Didn’t expect to pay for electricity but yeah, very sensible to prevent wastage of power. I wish it was cheaper though. I know how much the electricity company charges.

Great place for the price! Walking distance to Bangato gym and Bangtao beach. Check-in and check-out and all communication was very simple and easy, which I highly appreciate. Few minor queries I had were solved within minutes, thanks Johanna! :)

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

Great place, just beware the address the Airbnb gives could be wrong, just put in Dinar Lodge on google maps and you should be good!

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Only stayed one night for flight in morning but was a great place to stay close to the airport very clean comfortable and quiet! Nice hosts

Thank you, Olga, for a beautiful apartment and an awesome week in Laguna! Olga was very responsive and accommodated us for extra nights. We travelled there with my elderly parents, so the 2BR apartment was a great match for our group. There were a few minor inconveniences (bathroom smell, a few ants), but they weren't critical for us. Olga helped us with instructions, check-in, check-out, and gave great recommendations regarding our further trip to Singapore.

Stayed at Joe’s place for 12 nights in October 2024. Joe and Stefania were great hosts and very responsive and helpful throughout. Once we confirmed our booking, Joe sent me a very useful information pack on property and usefully tips. The apartment is one of the bigger apartments in the Chava “resort” and was ample size for our family of 4…… huge homely living area and two separate bedroom areas with en suites so our teenagers had own space. The apartment is very well equipped and has some nice touches like boogie boards that the kids enjoyed using at the beautiful Surin beach which is across the road. Chava resort is very peaceful with relaxing pool. We also enjoyed using the gym at the twin palms next door. We love the area, nestled between Kamala and Bang Tao…… it felt safe to walk around and nice selection of coffee shops and restaurants, easy to get a taxi or tuktuk to explore area or hire car. Thank you again for great hosting and would recommend your apartment to anyone!

Это было замечательное путешествие. Прожили в данных апартаментов семьей из трех человек 5 недель. Роман был одним из самых отзывчивых и участливых хозяев, которых я встречал. Сам присутствовал при заселении и всегда быстро помогал с решением абсолютно любых вопросов. Апартаменты были чистыми и приятными для проживания. Некоторая мебель от времени была незначительно изношена, но всё отлично работало! Хорошая кухня с питьевой водой из фильтра превосходного качества очень помогла уменьшить количество потребляемого пластика. Территория отеля маленькая, но красивая. Есть отличный ресторан с бельгийским шеф-поваром. До ближайшего 7-eleven идти около 12 минут. От отеля за небольшую плату есть shuttle-bus до villa market, а также до пляжа Bang Tao каждые 40 минут. Это очень упрощает жизнь) Спасибо Роману, однозначно, рекомендую к проживанию!

Spent my last 2 days in Phuket here as it was conveniently close to the airport. Host is super responsive and helpful. Would recommend renting a vehicle if you are planning to explore the area.

Super schönes Apartment! Exakt wie auf den Bildern:) Alle waren sehr freundlich! Einzig die Lage gilt es zu beachten! Also entweder Roller mieten oder bereit sein für jeden Weg ein Taxi o.ä. zu nehmen. Das Café ist allerdings eine gute und leckere Option direkt vor der Tür:)

Nice and quite apartment close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Fully furnished - everything that is needed for a short stay is there. Communication was super easy and so was the check-in/check-out. Can warmly recommend her place.

I had a fantastic stay here! The flat is super spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax, and the location couldn’t be better—just 100 meters from the market, where I could buy fresh, affordable food every day. The atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful; I didn’t hear a thing from the neighbors, which made it a perfect spot for me because im very sensitive. The view was lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! The electric bill was also very reasonable, just 700 baht for the week. Another great perk was meeting interesting people from places like New York and France at the pool, which added to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and convenient place to stay!
