Wow! This place is incredible. We had 6 adults stay very comfortably for the week. The house is exactly as described. The view, the home, the location, everything was just right. We are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Really nice house at a great location. Good market nearby and a close to beautiful mostly deserted beach. The inclusion of two cars is really nice. We had a great family reunion and the host made available a high chair and baby gates to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. the property definetly exceeded expectation. the host was helpful and responsive. The home smelt amazing. i would definetly recommend this home to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay and loved being so close to the stunning beach. Geoffrey was a great host and very helpful with getting us golf carts and a boat rental. The house was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the Bahamas Beach Club and Treasure Sands. Overall a very relaxing holiday!

We had a great time at Anna’s place. We had a family of 9, including a baby, and there was more than enough room for everyone. It was very comfortable and in a nice location. She was very responsive and the place was just as described.

The condo was amazing! Within walking distance to a convenient store, wine & liquor store as well as Bahamar waterpark. Tamara was responsive and extremely helpful with excursion and chef recommendations. My family enjoyed our stay 10/10 must recommend.

The house and property were gorgeous, exactly as pictured. Rodman and D’andra were super friendly and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We checked in early and when we arrived the house was just lovely. Dom met us there and gave us a wonderful tour of the house and area. Both he and Joy were so helpful weeks before we arrived and during our stay. We had one minor issue and Dom immediately sent a plumber to fix things up. I can’t say enough about these wonderful hosts and this lovely property. We will be back !!

Co-host Bonnie was helpful and responsive. The property was in perfect shape, we enjoyed our second stay there. We will definitely be back.

Cheryl’s property was just what we were looking for on our GTC getaway! The house was new/clean and had everything you needed as far as supplies for cooking. The location was great and very nice to have the boat at the dock within short walking distance! Having both sides of the duplex was very accommodating and was perfect for our group! Water pressure was great and really nice to have those deep freezers! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay! The outdoor space and pool were absolutely perfect—our kids had a blast. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The two smaller bedrooms have twin beds (not full), which wasn’t an issue for us, but larger groups might find them a bit tight. Elena and the property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While walkable, the area can be a bit busy for walking with kids, but we made it work. A special shoutout to Lemont, the driver they recommended—he was amazing and helped us all week, including airport transfers. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this property over MDW and we had a great time. The house was clean and provided mostly everything you need; outdoor furniture was in great shape and fairly new and the grounds were kept in good shape. The beach was steps from the property and water was beautiful. The host was very helpful and very responsive to questions and requests as well as Dawn who was readily available and showed us around the property when we arrived.

My family and I enjoyed the house. Lots of yard space for the kids to play safely, apart from having the pool for more engagement . The neighborhood was quiet which we loved. Lots of space and it wasn’t cramped. Will definitely book again

We absolutely loved Lou’s place. Felt like home, was beautiful and comfortable. Definitely would come back and recommend. 11/10.

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

We rented both the Sun and Moon side for two families. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The collection of extras were fantastic, from beach chairs to the full sized cooler, everything made being away from home easy. The attention to detail was fantastic, I've never once before been to a vacation rental with sharp knives. Every knife in both sides was sharp and ready to use. The pool was better that the pictures do justice, especially at night when the lights came on. The fully lit Basketball court was a great perk for some night games. Seron was very prompt with all messages and gave us a fantastic recommendation for a boat captain for a Staniel Cay adventure which was almost $500 cheaper than most advertised rates. The location is central where you can get to places on both ends of the island easily. If using a rental car, pay the extra money and get something off-road capable. Most beach access and roads to the villa are sporty.

Gary was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, everything was clean and comfortable! Private and within walking distance to a local beach and the bus stop but also easy enough to walk to downtown if you are into a good walk (2 miles) - we have adult and teen children so this was a fun way to connect and the weather was perfect.

The place was great. Our family enjoyed having private space and having a home away from home for our vacation. The kitchen had all of the things we needed and a grocery store was nearby (cheaper than restaurants for every meal). There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and floaties. We brought our own snorkeling gear and extra beach toys, though. We like to stay busy and renting a car was a must for us. We drove to Paradise Island a couple of times (for a Born Free boating experience and Atlantis), Junkanoo Beach, Clifton Heritage Park, Jaws Beach, Love Beach, Bonefish Pond… Be sure to add 30-60 minutes extra travel time from Palm Cay; traffic can be unpredictably chaotic especially heading to Paradise Island on a weekday morning (we almost missed our Tues 8:30am boat). The house was great to come back to after a long day in the sun. We’d watch a Netflix movie together then each kid had their own room to unwind and have personal space. Highly recommend!
