The house is so beautiful, amazing. Sunrise can be seen, very wonderful house. The host and her husband are fantastic. It never felt like leaving our own home. This is one of the first where breakfast was served and it was delicious as well, Right on time. I would say this is the best deal in South Mumbai. Great value for such a wonderful stay, house, host and breakfast. A definite recommendation in this area.

This is one of the easiest AirBnBs to recommend to anyone. The place is perfect and even better than the photos, clean and packed with every amenity including even the minute details. The locality is secure and private, very near to local transport. Ravi as a host finds the perfect balance between personally helping with checkin/checkout, providing recommendations and being available for anything while also letting us be private. It’s a well maintained cozy, comfortable, clutter free, hygienic space and Ravi’s hospitality makes it an easy 10/10.

I had a great stay in this amazing property. Bhumi is an amazing host - super friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need. The location is also perfect. I loved my time here and would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Aditis place….communication was quick and straightforward, everything was as promised and would be happy to recommend it and look foward to staying again sometime.

Caretaker hardly responds but the landlady was reachable at any time and immediately responds to our needs. Excellent stay but I would give only 25 mark for the caretaker boy.

Nishita’s apartment was exactly as mentioned - a lovely cosy apartment in a great location. The apartment itself was perfect for the 4 of us with plenty of amenities. It was also very safe with guards being outside to look after the building. The location was brilliant as we could easily explore Mumbai whilst being centrally located - Ubers from the apartment were very cheap. The area of Khar is very nice with a number of good restaurants and bars being closely situated. Nishita was a brilliant host, we had very clear communication and this made the trip very stress free. For anyone looking to stay in Mumbai I highly recommend this apartment.

House is great, babul and sarath were amazing. Babulal is great in cooking. House is great. Negative point is we have to watch on water and bathroom were small and bit dusty. Hall is big and clean, master bed is big and clean with lots of closet for clothes.

We had a very pleasant stay. The cook and care taker was amazing and cooks amazing food. There was no problem at all. Excellent service.

Definitely a 10/10 place

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

I stayed at Nani ka Ghar recently and it was exactly as described in the pictures. The space was beautifully done, with lots of personal touches and care that really made it feel like a home away from home. Every detail in the house is thoughtfully curated by Pragya herself and it was really nice to see her work through it everyday. Pragya has put in a lot of effort in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique stay.

Clean and affordable. Highly recommended. This place offers the best value for your money. Birds chirping early in the morning make the surroundings quite a bliss. Hustle and bustle around make the neighbourhood a bit noisy during the day. Overall the place is perfect!

Initially we were a bit anxious and quite nervous because it was our first time travelling to Mumbai. But Nida di helped us feel right at home with her quick responses to our querries and doubts. So we were sure that we had booked the perfect homestay for our 2 days stay at Mumbai. About the honestly it's worth every penny we paid! We didn't once feel that we were staying in someplace else as Nida di had made our stay so convenient for us. It was really great and would definitely book Nida di's homestay whenever we return to Mumbai!

Karan's place is great. There's a nice view of the sea from the bedroom and the location is in the heart of Bandra (cool neighborhood a bit north of the CBD and pretty near the airport). Would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable stay. Spacious and well-maintained. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. In a peaceful, green compound. Felt very safe. Stayed with senior citizens and found restaurants nearby. Easy to get taxis and food delivery from apps. Definitely recommend!

Should obviously checkout this place and Sakshi being a wonderful and very cooperative host helped me. I lost the key to the apartment still she came up with a solution late and night and was always helpful and checking on wether my stay was going comfortable or not and the place is wonderful and very peaceful, well furnished and clean which was a big W

Good afternoon, This was my sixth time staying at Hema’s place. It’s my home away from home. Hema and Jinita are gracious hosts. The place is immaculate, clean and spacious with all the amenities at the apartment - washer/dryer, kitchen essentials, etc. The location is excellent, safe neighborhood. We recently stayed at ALOHA for a few days while I was undergoing a medical procedure, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment was incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and exactly as described. From the moment we arrived, Ronniey was an outstanding host, ensuring everything was seamless and well-prepared. He was always available for any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and start the day right. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of great & well known restaurants just a short walk away. There's also a Starbucks nearby. It’s clear that Ronniey takes great care of his space and genuinely cares about his guests. This really felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would recommend, and I’m looking forward to checking out his other listings as well! Thanks for a great stay :)
