few people, and local eateries, . I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Andrii.

Всё прошло просто отлично. Джеки замечательная хозяйка. Всегда на связи, всегда помогала. Очень помогла с бронированием экскурсии. Дом замечательный и нашей большой семье (7 человек) было очень комфортно. В доме есть всё необходимое. Бассейн замечательный. До любимого пляжа Найтон всего 7 минут на автомобиле. Если снова поедем такой большой семьёй, обязательно к Джеки.

I had an amazing stay at this Pool Villa! The place was spotless, with a crystal-clear pool and a well-maintained bathroom with great water pressure. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fresh linens made for a restful sleep. The entire space was thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of. The location was perfect—close to the beach and easy to get around. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. La maison est très belle, la piscine est incroyable. Notre hôte a été très gentil et surtout très serviable. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement où nous avons de très beaux souvenirs. Merci Prince pour tout !

Villan är mycket trevlig och välutrustad. Tre fina sovrum med tillhörande högklassiga badrum. Stort öppet kök med all utrustning som krävs. Trädgården är välplanerad och väl underhållen, utrustad med stor swimmingpool och många solsängar. Villan ligger i en bra del av Cherngtalay ur ett kommunikationsperspektiv. Det är lätt att ta sig ur byn, såväl norrut som söderut. Avståndet till stranden är knappt tio minuter med bil. Sandra är en super host. Synnerligen serviceorienterad, trevlig och tillmötesgående. Inga problem är för små för att inte lösas omedelbart. Som gäst kan man koppla av och njuta av sin semester, Sandra fixar det praktiska.

The two of us spent one week in the villa. We did not use the second bedroom. The villa is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The pool is clean and we liked both the temperature and the depth. The pool area, as well as the pool itself, could do with some light cosmetic repairs. The aggressive climate makes itself felt. Even considering the minor shortcomings described, we would be happy to spend our next vacation at this villa.

We stayed at Andrey’s place (5 people). House is big enough for all of us. Very good location, quiet with many massage places around, local caffès and mini markets. The communication was smooth and all the instructions were clear. On the last day of check out, the manager helped out Mum to call taxi to airport. We had a good time in Phuket

Enjoyed the stay. Great concept. Close to Bang Tao beach, 7/11, night market and cafes. Need a bike but Patrik got us one delivered to our door in an hour. Good hosting.

Wir habe den Aufenthalten sehr genossen. Anastasia und ihr Team sind super, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super nahe zum Strand, viele Essmöglichkeiten und mit dem Tuk tuk kann man sich gut fortbewegen. Das haus ist gross, gute Küche, alles war sauber und die Zimmer sind gross. Also sehr empfehlenswert 🙏🏽

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

We were a family, so maybe not the average visitors, but our original idea of going down to the beach often evaporated the moment the younger one realized he can almost stand in the pool. Thus we spent our time at the villa in the pool, in the jungle, at the local shops, in the Haifa cafe, with no need to even interact with the tourist hustle and bustle down there. The muezzin sings beautifully and clearly, the roosters too, the pool is the right size and depth, and the villa design was clearly inspired by Adolf Loos and his ideas about the Raumplan, he surely would have loved it too. We were happy there.

The villa was perfect for my wife, me and the 2 kids. It’s spacious, in a great location and is full of character. The pool is are really nice. Communication was great, and check in and check out was very smooth. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing& peaceful, the private pool for each villa is very refreshing!
