I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Shubham's place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the communication with the host was excellent. Shubham was always responsive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring Mumbai. The amenities provided were just as described, and everything worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi was strong, which was great for both work and leisure.

It was our first time visiting Mumbai, and I must say this place was cool, cozy, and comfortable. We stayed for two days and didn’t face any issues. While I’m not sure if it’s done daily, they cleaned the washroom and the house at 11 AM during our stay. The space is ideal for two people, possibly three, but not more than that. Although the city traffic is hectic and some areas are quite dirty, this location was calm, smelled fresh, and gave us a sense of relief whenever we returned. Thank you for hosting us

Had a great time. This BNB was very cozy and had complete privacy. Had absolutely no disturbance from the neighbours and all the local transport and cafes are right outside the property. Host was great too !

It was an amazing stay! Vijay was super responsive and made everything so comfortable. Late night check-in due to flight delays was a breeze- All thanks to him. He solved any minor issues instantly – always just a call away! The home is peacefully located yet easily accessible, with a taxi stand nearby (station's only 50 rupees away!). The home itself was comfy and spacious. Overall, a fantastic stay – highly recommend for Navi Mumbai!

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

A Wonderful Stay in Kharghar – Unbeatable Value! I had an amazing stay at Arun's 1-room kitchen property. The bedroom is like combination of 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is a combination of a dining and kitchen. The location is perfect — nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to all major shops and stores. The property itself is spacious and well-maintained, offering incredible value for money. After thoroughly checking nearby areas, I can confidently say you won’t find such a spacious place at this price point in Kharghar or its surroundings. Arun, the host, is incredibly warm, attentive, and ensures everything runs smoothly throughout the stay. Whether you're here for a short visit or an extended stay, this property ticks all the right boxes. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value in Kharghar!

Our Stay was really very good. Iconic stays has arranged every bit of one's need right from the day to day medicine with all the utilities in kitchen. One could spend a quality time in this . The services we get inside is apt for the money we pay,Total Luxury.

Nice place to stay in the posh society of Bandra. Bandstand is just few minutes away from the location. you can have a lovely evening or morning walk outside the property by the bay of sea. Lovely and cooperative host..have a wonderful stay

It was THE BEST AIRBNB STAY till date. From the booking day till check in, the response to questions was prompt. On arrival I was contacted by Aditi who, on call, explained every stay related thing in detail which made the whole experience seamless. The house was cleant and well maintained. it was an amazing stay, the room was as shown in the pictures. food delivery also comes accurately and the location is very close to railway station and has a DMart right next to it, so if you've forgotten any essentials, you can grab them right away. Host is also responsive and co-operative. Looking forward to visit the place again.

Stay at Zaf’s place was Great..Flat is same as shown in pictures..It was very clean nd nice..Looking forward to stay again when back in mumbai.

Vaishali was very kind to us and her place has everything one can need. It felt like home. The location is good, near mall, restaurants etc., there are grocery and medical stores nearby so it was very convenient. The complex also has play area which was very helpful to us as our baby loved it. Vaishali was quick in communicating and answered all our questions patiently. I 100% recommend the place.

Thank you for the amazing stay! It's a cozy little apartment that provides all essential amenities. I particularly liked the locality, it is secure & safe with lots of shops around. You can easily order anything within 10 minutes. The place is well kept & neat. Raksha was very kind and proactive throughout the stay.
