The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

Great stay no complaints would stay here again!

Great location and stay

I wish I could gatekeep this place for myself, but everyone coming to NJ and looking for an Airbnb needs to stay here. Lou was an elite host; he was so responsive and friendly. His place was more than I expected, the three bedrooms and loft was so spacious, everything was in immaculate condition and VERY clean. My 14-year-old son had his own private space in the loft, and he was ecstatic (I only saw him when it was time for meals lol). Very convenient location, close to all major highways and walkable to multiple restaurants (the farmers market was an added bonus). The house had every amenity you would need, I felt like I was at home. 10/10, this will be my go-to place when I am in NJ.

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

We had a lovely stay here to celebrate a friend's son's bar mitzvah. There are not many options in the area, so we felt lucky to find such a lovely place. It is convenient to Ossining or any of the surrounding Hudson River communities. The property had a gorgeous view of the Hudson, which I enjoyed while sipping my morning coffee, as well as plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the natural landscape. The interior had plenty of space, multiple places to sleep, as well as multiple social spaces for relaxing. The space was attractively decorated and the living space included comfortable couches, working space, and a well-appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful amenities like coffee and fresh creamer, eggs, and bagels. Thank you so much for the great accommodations! We really enjoyed ourselves.

We stumbled upon Derby’s place by chance. It’s exactly as described if not better. My friend and I were travelling to New York for the UN and we initially booked somewhere else which was a disaster. We frantically tried to find something else when we were fortunate enough to book Derby’s place. He responded right away and not only accepted the booking but picked me up from the awful place I was originally staying. The air bnb is BEAUTIFUL, every time my friend and I walked in from a long day in Manhattan we rejoiced. It’s fully equipped with a steamer, space to make food and eat comfortably, a beautiful washroom with a spacious shower and a heater in case you get cold. The bed is very comfortable and there is a sound machine to help you fall asleep. Derby’s communication is A1, he responds right away. To get inside it’s very secure with two doors by key to get in the building and then a code to get into your stay. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would book again!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming cottage in Ardsley, NY, for our family reunion over Christmas. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful suburban setting, the two-story private property offered both tranquility and convenience, making it ideal for our gathering. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays, complete with a fresh Christmas tree and festive touches that truly brought the holiday spirit alive. Our host went above and beyond, welcoming us with a thoughtful bottle of wine and delicious chocolates that added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. The kitchen is fabulous, the amenities top-notch, and the spacious driveway easily accommodated our vehicles. The home’s layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. This property was everything we hoped for and more—a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We wholeheartedly recommend it

This was our second time staying at the lake house, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time. Joe and Izzy were the perfect hosts, always there to help and provide any information needed. The house and property continue to be drop-dead gorgeous, but it remains an extremely comfortable and livable home to stay in. This is by far the best Airbnb or VRBO that we have ever stayed at, and we would highly recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Many thanks to Joe and Izzy for creating such a special place.

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

You might look at the photos for this listing and think there's no way the space could have such an amazing view and be so clean. I'm thrilled to say that the photos are accurate, and the space is as pristine and luxurious as listed. The entire house is big, roomy, and yet also cozy. Seeing the mighty Hudson out the window is just soothing at any time of day. We were able to walk to a number of great restaurants which made our snowcation even more enjoyable and relaxing. There was problem with the heat when we arrived. I only mention it because Duvi was so proactive and responsive in getting the problem resolved. They had a maintenance worker on site, and resolved the issue in record time. Truly a good space for a large group looking to get away and relax.

I loved everything about my stay. The pictures on Airbnb looked the same in-person. Everything was clean and I felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was close by. Dusean communicated very weIl and answered all questions asked. There were some concerns about roaches when I looked at the reviews, but I have not seen any roaches during my stay. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I had a very pleasant day at Victor’s place. We are thankful for the hospitality. The place was extremely homey and comfortable. We hope to be able to find it available. Next time we come to Staten Island.

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

Excellente communication avec Josefina meme si nous n’avons fait que nous croiser. Arrivée très tard dans la nuit, mais Josefina nous a permis d’entrer de manière autonome. Logement propre, petit mais pratique. Très facile d’atteindre Manhattan, en 30 minutes sur des lignes directes. Parfait pour une semaine à NYC.

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.

Anabel was a great host. I loved staying in West New York for the first time and exploring Bergenline. The flat is well supplied with everything you would need in a house and it has beautiful views of the New York skyline. It is about a 30-45min bus drive on the 159 to NJ transit hub right next to Tine Square. Anabel was a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Anabel. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and I hope to be back again soon (possibly for the FIFA World Cup ;-D )

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the fact that it had 3 bathrooms, especially for a bigger group. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. I would come back and highly recommend it!

Felita is a very helpful and kind host. She not only gave me clear instructions, recommended restaurant nearbys, but also help me applied for the visitor parking permit, which is much needed at the nearby location. The place is quiet, clean and beautiful as described in the photos! And very big. I really enjoyed the stay.
