I loved the location of the condo( not far from beach ) and walkable to a few restaurants and even drugstore (CVS). The kitchen was equipped with coffee maker, full sized oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave and oven as well as pots and pans and kitchen utensils. (The cabinets are high up, so you may need to bring a step stool to access some of the dishes ). Charles also provided dishwasher detergent and washing machine pods, as well as some basic cleaning products, paper towels and even TP. ( this was my first time in an Airbnb so I did not know what to expect ). I was also pleased there were 2 large flat screen TV's, one in bedroom and one in living area with cable. Charles was a responsive host. Would recommend this unit, bright and airy.

Very nice place, love the setting and how everything was set up. Very clean. My favorite was specially the beds so comfortable I would love to know where you got it from. I would definitely recommend to anybody going to west palm to book.

Great apartment!

This is a great family friendly resort. The condo was large and perfect for our family of four. The balcony had a great view of the beach. My kids loved the pool with the slide. The beach was great too! The unit was clean and had great amenities. We would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed our stay! Your home was just as described in the photos plus a lot of little added touches (popcorn bar was great!). Loved that it was so close to so many stores, restaurants and especially the beach. Shavonne was extremely responsive any time we reached out. 5 stars all the way.

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa Delray. It was a gated and safe with a nicely landscaped area. The apartment had everything we needed. The can opener was broken and replaced quickly. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating for sun and shade. The location was perfect for us. Our only issue is that the pool wasn't heated. Most other guests also expressed disappointment as well.

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The condo is decorated immaculately. It’s is extremely comfortable. The condo is located in a hotel located directly on singer beach. It is extremely convenient for a walk to the beach vacation with the option to have hotel amenities. The best of both worlds. The hotel has a restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner a smoothie and espresso/coffee bar. Anything we needed we called the hotel and they ran it up to us even though we were in an Airbnb. What you will not get by renting this place : a cute neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Places to walk and shopping nearby. The restaurant is always dead and there’s not much buzz happening in the hotel, they’re still trying to find their footing by creating a brand and identity. But the food is very good although insanely expensive. Pros : you’re only 15 minutes away from Palm Beach with all the insane shopping and food you need.

This apartment is a gem! Deborah’s space is just like the pictures, super cozy, well equipped and has a prime location. Attention to details in the decoration like flowers and signs made us feel at home. The beach kit came in handy and made our trips to the beach easier and comfortable. The club area is great for walking and the pool came super in handy during summertime. All instructions were super clear and made our stay seamless. Both check-in and check-out procedures were easy and quick to comply with. Parking was also easy to manage with the permit and dedicated spots for visitors. As for Deborah, she is an amazing host. Super proactive and kind. She was always easy to reach and helped us with any doubts we had. She also left us a guide with some suggestions of what to do in the neighborhood which came super in hand! Would definitely recommend her space to anyone and love to come back!

Comfortable 2 BR apartment a short, 10-minute drive from WPB. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well. Everything was quite easy and clean with a cute top deck overlooking some nice trees. Super comfortable bed in the master bathroom and nice showers and recently re-done bathrooms.

Merle was an amazing host, we will definitely be back. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for and her flexibility was so helpful. She was always a quick responder and truly a great host!

A gem of a place in a beautiful old school building. Best location, super close to the beach and restaurants. Sierra provides you with beach chairs and umbrella which are a game changer. She made our stay easy and accommodating for us. We will definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at Sofa House! The house was just as beautiful as the pictures, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The backyard was absolutely stunning—we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, it was super convenient to take the Freebe golf carts to the beach. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Anita was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Sofa House to anyone visiting the area! The Delray Beach area is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. The only thing is we didn’t realize the pool was not heated and was a bit too cold for our kids to enjoy. You can also hear the roosters in the primary bedroom but just had to crank up our sound machine to drown it out. Would stay here again because the house itself is wonderful and price is affordable.

What a great stay! This house was perfect for our group. The pool and outside area was one of our favorite parts of the house, as well as the pool table and corn hole boards. Two of the days during our stay were rainy so it was really nice to have something to do other than watch TV. The master bedroom is really comfortable and the other two rooms are, as well, though on the smaller end. The kitchen and dining areas are a little tight, space-wise, but absolutely not a problem for us! The house is set up to maximize seating, sleeping, and amenities, which is awesome. Plenty of room for two families with small children. Laundry on site and a dishwasher are really fantastic features. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This is a beautiful house with a nice pool deck and plenty of parking. It’s close to Florida Atlantic University so it’s very nice for families to visit their children attending Florida Atlantic University. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming down again soon.

Great place. We needed a place for a long stay (5 weeks) and Ann and Lars were great hosts from the onset; very responsive and was easy to get set up (answered all our questions before we booked). The place. Great house, high end furnishings and very clean. All of the basics that you need for a long stay. Loved the master bedroom with the living area that worked great as an office during our stay. The outside area was nice to sit in the afternoon with a glass of wine to get some fresh air. Location. Very safe community, gated, quiet and picturesque. I loved running around the neighborhood in the morning. Close to great restaurants and easy to get to just about anywhere. Amenities. Loved the big washer and dryer. There is a small community pool that we used twice (be careful of flying golf balls). Parking was convenient right in the driveway and can fit two cars. Hosts. Very responsive and helpful in navigating the area and answering questions. Their recommendation for cleaning people was great - used them a couple of times. Overall a great place to stay. My family and I were very comfortable and safe and would highly recommend.
