Anna et son mari on toujours été reactifs et sympa. le mari d'Anna m'a donné des renseignements sur ce qu'il y avait à faire dans le coin, les restaurants, m'a aidé à gérer des soucis de réservation de voyage alors qu'il n'était même pas concerné et m'a même proposé de le contacter si je rencontrais d'autres soucis au cours de mon voyage dans les jours ultérieurs une fois que je ne logeais plus chez eux. bref, au top. vérifiez bien la localisation qui n'est pas en pleine ville mais un peu à l'écart dans un environnement très chouette. le quartier est rempli de gens accueillants et c'est parfait pour du calme.

very lovely host and staffs. I didn't get the listed room due to prior guest's changed of schedule. The bungalow I was assigned to was a lot smaller (would be very inconvenient if you are traveling with big luggages). there are a lot of bugs in the area, so highly recommend to bring bug repellent spray/cream. there were 2 times the entire unit had power outage (just something to be expected for the area), but it was inconvenient because the entire unit was so dark and stuffy without light and AC, and the hot water would not work once the power is out. the airbnb is super close to the Trang An boat rides, and about 10min drive to then old town walk and 20min drives to other popular attractions. A big plus isnthat they provide free breakfast with a lot of options and with drink, fruits, yogurt.

A beautiful place to stay, we only had one night and really wish we could have done more here and in Ninh binh in general (would recommend minimum of 2, but more would have suited us)! We rented a moped easily from the homestay and had a lovely day exploring. Roads were quiet and wide so we felt comfortable, lots of cyclists too. The place is exactly like the pictures, and food cooked by the owner was delicious and so convenient - especially the hotpot (we’re vegetarian and it wasn’t a problem). We had some slight confusion about the bus the host booked for us (we didn’t have the bus time and had to wait for a couple of hours in ha long) but quickly forgotten once we arrived in paradise. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a fabulous stay! The hosts are lovely and very helpful. The room was nice, quiet and clean. The area by the pool is also great to relax. The breakfast included was delicious and the food in general is great and at a good price. The location is perfect, nearby trang an unesco site and the dragon viewpoint, you can easily cycle to those and free bicycle are available.

host was so helpful and easy to rent motorbike also cheaper than hanoi. house so clean and hot water, air conditioning, wifi everything was great. Tnks to ur service brother

Our stay at Lotus Field Homestay was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning, one-of-a-kind views from our room and the serene beauty of the property. The water was always reliably hot—a rare luxury in Southeast Asia—and the staff were the most helpful and polite we encountered during our three-month journey. What truly set this place apart was their above-and-beyond hospitality. They proactively helped us book a great bus to Sapa, arranged an onsite scooter rental (quickly swapping bikes and waiving any fee when we had a flat tire), and even prepared a special breakfast to accommodate my diet. When I forgot to return the motorbike key, they drove into town to pick it up without hesitation and refused any compensation for their kindness. This is a warm, honest, and caring family running a peaceful and gorgeous homestay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax while staying close to the sights of Ninh Binh.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, making it such a comfortable and refreshing place to relax. The host was incredibly accommodating, offering an early check-in for a small additional fee, which was a huge help for my travel schedule. On top of that, she arranged a seamless pickup for my next journey directly from the Airbnb, which took all the stress out of my travel plans. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and thoughtful host!
