A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

Thao’s apartment was just as described and as shown in the picture. The surrounding area has lots of playgrounds, restaurants and there is a new mall at about 15 minutes walk. The grand park was under renovation but once finished it will look amazing. Thao is very accommodating and responsive. The only problematic issues I would mention, is that it is quite far from the city centre as others have stated, but we knew this already and that the fire alarm in the building goes off at least once a day and/or night. This can be annoying and if there is actually a fire, people would probably ignore it at first. However these issues are not Thao’s fault and she was a great host. I can 100% recommend her place to anyone looking for a few days in HCMC.

Better than the pictures! So clean and modern. The bed was very comfy and felt right at home here. Phuong was a great host and cared a lot. The location is in a cool area of the city, new and developing with everything you need. The pool and facilities were amazing! A real resort vibe with lovely families and community. However we felt too removed from the city but the accommodation made it relaxed and not a problem. If you want quiet and chilled time definetly book here! Would come back again!

I loved it so much the first time I came back. The apartment is clean, bright and airy. Feels like home and is a great location near the mall with a supermarket and lots of amenities. Cam was as responsive as the first time and even arranged for a cleaning in the middle of my stay. It’s about 40 minutes away from the city which allows for a nice long bike ride home to enjoy the surroundings and the lights. This truly is a wonderful apartment

Wir haben das Haus mit dem Pool sehr genossen in der 3. Woche unserer Reise durch Vietnam, kurz bevor wir uns die letzten beiden Tage vor dem Rückflug ins hektische Saigon stürzten. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr geräumig, eine Oase der Ruhe mit vielen Spazierwegen ums Haus. Die Lage ist super für einen Ausflug zu den Chu Chi Tunneln und dem Tempel in Tay Ninh per Bus. Danke noch für das großzügige Angebot, die gesamte Fahrflotte (Moped, Mountainbike und E Scooter) zu nutzen! Lap wohnt gleich nebenan und konnte auf Fragen sehr schnell reagieren. Vielen Dank noch für den erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Căn hộ rất tuyệt vời, đầy đủ tiện ích, giường nệm gra mền rất sạch sẽ và êm ái, vệ sinh và phục vụ đúng chuẩn 5 sao, chủ nhà hết sức thân thiện và luôn giúp đỡ chúng tôi, quá tốt để nghỉ ngơi và làm việc tại đây, cơ sở vật chất không thiếu thứ gì, tôi rất thích hồ bơi và phòng gym, các bé rất thích khu vui chơi trẻ em rất đẹp và an toàn! Có thể tập Golf và pickleball miễn phí Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây ngay khi đến tphcm!

Na was very helpful and kind, the location is very convenient, recommend for anyone who visits VSIP or surrounding areas.
