Thalang District : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

В данных апартаментах мы останавливались семьёй на 9 дней. Жильё нам понравилось, все в целом соответствует описанию и фото. По факту квартира немного меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Диван раздвижной, рассчитан на человека невысокого роста. Дочка ростом 168 см спала по диагонали. Хозяйка Евгения очень отзывчивая, оперативно отвечала на мои вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что проживание в апартаментах в данном кондоминиуме не предполагает бесплатное использование трансфера до Boat avenue и до пляжа. Данная услуга доступна бесплатно только постояльцам отеля (кто напрямую снимает номер у Diamond resort ). Но это не проблема, так как до пляжа можно дойти пешком за 10-15 мин. и рядом всегда находится тук тук. На нём добраться можно гораздо дешевле. Также при заселении или выселении, если вы хотите оставить чемоданы на ресепшене, вам придётся заплатить 300 бат. Бесплатно только для постояльцев отеля. Рекомендую данные апартаменты, мы хорошо здесь провели время.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einem großen Hotelkomplex mit Blick ins Grüne. Besonders die Tachterrasse mit Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Fußläufig ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Это отличные современные апартаменты в абсолютно новом жилом комплексе, в котором к вашему распоряжению представлены несколько бассейнов с шезлонгами в приятной тени от деревьев, спортивный зал со всем необходимым оборудованием для занятий спортом, просторная и вместительная охраняемая парковка, перед каждым подъездом установлен кран с водой и вы можете помыть обувь и ноги от песка, это очень удобно! Квартира полностью соответствует описанию, сделан очень качественный ремонт, великолепная сантехника, все исправно работает и блестит! Также в квартире великолепный интерьер, удобная современная мебель, все пастельные принадлежности в наличии. Вся необходимая бытовая техника и посуда также в вашем рапоряжении от штопора с тостером до кофеварки и блендера. Отдельный большой плюс это расположение квартиры, так как балкон выходит на задний двор с видом на сад, никаких криков и шума вы не услышите. Хозяйка квартиры приятная и добропорядочная девушка! Всем рекомендую!!!

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à vivre dans cet appartement. L’hôte ont satisfait très rapidement nos petites demande. L’appartement était propre, fonctionnel et à 5 minutes de la mer, ce qui était très pratique avec nos enfants en bas âge. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les levers du soleil sur la lagune et les couchers de soleil depuis la piscine sur le toit. Diana est une personne souriante, formidable, pleine d’énergie et à l’écoute de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

It does what it says on the box. Place was exactly as described, I stayed in another unit before in this particular building. They are pretty similar, Murad's place was a great value. Walking distance to Boat Avenue, there is 7-11 near Overall great value

Martin’s place suited us perfectly. It was spacious, clean and excellent location for us as a family. Martin was very quick to respond to questions we had. We will definitely be returning soon.

Wir habe den Aufenthalten sehr genossen. Anastasia und ihr Team sind super, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super nahe zum Strand, viele Essmöglichkeiten und mit dem Tuk tuk kann man sich gut fortbewegen. Das haus ist gross, gute Küche, alles war sauber und die Zimmer sind gross. Also sehr empfehlenswert 🙏🏽

All service is very good

The house is spacious and beautiful. We have many problems within our friend group with many change in plan but the host was quick to respond and helped with a fair solution. Best suit for family or friend group to gather and have talk. Definitely will come back again next year.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Die Unterkunft entsprach komplett den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung. Andrii und Julia haben blitzschnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. In der Unterkunft selbst war alles Notwendige vorhanden. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zu essen und einzukaufen. Ein Strand ist nicht weit weg und schön breit und ruhig. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die die Gegend etwas abgelegen ist und es nicht so viel zu unternehmen in der Nähe gibt. Aber alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert.

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.

Such a nice staying and nice place

Kondominium jest zadbane, codziennie sprzątane. Apartament usytuowany jest na parterze w miejscu, które zapewnia ciszę i spokój. Słychać śpiew ptaków. Można wypoczywać nad basenem lub na ładnej plaży Naithon beach, gdzie zwłaszcza pod koniec sezonu, czyli od początków marca nie ma zbyt wielu turystów. Atutem jest to, że na plaży można wypożyczyć leżaki. Nie ma tam ani hałaśliwych skuterów ani łodzi. Woda w morzu jest czysta, pływają w niej kolorowe rybki. Ostatnio otwarto nowy market spożywczy w odległości ok. 300 m od apartamentu. Miejscowość jest mała, ale są restauracje oraz uliczne bary oferujące dania z rusztu i z woka. Już tęsknimy za Naithon i myślimy wrócić tam, by znów cieszyć się wspaniałym apartamentem zatopionym w zieleni oraz bliskością plaży i morza.

The resort is very nice. Natalie’s place is very clean. The bed is huge and was very comfortable for us. We were there a month, with no issues. We had several meals at the resort restaurant and they were good. The local open air food and shopping market was open several nights a week and was fun time and only a 10 minute walk. (100 thb for a Long Island!!!) We enjoyed the gym for nice work outs, so much nicer than your typical condo gym. The pools were nice even if hard to always get a chair so be proactive! But with several pools I never really had an issue. Kamala is nice and easy access to all the other areas. There are other rooms with nicer views, but it was very convenient being where the apartment is. Overall a very nice stay and I am very appreciative of Natalie and her staff.
