Christine & Rebecca are amazing hosts. Our group experienced some freezing rain during our stay which caused power outage. They were very communicative and considerate with our issues, offering a partial refund. Not only did they communicate well, but even after checkout, they were willing to help support our case to get a refund with Airbnb fees. For the cottage itself, it checked all of our boxes: lakefront view; pool table; hot tub; a private area (there were some neighbours but pretty far away); and plenty of beds that almost everyone in the group had their own to sleep on. I think the pictures don't do justice. The rooms in cottage are larger than what the pictures make it out to be. The hot tub was nice and warm. I can only imagine how fun the place would be in the Spring and Summer with the kayaks. This cottage is cozy and has "summer camp" vibes; this is perfect if that's what your after. I highly recommend booking here!

My family and I had a wonderful winter stay at Watersedge Lakehouse. The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. Our host made sure we had all we needed and was very helpful with instructions on staying at the cottage , checking in and local recommendations. The main living room was a perfect place to gather and have a warm fire while looking out at the water. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire plus the deer wandering about. It was a great place for relaxing and making memories.

Eka was a great host. We made a last minute reservation and Eka was able to accommodate our needs. The place was very cozy yet spacious. The cedar sauna was the highlight of our stay. Everyone enjoyed it and wanted to come back. Thanks for everything Eka.

This cottage was an absolute gem with a beautiful waterfront view! Waking up to the stunning scenery each morning was such a treat. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind, especially with the crisp winter air—it made for such a relaxing experience. I also really appreciated the level of care in maintaining the property, especially after the major snowfall. The path was safe, well-cleared, and easily accessible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into ensuring guests are comfortable no matter the season. I can only imagine how beautiful this place must be in the summer, and I’ll definitely be booking again

This beautiful cottage has room for the entire family to enjoy while still having enough rooms or outdoor spaces for family members to enjoy their own quiet time as well. The lake is beautiful and we look forward to going back in the summer!

Al and Claudine were friendly, approachable, and professional right from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend Commanda Lake Resort to anyone looking to get away from it all.

We had a last minute booking which Donna and Dave were happy to accomodate. The cabin was lovely the entire stay. There were more than enough beds (4 in total). It had all the amenities we needed, and the place was in a great quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's an outdoor cooking area to bbq or, if you're feeling adventurous, a really cool cooking contraption. Even though we visited in the winter, the hot tub was cleaned off and available for use, and so was the cooking area. I imagine this AirBNB in the summer would be even greater. Donna and Dave were spectacular hosts, ensuring everything we needed and being pro-active, so we never had to ask for anything.

We had a great time at this lovely waterfront cottage on a small lake that’s easily accessible from Parry Sound. The cottage has been updated but retains its charm. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location is quiet, save for the occasional small airplane overhead from the nearby municipal airport. The sand beach is easy to access and weed free. The canoe, kayaks and SUP provided for use were appreciated. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome definitely we will come back,we enjoy kayaking ,fishing, the beach , fire pit, best place is so quiet and peacefu..l I will highly recommend love the experience..❤️❤️

DJ's place is a beautiful location and as described. DJ was also accommodating to allow an extra dog. Our weekend away was very enjoyable. I thought there could have been better communication between us and the host/co hosts. There were times where my messages were read immediately but responded to over 24 hours later, or ignored entirely. There were no issues with the place itself. I would return again.

Ryan was a great host and the place was beautiful and located in a great location easy to find. We loved the place and would most definitely stay again if needed.

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

A little slice of paradise! Ryan Bryan's place is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The space is modern with vintage esthetics, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It has all the amenities that made me feel like home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive and ensured everything was just right for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature. Can't wait to come back!

Fred’s house was great! The house’s open concept was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to hang out in through the cold winter days without feeling crowded. The fireplace added lovely ambience and warmth. The six bedrooms ensured we all had our own space, which was a nice treat for our girls’ weekend. The master bedroom with ensuite was particularly spacious. The whole house was nicely decorated, and overall was a cozy and welcoming place. We didn’t use the sunroom, as is unfortunately smelled of smoke. Fred was a very responsive host. He quickly answered any questions. We had a lovely stay here, and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend it.

Our stay at Catharine and Mike’s house was a great time. The house was very spacious and had all the necessary appliances, linens, towels etc that anyone staying there could need. We felt very at home and enjoyed the pool, which was also extremely clean. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any request we had. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Always enjoy our stay at-rocky crest and this unit is ideal for a large group who need to spead out. Very responsive host. Look forward to coming back again.

Great stay with my family. Loved the winter activities both at the resort and in the area. The home was lovely, the dryer came in handy for drying snow-pants and mittens and the fireplace after outside time was great! The resort has many activities including skating, tubing and swimming/hot-tub that was fantastic. Enjoyed our stay and would enjoy returning!

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

The views are amazing great place to stay close to everything including Tim hortons and grocery store . Close to blue mountains great vacation

Idyllic gem on Georgian bay. Perfect for a small family getaway by the lake. The resort pool is a big plus for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. Jefferson is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. He kindly accommodated our request.

From the very first conversation, Andrey was professional and helpful. the place is as described plus more. Everything was well kept, the little boat was amazing, and most of us caught fish. There was something to do for all of us. Andrey accommodated us to an early check in, and offered a late check out, even though we didn't ask for the check out, it gave us a little more time with our family. We had pretty much packed up even though he sent the message early.. The fire pit area is right on the eater, and a lot of planning was put into it. there was plenty of room for our 3 dogs, 9 adults and one child. Sitting outside was peaceful. it was very private, with security cameras outside to help us feel safe at night. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. well worth the drive, I think we have found our permanent holiday that we take with our family each year. Thanks!!
