Thames-Coromandel District : locations de vacances dans des gîtes à la ferme

Google maps took me to the wrong location. Dix, who was a very gracious host, responded to my call, gave me specific directions and met me as we arrived. The location was a slice of Heaven, quiet, secluded, peaceful, and very close to the Hot Water Beach. Perfect!!!

Jill’s place was fantastic. Loved it. Everything was perfect. Great location with beautiful views. We met Jill on our way up to the house and she gave us tips on groceries, cafes, sightseeing etc. so nice walking up to the house passing apple, fig trees etc. Will come back and visit again.

Wendy is lovely!!! the place is amazing, great space, shelves on the rooms are things you don't find often!! on top of that Wendy's bread is the best, thanks for the fruits and the aperitif in the bridge!! We really appreciated those details.

Friendly and proactive hosts 😊 Great location, plenty of space inside and games even if the weather takes a turn! Unexpected surprise of fresh farm milk awaiting us in the fridge. What more could you ask for?

Ann and Craig made us feel very comfortable and welcome in their beautiful home. Everything we needed was provided. The guest suite is immaculate and well appointed. We would be happy to stay there again!

Everything was spotless and the kitchen was really well equipped. We felt very welcome from the start and had a great time with Sue-lovely conversation and wine made it extra special. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here two nights, using it as a base for a mission further north. It was very roomy - there were only 2 of us but it could have housed 5-6 comfortably across the bedrooms and living spaces. The backdrop is awesome, with a farm and the rolling hills of the Coromandel just beyond the back deck. A great spot for a peaceful getaway or overnight stay.

Second time staying here and we’ll keep coming back. Perfect accomodation for a fishing trip - great facilities, lots of room for the boats. We arrived early and it wasn’t a problem. Thanks and see you next time!

Excellent stay and absolutely breathtaking view! Vi elskede hver en stund på dette dejlige sted, hvor du har fuldstændig panoramaudsigt over bjergene og havet. Vi blev vækket af den smukkeste solopgang og fuglesang hver morgen og nød at sidde på den store terrasse og kigge ud over landskabet. Lejligheden er underetagen af huset med en lille have, som ligger privat og ugenert. Det er hyggeligt og som at bo i nogens sommerhus. Det er et must at have bil, så du kan køre til byen, indkøb, restauranterne og de fantastiske strande. Jane var super hjælpsom, og vi var taknemmelige for adgangen til vaskemaskinen. Tak for et vidunderligt ophold, vi kommer meget gerne tilbage!

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷
