This was perfect for a couple looking to unwind. Hot tub was lovely. Kitchen was very well stocked. Tons of information on activities in the area.

We spent a getaway weekend as a group of moms with their kids and it was the perfect spot. Easy enough to child proof, the furniture was very comfortable, and the house was spotless. The outside amenities and forested area were fun and well-maintained. The host was the most proactive, communicative, and helpful that I’ve had. Fantastic stay, and would absolutely stay again!

We loved this airbnb and stayed for 3 weeks. It sits right on the edge of the marsh with an extraordinary view. We greatly enjoyed how a short walk away is Chaffinch Island, which is a gorgeous park full of tides pools and hackberry trees. The space was clean and comfortable and Mary was a fantastic host. You can see a lighthouse on an island 3 miles out sea from all the rooms, even the main bed.

This is a beautiful, peaceful place. We loved our stay last year so much that it was our first thought for our getaway this year too! We didn’t want to leave. The house is lovely with so many wonderful things provided including a little bowl of welcome snacks. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck looking at the lake and listening to the sounds of nature.. Great kitchen with lots provided for cooking. We especially loved the fire pit and swim spa. The owner is lovely, helpful and responsive.

The only regret we have for this booking is our short stay . We booked for a quick 24 hour girls trip while we hopped around in Warwick for a wine tour ! The house was very cutesy and just so perfect for our group of 5 . The hot tub was a fan fav to put the icing on the cake at the end of the night . Back yard was nicely lit and the house was labeled for easy access and findings as to where’s what . The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and I can’t wait to book again in the near future! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Danny and Travis’ place was perfect! Exceptionally clean. So many thoughtful touches throughout that really made this place feel like home. The way the yard and deck are situated on the lot make for a perfectly private and peaceful experience. Great location, far out enough to feel secluded and close enough to phenomenal food and drink (15-20 min drive) where you’re never really out of the way. Loved our stay. Will be back next year 👌🏼

We were looking for a place to get away for a weekend. The house was very clean and simple, but it was perfect for what we were looking for. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. The area is quiet. Martin was responsive throughout our stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Even with snow and ice on the ground it was perfect for my family and our dog. Our dog was the main reason we chose this place- the fenced in backyard and close proximity to the Rail Trail (3 houses down!!!) CANNOT be beat. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood but so close by to everything- especially the Minnewaska State Park. The house was perfect- so cozy and modern throughout with the kitchen surprising us with the abundance of cookware and appliances provided! Cannot wait to come again when it is a little warmer and get to enjoy the beautiful porch and backyard. We absolutely will be back!!

Nice house in an excellent location equidistant from Milford and Narrowsburg. Olga was attentive and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Kim’s place was perfect - peaceful, clean, welcoming. The view of the pond was blissful. No issues whatsoever. Just what we were hoping for in an airbnb.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at this cozy cottage with our pups, and it was the perfect retreat. The cottage was as incredible as pictured. Only 15 minutes from Lake Minnewaska, the cozy living room was a haven after a long day of hiking, highlighted by the gas fireplace adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows offered stunning forest views. We loved spending evenings on the deck, enjoying the fire pit under the stars. The host was thoughtful, providing helpful local recommendations. Whether you're looking to relax or explore nature, this cottage is an ideal getaway. Highly recommend!

Incredibly cozy cottage. We had a great time staying here. The cottage is in a convenient location while also giving you plenty of privacy. Great location to get away from the chaos of city life too.

Monica’s cottage was very peaceful and relaxing. Upon arriving getting in was very easy and linear. 2-3 dead stink bugs were found but I understand if the place hasn’t been touched in a while. A few dust bunnies here and there but no more than you’d find in your own home. The cottage was accurately described and pictured. Definitely met its standards, all of the decor and even the layout was beautiful and extremely cozy/comforting. This was the perfect get away me and my partner needed. Hope you enjoy as much as we did

This was our second time staying at the cottage. We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The cottage was warm and cozy and Linda had tasteful and festive decor in every nook and cranny. We had the pleasure of meeting Linda. She is a truly wonderful person who loves what she does and it shines through in her beautiful property. So much attention to detail throughout the house. We hope to be back again soon!!

Chuck's place in the woods was exactly what my husband and I wanted and needed. It was drenched in light, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Despite being one of the coldest periods so far this winter, we were never chilly. There were a number of spots in the home to curl up with a book or get cozy for a nap. Chuck was easy to communicate with. We look forward to returning in warmer weather to take advantage of the lovely three season room.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Judy and Eric’s cottage! The space was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable getaway. But what truly made this experience special was their incredible hospitality. A snowstorm hit during my stay, and Judy and Eric went above and beyond by allowing me to stay extra time to ensure I was safe. Their kindness and generosity truly made a difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The cottage itself is peaceful and charming, with a breathtaking view into the woods that made for the perfect escape. Waking up to that scenery was one of the highlights of my stay! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming retreat. Thank you, Judy and Eric—I will definitely be back!

Stephanie's Cider Cottage is one of our favorite places to be. We stay each time I am back in MA to visit family, and I look forward to this quiet, lovely respite for which Stephanie, an excellent host, is an incredible steward.

We have been going to Sandpond every year for as long as I can remember. We love the lake and the area. Claudia's cabins provide us the ability to join our family there and have our own space. We absolutely love it and are already looking forward to next year!!
