The Bahamas : locations de vacances

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful vacation staying at the Bungalow. It was clean, spacious and accurate in terms of what the listing had described. We made use of the kitchen accessories that were provided (plates, bowls, cups, utensils, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker ect.) which was helpful when picking up food in town with a car that was easily rented. It was extremely relaxing with our own private patio and various kinds of lounge chairs while also offering a more social atmosphere at the restaurant and bar. While we had seen a review mentioning a slightly uncomfortable bed, we slept comfortably every night. The views were amazing from the property, we felt extremely safe and at-home and spent a lot of time (frequently without seeing another person) on the beautiful beach just steps from the bungalow, as well as floating in the pool and taking advantage of the swim-up bar. I could not have asked for a more friendly and accommodating staff on the property and restaurant/bar as well (Mekell who welcomed us with a seamless check-in, Sammy at the bar, Pascal and Francesca at the restaurant and the younger staff helping to take care of the house and ground-keepings) not to mention - the food and drink at Pascal's was delicious!! Pam from the rental team was also extremely helpful with my Q&A's via email. While there is so much of the world to see this would be a spot I would return, knowing that there is such an amazing experience to be had.

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend and had an epic time. We highly recommend having Harrison cook your dinner for your first night there, the food was delicious and we had plenty left over. He is a great caretaker and very friendly. We loved the location and enjoyed exploring the beautiful beaches on Cat Island. Da Pink Chicken is very close by and we had dinner there our last night. If it’s open while you’re there, check it out, it’s a unique experience!

My husband and I stayed here in order to bonefish! It was beautiful. Amazing area, lots of bonefish, and she was SO SO nice and helpful. She had a ton of recommendations, helped us find our way around the island, and offered to help us in anyway she could.

This home was in a beautiful and very quiet area. Well maintained grounds and pool area. The pool was regularly cleaned and refreshing. Loved it. The home had all amenities and so convenient with each bedroom having its own ensuite. Kitchen was well stocked . Lots of areas around the home to sit and be comfortable in. The hosts always answered any questions quickly. Very professional and friendly. We had regular correspondence with DeAndra. She went above and beyond to make our trip very memorable. Would absolutely recommend this home for your next vacation.

The location on the beach couldn’t be better! The beach villas are an excellent place to stay, and this double unit looks right out onto the ocean. The five of us had plenty of space, a functional kitchen, and we loved our stay. Chartering Darin’s boat with Captain Craig for a day was a memorable experience and we got to see so much more of the Berry Islands.

April and her little seagrape were a slice of paradise and we were so sad to leave. Couldn’t recommend this property, or April as a host more. She helped us with some tricky timing for our check in, and then not only greeted us but showed us around the property, and gave fantastic local recommendations through our entire stay. The Abacos are so beautiful and there’s so much to do, but the picture perfect location of the seagrape makes you want to stay and have lazy days there, so plan for that if you can. It’s my big regret! I slept on the pullout couch bed and found it very comfortable, and my travel partner enjoyed the main bed. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, and the bathroom came with TONS of towels, super helpful for a beach vacay. We walked to and from the house to the ferry dock in approx. 20mins, which was super great to avoid a taxi fare. Genuinely hope to go back & stay again. Thank you, April!

If you are looking for an off-the-beaten-path, authentic Bahamas experience, this is the place to do it. Great secluded location but still close to grocery stores and Nicholls Town. Nice beach right out front with a beautiful sheltered bay and shallow beach a short walk to the west. We rented a vehicle to explore the island and other beaches but spent a third of our time swimming, fishing, and snorkeling right at the property. It was great to laze about on the lounge chairs at the beach or on the back deck. Dee, the co-host, was always quick to respond as we were booking the trip and before we arrived. Evie and Ron, the local caretakers, checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and were just a phone call or text away if anything came up. We found it easiest to do our own cooking but there are some take-away and beach bar options available. Grocery stores were limited in what they stock but we found enough to keep us happy.
