The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

미케비치 북쪽에 위치해요. 시내에서 위치는 그랩타고 5만동-7만동 나와요~! (프로모코드 꼭써서 다니세요) 주변에 현지 시장이 열려서 구경하고 현지식으로 아침밥 사먹었어요 :) 국수하나에 만동 2만동이면 다먹어요! 주변 사람들 모두 베트남 사람들이 살고있고, 동네 분위기 느끼기 좋았어요! 걸어서 비치갈수있어요 :) 집은 대체로 깨끗하고 비누하나만 구비되어있으니 샴푸린스 모두 챙겨오시고 5박 묵었는데 수건은 한번 갈아줬어요~! 우기라 세탁기사용했는데 잘안말라서 주변 동네 현지 세탁소 이용했습니다 히말라야 라운드리 이용했고 1키로 2만동 줬네용 호스트를 5박동안 한번도 만나지 않았지만 열쇠다른가족에 있어서 잠깐 집에들러 못들어갔을때도 스태프 보내주고, 답장 바로바로 해주었어요! 필요한건 저희가 관광하는동안 집에 들러서 두고가주었구요~! 집주인은 영어로 소통 가능합니다 :) 주변 상점은 영어로 소통이안되용(손짓발짓소통 가능) 집이 조금 어두운 느낌이지만 조명이 곳곳에 많아서 모두 키면 공간이 이뻐져용 세명이 묵었는데 1층2층 분리되어 있고 집이 커서 편히 썼습니다!에어비앤비 처음이었는데 만족했어요~!감사해요~❤️❤️

Die Vermieterin war wirklich supernett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und bei allen Fragen oder kleinen Problemen sofort unterstützt – das war wirklich angenehm und hat vieles erleichtert. Besonders aufmerksam: Zum Geburtstag meines Freundes hat sie uns sogar eine Torte vorbeigebracht. Das war eine schöne Geste und zeigt, wie bemüht und herzlich sie ist. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und hat für unseren Aufenthalt gut gepasst – alles wie beschrieben. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, vor allem dank der Gastgeberin. Sie ist mit Abstand die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich wünschen kann. Weil alles so positiv war, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt direkt um einen weiteren Monat verlängert.

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

The stay was beautiful. Everything was amazing. We had a wonderful experience. Even the service and housekeeping was great. Just one suggestion would be to provide an extra bed for 7 people. We paid for an extra person but still didn’t get an additional bed to stay on

Beau logement qui correspond aux photos, bon emplacement à 5 min de la plage avec beaucoup de commodités aux alentours, le marché juste au bas de l'immeuble pour les fruits et légumes et une ambiance locale, il faut juste accepté que la vie commence très tôt au marché mais avec les fenêtres fermées et la clim le bruit est supportable.

럭셔리 그 자체입니다 3층으로되어있어 사생활 분리가가능해서 여러팀이 와도 좋을듯합니다 저희는 5명이거주했는데 침대사이즈가 크고 방이넓어서 여유롭게 지냈습니다 3층 포켓볼 설치가있어 재밌게 지낼수 있었고 1박 밖에 못한게 아쉬웠어요 전체적으로 깔끔하고 깨끗하고 고급스럽습니다

Great host, always reachable and solves any problems right away. The place is as published, plenty of eateries and attractions nearby and within short driving distance. Cleaning was done everyday and amenities were replenished promptly. Great stay for the 14 of us!

屋主十分友善而且會英文，極之容易溝通，如有需要也可以代為安排機場接送的車輛。而且villa內有10個房間，10個房間都有獨立的衛浴，這點很加分。villa的風景也不錯，泳池直對著漁港，不論是早上還是夜晚看都很漂亮。地點方面雖然不是峴港巿中心，但去巿中心的車程都是約15分鐘，相當快捷。有什麼問題可以即時聯絡屋主，他會很迅速地回答。唯獨是比較靠近漁港和附近多植物，會比較多昆蟲。

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

The house was very comfortable. It has 6 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with 2 queen beds, making a total of 7 rooms that can accomodte up to 16 people. There’s a swimming pool, and each floor has a bathroom, except for the room with 2 queen beds. The pool was clean, and the water was refreshingly cool since it’s located outdoors. I came with my parents, who use walking sticks and have limited mobility. The first room requires climbing four steps—there’s no room on the ground floor—but overall, my parents were able to manage. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub, which my kids really enjoyed. An iron and ironing board were provided, along with towels. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils including spoons, forks, chopping board, refrigerator, electric stove, cups, water jug, pots, electric kettle, and oven. The house has a sauna that felt refreshing. It’s very close to a motorbike rental place and only 600 meters from My Khe Beach. Overall, it was a great stay

A great spot in a good neighborhood. Lots of cafes and dining options around. Really all you need is around you. Pharmacy, shopping, electronic stores, and easy walk to the beach.

beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood. 10 mins away from Hans market and Lotte mart. housekeeper was at our villa to welcome us, even bought us a bottle of cooking oil as I asked if they provide any. always responsive to our requests and problems. provided another villa for us to store our luggage as we wanted to check out late, allowed us to lunch there before leaving for airport. house was well equipped. will stay again!
