Absolutely stunning ocean views—waking up to the view of waves and watching sunsets from the balcony was unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside was the bathroom location. The scenery and peaceful vibe is just stunning. Would definitely return!

The property is accurately described in the listing; large and spacious; well-equipped for meal preparation and entertainment; reliable air-con and internet access; clear line of sight to the ocean and easy access to the beach; short walking distance to downtown Emu Park; several shaded private seating areas outside to find peace and respite.

We loved our stay at Josh and Kristy’s. It is a lovely place, super clean (kudos to your cleaner, they are amazing!) there was everything we needed and so easy to check in and out. Perfect place to unwind in between family catch ups. Thankyou Josh and Kristy.

Rein. Melissa und Brian haben mit dieser Wohnung ein wahres Kleinod geschaffen. Man fühlt sich schon beim eintreten willkommen und genießt großzügigen Annehmlichkeiten. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich von einer Airbnb Wohnung wünschen kann. Handtücher, Frühstückszubehör, Gewürze, Tee, Spülmaschinentabs etc. Ist alles im ausreichenden Maß über die übliche Ausstattung hinaus vorhanden. Dazu äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei weitem nicht so puritanisch, wie man es sonst vorfindet. Alles ist im mediterran Stil aufeinander abgestimmt und geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, direkt am Strand von Yeppoon, direkt gegenüber des Wasserspielplatzes für die Kinder. Dieser stört jedoch von der Geräuschkulisse gar nicht. Die Wohnung ist Blitz sauber, Möbel und Wände haben keine Gebrauchsspuren. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war absolut angenehm, die Reaktionszeiten super. We had a lovely stay with our friends. The home had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 small children. Comfy beds. The view was great even when we were expecting a possible cyclone. The walk to the strand is very steep but if you’re not up for walking, driving down/up is easy.

My husband and I enjoyed our couple of days at Jennifer's unit. The space is a perfect beach retreat - neat, comfortable, clean and whole place has been newly refurbished. The views are sublime, looking across the bay, Yeppoon and up to Farnborough beach. With only a short stroll down to the beach/bay, we made the most of the location. We met all the neighbours, who welcomed us as old friends. Jennifer's communication was great - checking in if everything met our expectations and offering us further assistance, if required. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. #5star

We really enjoyed our stay, felt right at home and accommodated our needs perfectly. Space was clean, tidy, beautifully presented with all the comforts of home.
