Absolutely lovely, comfortable flat. Perfect location for beach access and Clifton ville. Extremely clean and tidy. Very spacious and everything you need - S & P, oil, toilet paper, etc Would highly recommend and will return.

The house is a lovely, quirky place - both a balance of cool, interesting, charming and cosy. It's upside down, in a fun way; you walk straight into the bedroom with the kitchen/living room upstairs. The bedroom downstairs has more of an artistically minimalist feeling to it, whereas upstairs feels like a classic, cosy kitchen/living room. Cute little garden behind, which I'm sure is much better enjoyed in the summer than in winter, but was a nice addition nonetheless. It's just opposite the Turner Contemporary and the beach, and right near the coolest bars and restaurants in Margate. Really well located. Definitely get yourself booked in to Bottega Caruso for dinner, and they have a gorgeous wine bar next door! As for Jen, she was kind, attentive, flexible and helpful! She has a neighbour a few doors down that helps out when she's not around. I really appreciated my stay! :)

The basement flat was a lovely cosy place. Really close to all amenities and Jo was very friendly and responsive. Thanks for a fantastic break. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous time in Broadstairs and would recommend anyone to stay at this lovely flat. It was the perfect location and space for the two of us with everything you need for a trip to the seaside. There was a minor issue in accessing the key which was solved before we had even finished the ice creams that we had bought to entertain us while we waited and Julie brought a lovely Easter egg for my son who was delighted by that as well as the buckets and spades already available for him to use.

Great base to explore Margate about 15-20 mins walk to the old town and Dreamland. Beautiful decor, stairs could be steep for anyone who struggles with mobility but perfect for us as a group of 8 adults.

We verbleven bij Lien voor de overtocht te maken naar Frankrijk. De woning is net en ligt dicht bij alles. De ferry en de winkels zijn maar enkele minuten rijden. Top!

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore. We had a great stay and appreciated Katarina’s hospitality. The house was a very convenient place for us to break up our long drive to Southern Spain and literally 5mins from the LeShuttle, and we got to enjoy being right by the beach in Folkestone as well. Super house and great host.

We loved staying at Galina’s. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. Great location, in a nice rural setting but very easy access to Canterbury.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Cherie was an incredible host! The communication leading up to the event was excellent, with Cherie taking the time to discuss the specifications of the houses. The pool was a perfect addition to our holiday, the neighbours were really lovely and the house was very easy to find. We are already thinking about when we can return!

Wonderful few days staying at Patricia's place. It's a very welcoming and cosy home with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. A very quiet and peaceful location even though very near to the centre of Whitstable and so convenient to have a parking spot. Didn't meet Patricia but all communication was very friendly and helpful and was able to extend my stay by an extra day. Weather on first part of trip was windy with heavy rain and Patricia's place very cosy and relaxing and so nice to be able to see the sea from the house. Had two great sunny days and the balcony is a real sun trap and saw some beautiful sunsets. Hope to be back.

We really loved the apartment. The facilities in the kitchen were excellent and there was a generous supply of tea and coffee pods. The view of the sea was super and the promenade was right on the doorstep. We did find access to the front of the property a little difficult due to the lack of a handrail and the height of the individual steps. We had two members of our party with limited mobility, who really struggled. Angela was able to arrange for us to use the rear access which did have a handrail. Perhaps a note about this should be added to the description. However we would visit again as we loved the area and the apartment.

My husband and I loved staying at Palm Lobster. It's an absolutely beautiful flat, and the interior decor is stunning. The flat had all the amenities you could want- and more - and really helped make our stay in Folkestone even more special and fun. It's about a two minute walk from the seafront and the Leas and was very close to all the amenities in town. James, the host, was very helpful all the way through the process too. I would love to stay at Palm Lobster again!

Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.

Wonderful stay, great Hosts, amazing views, everything you will need for a stay for the weekend or weeks at the sea! The view from the deck of this Airbnb is beyond compare! Just Watching the boats can absorb hours!
