Our stay was very pleasurable. Starting with the easy check in, the instructions were very clear. The house was very clean and spacious, with all of the basic items needed to prevent you having to run out to the store to grab (iron and iron board, shampoo/conditioner, coffee maker, charging stands in each rooms). The outdoor area was very nice and a great spot to spend our time in between our daily activities. All of the equipment was working properly and clean, and to our surprise there was beach equipment for all of us staying, making our trip to the beach more enjoyable. Instructions/rules for the stay were very reasonable and clear to us, leaving little questions. (And even when we had questions, Mabel was very responsive and friendly getting our questions answered). Overall there is nothing negative to say, everything met/exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed our time at the house.

Highly recommend staying here! Everything provided at this Airbnb was nicely organized and perfect for our group. We had a pleasure of staying here for a couple of days and it was all worthwhile. Thankful for the host for accommodating us too.

This was a great place to stay. At the end of a road next to a park in a quiet subdivision. The pool was great to have for the family. AC worked great and we had a wonderful time. Host was very responsive and flexible with our needs.

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Maison agréable avec son jardin et sa piscine. Totalement adaptée pour une famille avec enfants. Dans les informations il manquait les adresses locales pour faire les courses ou pour trouver un restaurant. Quelques conseils sur Miami seraient bien venus.

We were very taken care of here, any questions we had, they responded very quickly and helped us out with everything. Very nice host, definitely something I feel like you need to have a great vacation home is a great host.

Blake was great. Very responsive. Had a handyman out the next day when we had a problem with the door locks. Video explanations of things were helpful. Also very nice to have extra supplies like trash bags when most places only leave 2 for a week long stay. Also helpful to have plastic wrap, sandwich bags and spices for cooking and leftovers for the families that can't afford to eat out every night. Lots of wildlife to see in the backyard oasis. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my husband, daughter and grandbaby for close access to Mount Sinai Medical Center. Personal off street parking was a plus. House was clean and we had everything necessary for our stay. Biggest bonus- no long chore list upon checking out! Wonderfully responsive and caring hosts. Highly recommend.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Nice Shangrala after exploring Hollywood. The surroundings are peaceful and the unit is exceptionally clean and relaxing after a day on the beach.

Do not hesitate to book Cloudya home it’s perfect. The villa is very spacious modern and clean and the pool area is fab. On our arrival we were left snacks and drinks which was a lovely touch :) Very close to shops and eateries also location for both Miami and fort Lauderdale. Would 100% come back here! Loved our stay! - 2 families with 3 children ages 12,11 & 8..

Super convenient location, 10 -15 minutes from everything! Lots of bathrooms! Absolutely loved the host, helped us with an early check in!

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

The home is so small but so cute. And perfect for my stay had to have surgery and the bathroom is a jack and Jill so it was very helpful for my friend to hear me in her room when I needed help. Beds are a little low no tvs in the room but I don’t sleep with a tv on so perfect for me. a huge tv in the living room area. but other than that nice home neighbors are close but no one bothers you would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. Used pool daily, cooked all our own meals, and made memories. We appreciated the host’s kindness and responsiveness. This was our sixth visit to area. Would definitely rent again. Thank you.

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! This place is so cool - the location is perfect - easy walk to the beach and we loved all the wildlife critters right on the property. We used every feature the home had to offer - pool, kayaks - and the kitchen was outstanding. We had no problem preparing meals- high end appliances etc. My teenage kids loved the privacy of the separate entrances for their sleeping rooms too. Hope to be back soon!

We're so glad we decided to stay here and would love to come back again! 3 nights here were not long enough - the house is perfect for a family and there's so much to do in the area! Vilma was so welcoming when we arrived and she is the perfect host! The house had everything we needed (and more!) for our stay, and Vilma and Erasmo were quick to help whenever we had questions and to provide lots of recommendations of sights to see and places to eat. The beds are comfy, showers were hot and with good water pressure, and we really appreciated the extra special touches of things like muffins for our first breakfast there, coffee and creamers, water bottles, beach towels, baby crib and highchair, and even a cooler box for our day trips. Homestead was the perfect base for trips to Miami, the Florida Keys and the Everglades. We would highly recommend this house for both big and small groups alike.
