Приветливая хозяйка, говорит на русском, проконсультировала нас по многим вопросам. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, все необходимое есть. Так же во внутреннем дворе можно плавать в большом бассейне, есть лежаки и уличный душ. Так же есть спортзал но мы там не были. Расположение классное, минут 10 пешком до больших супермаркетов и сэвен элевен. Так же в 10 минутах ходьбы, есть куча разных ресторанов, на любой вкус. На первом этаже апартамента есть кафешка где можно вкусно и недорого покушать, также есть байки Так же если немного пройти есть красивый район с тротуарами, через него можно пешком дойти до моря. До моря пешком минут 20, классные бичклабы есть. Мы выбрали Nomad beach club, еда вкусная, персонал вежливый. Нам все понравилось, остались очень довольны.

I was very satisfied with my apartment, which was spacious and had all I needed. I am also happy I met Judy (Dussadee), who is a friendly and kind host and I enjoyed talking with her most days. I was staying alone and felt safe. The apartments are set back about 100 meters from the main road, however it is peaceful and I could hear birds, geckos and crickets and felt like I was in the tropical countryside. The location is good for people who have transport. I had a bicycle and it was ok (I was volunteering at Soi Dog and it took me 30 minutes to cycle there), but next time I would rent a vehicle. My apartment had 2 fans and Judy tells me there are rooms with air-conditioning but I couldn't see them listed, so ask Judy if you would like this.

This is not my first time staying at Aree. Everything is great. Always tries to help and answers all questions. The accommodation is clean and very nice. Great view from the window, great household appliances. Convenient location. And Aree is making improvements, which is also pleasing. All the best to you, I plan to come back again😊

Жилье отличное . 👍🏻😻Огромная квартира , чистые полотенца и белье . В шкафах есть потертости, но это не помешало сложить общее впечатление , - отличное. Квартира выходит на сторону дороги, в первый день было трудно уснуть , остальные шесть дней- ни разу не проснулись. Квартира не нагревалась от солнца , кондиционеры справилось на отлично. Много кухонных принадлежностей , два фена , стиральная машинка. Представитель от хозяина , очень приятная девушка , все подсказывала. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию! Я еще вернусь 100%! ❤️

Очень хорошие стильные апартаменты. Все новое, чисто. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Потрясающий бассейн. Очень тихий район. На мой взгляд, это один из лучший районов на Пхукете. Отель располагается в пешей доступности от моря. Спасибо большое! Мы остались очень довольны!

Was a great short stay! Had to change plans last min but the hosts were super accomadatinf and responsive. There's a lot of food and things to do in the area and the place was super cute and clean. Def great for a solo traveler. Would stay again

Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

Dominique was a fantastic host, she greeted us at the property had great communication skills and in our case perfect English.The villa is in a very quiet gated location and yet only a moments walk from shops and the beach. It really is an oasis of tropical flowers, trees and plants. One of the most relaxing spaces We have ever stayed in. The pool is a delight. We swam at least three times a day and barely noticed a temperature change from outside the water to in! I would highly recommend both Dominique and her property for a fabulous holiday.

Super séjour, petite maisonnette incroyable ! Tout le confort nécessaire, les gens sont super accueillant. Le restaurant joint propose d'excellents petit déjeuner/déjeuner/dîner (très copieux). La piscine est parfaite. Ils proposent des scooters à la location. Et c'est à côté de l'aéroport. On nous a même proposé une navette gratuite pour nous y emmener à une horaire qui nous arrange.. bref que du bonheur, merci beaucoup !

Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous dans cette charmant villa. Les enfants et nous avons passé d’innombrables moments de détente et de plaisir. Le guide mis à disposition est plein de bons conseils. Les services de Noey sont un vrai plus. Toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Elle s’est notamment chargée de la location de voiture qui s’est parfaitement déroulée avec la prise en charge dès la sortie des portes de l’aéroport et un retour de la même manière. Nous recommandons fortement. Merci Noey pour ta disponibilité immédiate. Merci Marc, qui veille sur tout depuis Singapour. I had a fantastic experience staying here . The view is incredible. quiet place 5 min from kamala beach . The owner was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, making my stay smooth and enjoyable.

Hosted by a wonderful lady and her family, this one is a real gem with a perfect location very close to the beach. You can actually walk to a very private beach along with the main beach. Other nice plusses: a nice patio, bug screens on the windows and sliding door (one of the few places in Thailand with this nice feature), an effective and quiet upgraded air conditioner. It's also very conveniently close to the airport, just 15 minutes drive, so you don't need to drive around for 90 minutes in Phuket to get here. Also has two tables/desks which help a lot for those who are working. The building is relatively new and I imagine during peak season it's probably quite busy, but during rainy season, it was very peaceful and quiet, including the beach.

Accommodation was better than the photos! All required amenities provided. Host was super helpful. Communication was excellent and also provided recommendations in the area. There is a cafe/restaurant within a 5 minute walk that does breakfast, lunch and dinner; cash and card accepted! win! Would recommend host and accommodation 💯 😊

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.
