After exploring the island each day, coming back to this house was perfect. It is darling and just a short walk to an amazing beach. The house has everything needed to make a few meals and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. Sarah provides the extra touches that truly helped our time here. Bags to carry our items, beach chairs, etc. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing family vacation! The beach was beautiful and the location was walkable to restaurants and coffee. Dan was very friendly and did a great job communicating with us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

A great place to relax, very comfortable with your own ‘private beach’. The water was clear and the colour of the sea was stunning. It was a five minute walk if you wanted a pool to sit by or an interaction with other people. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

This was the perfect location for our stay on Long Island. The central location made exploring the entire island for our first visit extremely easy. The cottage is squeaky clean and super cute. Great amenities. Being pet friendly was a super plus. Even though it was close to the restaurant/bar….we never knew it. It felt so private tucked back in the foliage. Beautiful location, lovely water and dock views. We thought their restaurant/bar was definitely one of the best (we also loved Chez Pierre which was located nearby). We ended up there at least once every day! This is a great place to stay and MIchelle was a wonderful host.

Marisa’s place is just perfect! It has everything you need and it’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Very spacious with a perfect layout. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Recommendation to rent a car if you want to explore different areas in the island. Thank you Marisa for being the perfect host!

The Beach House is a lovely place to stay with family and friends. The north end, bay side of Hope Town is peaceful, walkable (“the loop” as we called it is a quick 10-15 minute walk around the neighborhood) and has a community feel. The moderately sized home is perfect for 4 to 6 people with access right to the soft sandy beach, a luxury not all beach front homes in this area have. Directions and documentation provided by the host were on point. We found grocery shopping by service from Marsh Harbor with delivery was the best option, although the service fee was slightly more expensive than documented (worth it though!). Kayaks were a nice amenity. We brought our own floats and snorkeling gear- made it feel like we were at our own personal resort. If you need a beach read, the host offered a large number of books for your pleasure. Last note is to get the key lime pie from Vernon’s (early risers only!). Anything else we were missing Kevin was able to help us with. Lovely, relaxing.

This is one of the most incredible properties we have stayed at. The view from the deck alone is worth coming for. The house has everything you need. Stop by a liquor and grocery store to load up before arriving and you wouldn’t have to leave again. Snorkeling off the back was amazing - the water had fish and turtles galore. A short walk out the driveway takes you to another terrific little beach. If you want a car, taxi to/from the airport, or anything else - Wallace is your man. He is extremely helpful, kind and seems to know everyone on the island. Literally. Just a true gentleman. There is lots to see on the island, but the laid back vibe and unbelievable comfort of the house will make you wonder if you ever need to leave. We decided that when we come back next year, we might never leave the house. Enjoy and thanks to Aaron and Kathy for such amazing accommodations!

It is a clean house with everything needed in the kitchen and sits in a great location. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. I'd be happy more than happy to return to this Airbnb on a future trip.

This is a great villa in a stunning location on Eleuthera. The setting immediately puts in you into vacation mode - with the gorgeous Caribbean sea stretching out in front of you. Rainbow Bay beach is a spectacular beach and a peaceful quick walk from the villa. The double kayak and some beach gear (and tons of beach towels) make for a great beach day. You could spend your whole vaca at the villa and the local beach, but there is so much to explore - so definitely book a car. The house was spotless, safe, comfortable, and well-provisioned; the porch and pool really add to the space. A couple caveats: as others have mentioned, some of the porch/deck furniture was overly worn or broken (though repairs seemed to be underway during our stay) and we had folks working on the grounds during two of our days (they do a great job, but it impinged on the private nature of the villa). That said, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience and recommend the villa.

Fantastic location with beautiful views! The co-hosts Elena and Alicia were extremely responsive before the trip. Alicia met us at the rental to get us settled. The house was a great size for our traveling party (3 adults, 2 children, 1 infant). Easy walk down to the beautiful private beach. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants/cafe. You do have to cross a busy road to get to the sidewalk and there are no crosswalks. The hosts were flexible with check out time which was a huge help! A great stay overall!

We loved Eleuthera and the heart and soul was a fantastic place to call home after our adventure filled days. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks you.

Don was an amazing Host. Every instruction was clear and the place was just as described. Every request I made was quickly answered and accommodated by Don. I had multiple questions and he was very patient and pleasant. The place was across from the Pool and bar. The Beach was amazing, and location was within walking distance to the Hilton and to Fisherman's Village. The security guard was awesome at the community. Looking forward to making this a yearly trip if possible and renting in Don's place. Don exceeded all my expectations for my Birthday trip.

Welcome to Paradise! This home has the most beautiful views and accommodations. Our family had a wonderful time relaxing by the beautiful pool and walking the quiet beach! Robbie and Rosalie were the best hosts. Their communication was great. They responded in a very timely manner; typically within minutes. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next family vacation!

an absolutely gorgeous place to stay!! Chris was extremely helpful and informative. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. To be able to wake up to beautiful sunrises, to hanging at the fantastic pool or hang out in the hammocks at the edge of the Caribbean Sea, And then to end the day with a cocktail watching the sun set...Amazing!! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Thank you Chris and David for a relaxing vacation.

Timothy was extremely accommodating, thoughtful & kind! My mom & I needed a very last minute booking & he responded within 10 min of my inquiry. He helped us with rides, reservations & organizing excursions w/o us having to worry at all. Not only is the space clean & cozy but he even left us a gift bag of snacks & wine for my mom😊. You have a private beach to yourself which is part of love beach & is so beautiful!!! You have ocean views & sounds from the room. The sunsets are epic. There are lovely restaurants nearby. You have all the amenities other than a cook stove but there was a small counter top toaster oven. We didn’t need anything more than that! We even got to meet his sweet mother that left us with a lasting impression of how kind him & his family are. It was truly a blessing to find this place!! We can’t wait to return!! This place is a little piece of paradise! The house was perfect for my husband and I on our honeymoon. Everything was clean. The view from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking. It was private and peaceful!

Central location with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Favorite part was the large screened-in back porch that is steps away from the beach but with vegetation that provides privacy. Loved relaxing there in the morning to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and there is a table to have meals. Appreciate having washer and dryer to keep stuff clean. Beach and turquoise waters are beautiful.

The house is a great floor plan and well appointed. The views are amazing. We had some unforeseen issues with the AC when we arrived, but the host promptly delivered 3 fans and communicated with us extraordinarily well while that issue was being tended to. Things are going to happen on vacation, but how you respond to them is memorable and Lydia was at the top of her game. We have owned a vacation rental property for 18+ years, so we understand that “stuff happens”. Thanks, Lydia, for pulling out all the stops to ensure our comfort and happiness.

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

One of the most gorgeous locations we have ever had the pleasure to stay! Very private area of the island. We felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. We did a car rental and we were able to drive to water taxis to see all of the surrounding islands. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to anyone! We hope to come back in the future!!

Our stay at "Paradise at Sunset" was wonderful. The beach house had it all, from hot tub, to sauna, to his and her outdoor tubs, to your own private beach, the place is incredible. The three bedroom, three bath house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. With the outdoor kitchen, dining, and entertainment area, you will not find a better place to watch sunsets over the gorgeous turquoise waters. This place is even better than advertised. We enjoyed the swimming, paddle-boards, snorkeling, and fishing right out the back door. We saw so much sea life, we brought our own rods and caught yellow jack, and needle fish right from shore. There is never a lack of things to do or places to relax. When messaged the hosts were impressively helpful and responsive. The island of Eleuthera is a special place and we felt so blessed to have these accommodations while we were there. Can't wait to come back again.
