Ich war zwei Wochen dort wirklich sehr zufrieden! Mein Appartment war sehr hell, ich habe nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen, keine Baustelle oder so daneben und das WLAN gut genug, um Videocalls zu machen. Unten gibt es noch ein kleines Café, aus dem ich öfter gearbeitet habe. Das gesamte Personal ist super lieb und hilft sofort weiter. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Had a great time at Nguyens place. Very nice home with all the amenities. Very responsive host and friendly nature. I highly recommend her place for stay.

Thi Hien is a wonderful host! Very friendly and helpful. The apartment has amazing views of the City, Ocean and the Marble Mountains! It is in walking distance to many restaurants and lots to do. I would definitely recommend this place! 😁

My An is my favorite area in Da Nang just a few minutes from My Khe Beach, some of my favorite tea shops and music bars for nightlife. My sure you request weekly cleaning otherwise it will not be offered. There is construction across the street that’s loud from 7am to 5pm, so bring a white noise machine if you need to sleep. There is a bar across the street that’s loud from 10pm to 2am, so again white noise machine.

Nathan was more than accommodating during my stay. He welcomed me at walked me up and had many recommendations of things to do. He was very responsive and informative of when the staff would be replacing towels and cleaning. He went above and beyond and delivered an extra key to us when we were locked out within minutes! Woildd definitely stay again!

Great hosting kaly is a very friendly person , and the room also has a great view of sea and is walkable distance for beach too.

Great apartment and location - highly recommend!

Vincent and Sami offer the great host. Vincent is really responsive and try to accommodate the guest at his best. My flight to Da Nang was delayed and he stayed late to greet me at the door with clear and mindful instructions to the room. The room itself is clean, nicely decorated and has all you need to feel being like home.

This is such a lovely homestay, and the hosts are so wonderfully nice and helpful. If you want to get to know how the locals live in a homestay where you are treated like a guest of the family, I can’t imagine a better choice! I feel grateful for the hospitality and for the chance to share their beautiful home. While in this area, I highly recommend you rent a motorbike and go check out Hai Van Pass. One of my favorite day trips ever!

The homestay is on a quiet small street which is not accessable for cars, but it‘s just a short walk to the bigger road. It is in a lovely Vietnamese area of Da Nang where I didn‘t see other tourists and the local people are friendly and nice. Vincent is a great host and very helpful, I would definitely book a room at Fstay again.

there're several problems (how to rock, other guest's noise, place of house stuff and so on), but Thi always is kind to answer and solve problems.

This is a very good house, the landlord is very hospitable, the people are very good, gave me a lot of local suggestions and opinions, and the location of the house is very convenient, there is a coffee shop at the door, there is a local market for 10 minutes, the price is very cheap, here Can cook, the landlord often prepares some local food for us, very good!

The rooms are so clean and look exactly the same as in the pictures. There are a lot of Korean supermarkets around there. Owner responded very very quickly! So impressive!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Ngoc’s apartment was in the perfect location in the city. You can see the dragon bridge from just outside the hotel. This location makes it easy to walk to anywhere in the city. Ngoc was responsive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Super Apartment mit toller Aussicht. Toll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren total zufrieden.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
