5 stars for the service from Xuan and Kim!! Communication was excellent! The place is beautiful and clean! Each room had their own bathroom! It was convenient to have an elevator so that we didn’t have to carry our big suitcases up. It was my children’s birthdays during our stay and Kim helped me order & arrange delivery of the cakes which turned out fantastic (Kuromi and Pokemon themed) The pool was very nice too! No beach towels so we asked for more white towels. The Location is definitely less busy and very beautiful! The grounds are kept clean and maintained. The only downside is there are not many restaurants. There is a small night market but the food is not good. Grab rides are more expensive going into the city. We were a family of 14 and enjoyed our stay!

Nguyen's place was exactly as described in the listing. He was an excellent host and responded very promptly. Unit was very comfortable with good A/C, hotwater, maid service (as per arrangement), free transportation to/ from from airport and a kitchen. Whatever Nguyen was responsible he was very good at it. Now for issues beyond Nguyen's control: Nightly market very nearby; however mainly food stalls that compared to Vietnamese standards, they charged ridiculous prices for the meals that were mainly BBQ.i This is due to fact that rental of the space that they occupy was terribly expensive. They have to charge enough to cover the rental. Looking around the area, there are many, many buildings that are unoccupied. So the owners have to recoup somewhat from the food vendors which ends up on pockets of tourists. Vicious circle. Beach was OK and not to far. As a result, I would not imagine going back to Phu Quoc, especially not in that area of Sonasea. Sorry, but that's how I see it.

Khách sạn vị trí trung tâm nhìn thẳng ra cầu Hôn, tôi có thể đi bộ ra cách điểm tham quan vì chỉ cách có vài trăm mét mặc dù khách sạn có dịch vụ đưa đón bằng xe điện Nhân viên lễ tân cũng rất nhiệt tình check in cho tôi và giữ hộ vali khi tôi gửi ở đây thêm, tôi để quên kính và được bạn nhân viên nhiệt tình tìm lại và giữ hộ tôi Nói chung là trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời, tôi sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè của tôi khi đến Phú Quốc lần tới

Kevin was a great host! Responsive and proactive! He accommodated our stay with great care and made arrangement for our transportation to and from the hotel providing us peace of mind. I recommend staying here as it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent location for ocean front view of the firework display and musical water performance.

Clean, neat, well kept. Mr.Hai is a great host.

We stayed at Cua Can Villa for one month. Everything was perfect despite some issues with water but they are fixed already. Nhat, the manager of the villa, was very hospitable and polite. He showed us around and helped us in many ways. Thank you Nhat!
