Farhan's place met my expectations in every way! Farhan himself was an exceptional host - extremely responsive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. The apartment matched the description perfectly, and the location was incredibly convenient with everything I needed just a stone's throw away. My only minor suggestion would be that the area can get a bit noisy in the mornings due to the nearby airport. However, this was actually a bonus for me since the airport was a mere 10-minute drive away! Overall, I'd give Farhan's place a well-deserved 10/10. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Apartment was totally perfect! in a great neighborhood with a huge mall nearby, all kinds of markets very nearby and easily walkable. Also, a great location to catch and uber, taxi, or auto rickshaw. Apartment was pristine and the A/Cs were perfect for the warm weather in Mumbai. I will reserve with City Homes By Ashiyaanaa again for my next visit to Mumbai. Staying at Nay’s place was the best decision we made for our trip! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It is one of my best stays in Mumbai so far. The apartment is situated inside a Palava phase 2 which is an amazing society. You get every amenity inside the place and it is a delight to walk around in the evening. The apartment itself is so cosy, clean and very comfortable. It was a delight staying here for 5 days straight. The Dombivli station is around 25 mins away by auto/cab. About the hosts - I have never met hosts as responsible and considerate as Sarfaraz and Mazhar. They ensured that I get it properly without hassle, took care of every request we had during our stay all the while being very accommodating. I would recommend this anyone who wants to have a peaceful stay, away from the bustling city and the noise.

We spent two nights in the apartment at Palatial. It was great, and the contact with Neraj was uncomplicated. We used the apartment as a base to explore Mumbai. The location in Bandra is excellent. We'd love to stay here again next time!

A great spot to stay in Bandra. Quick and easy to get to from BOM airport and lots to do around the airbnb. Easy to get taxis or autos! The space was just what we needed for a group of six - each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a huge plus!! The hosts were very communicative. Great stay, would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at your property! The place is absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation comfortably housed our group of 15 people, and everyone was able to enjoy the peaceful environment and ample space. The property is well-maintained, and we appreciated the care you’ve put into it. A couple of small suggestions for future guests: it would be helpful to include more detailed information about the pool rules, especially regarding the restriction on morning use. Additionally, it might be good to mention in the listing description that guests will only receive one can of 20 litre for drinking water, and any extra water must be purchased. This would help with preparation and planning. Also, when entering Yeoor Hills, there is a gate where a fee is required to access the hillside. It would be helpful for guests to know this in advance, so they can be prepared for the cost, Over All great stay

This is little hidden gem of a stay. Kamran (host) was keen to be helpful and proved trustworthy. The accommodation is adequate for a solo traveller. There is a gym close by and is in a fairly peaceful, leafy area. All basic necessities are close by, stores, market etc. The accommodation is merely a 10 minute walk to the Madh - Versova ferry jetty point.

Cozy space in the heart of the city. Matches the description, nicely done up and well furnished. The seaface is a short walk away, great for an evening walk. We found it to be very warm and welcoming. Simran has a well-stocked pantry, making it very easy to whip up your snacks. The only thing that takes getting used to, is the bathroom and toilet being on separate levels minus a basin, the only small detail that would have probably made it an 11/10. But great stay all-in-all!

Excellent villa absolutely near to Mumbai Perfect getaway if you looking for less travel and more chill. The care taker is pretty prompt and helpful And Himani the POC was also extremely kind and responsive throughout the time.

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

Zag’s place was just as described..besides he is extremely responsive to any messages you may send and has solutions to almost everything. The place itself is extremely clean n stylish too…the cleaning service provided daily is a big help . All in all a wonderful place to stay.. looking forward to my next stay here which is happening very soon!

Molly and I had a great long weekend seeing Mumbai for the first time. Amit's place was a great base for an authentic experience of Mumbai in the heart of the city. Mumbai never sleeps and is a noisy, wonderful metropolis that makes it such a special place. If you are a light sleeper, having earplugs to hand is recommended if staying at Amit's place (or anywhere in the city for that matter) as the area is full of life at all times. An easy self check in, the communication with owners was excellent. The flat is located in a very small side street. Use google maps to find it, or ask the neighbors. It’s an old building but ones you enter inside it looks well. Forniture in a bathroom n bedroom could be newer. I was many times in Mumbai but I cannot remember any place where in a morning I was able to hear the birds and not the street noise or construction works. A comfortable living room and a lovely terrace are the big plus. The bed is hard so if you don’t like it it could be difficult, also I think is only 185 cm in length. A good bed for the couples but not the best one if (toll) friends sharing it. I don’t use kitchens but I think there is all you need. AC n fans are silent n work very well. The location is really nice, few minutes away on foot from sea side promenade, many nice places around in a short walking distance for perfect meals, drinks or clubbing. Uber is easy available! Would come again!Thnx
