Excellent property! Modern, well maintained home on secluded parcel. Danielle’s home offers comfortable beds, restorative common areas and beautiful surrounding nature. The well stocked kitchen and the large pack n’ play was much appreciated. Very kid and dog friendly! 15 min to Summit, 40 min to Meadows. Danielle had wonderful communication, our stay easily exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

Allison had a beautiful home!! The riverfront backyard and hot tub were the favorite from our trip! Her home is extremely cozy and comforting, with the windows open you can hear the river. I’d definitely recommend this home for anyone that loves being in nature, looking for a peaceful retreat!

I mean, WOW. You will not be able to find anything like this place. The cabin itself is rustic (but beautifully built!), and the interior upgrades are modern, fresh, and inviting! And.... waterfalls! You hear waterfalls as you wake up and the views are unreal. This is such a unique place with such a unique history, that I feel honored that Foster would be willing to share it with the public as a rental. The cabin is so well-modernized with the kitchen and appliances and supplies (even a spice rack of well-stocked spices), and having two bathrooms was awesome. There is a VHS player TV, games, and record-player in the main area, and I am proud to say it fell fun to use the record player and VHS player. There is a modern TV in the main bedroom, but it was barely used. There's a separate little house that is gorgeous and provides more space for guests. I will say that having the wonderfalls and view was wonderful, but you will have to pay more attention with little kids. Thank you, Foster!

Chris’s home was super comfortable with well stocked kitchen and anything you’d need for a getaway. The setting by the river is magical- we saw bald eagles and other waterfowl even in midwinter! Imagine relaxing in the hot tub after a day of snow sports with a view of the river. It’s a perfect spot to get you away from the rat race for a little while! We hope to check it out in warmer weather soon

This was one of the most beautiful stays we’ve had at an Airbnb. The amenities were thoughtful and showed they truly cared about what guests would need. The kitchen was well stocked, they had everything you’d need for kids and the decor was also so beautiful. We had a peaceful and restful experience.

We initially intended our trip to Mt. Hood to be a snowboarding trip but this house really became the focal point of the trip. We had an amazing stay at Brenda and John's home. It is easily one of the top homes we've stayed at. It had so much charm, but was also renovated for modern amenities and comfort. The beds were really comfortable. Our party was 2 families, and this home had plenty of space and everything we needed. We loved the fireplace and the record player / sonos as well as the piano in the living room. The kitchen was also great, stocked with everything we needed, and a grill on the patio that was connected via natural gas. The kids room had a lot of options and we ended up playing a lot of ping pong and scrabble. Host wise, Brenda was amazing. She was available for every question and so helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again and have raved about it to all my friends.

My family had a great time at this chateau! The house and views of the river and surrounding woods are more beautiful than the pictures! The hosts were great, from the prompt and clear communication throughout the reservation process and throughout our stay, to the amenities that were available for us, to the local recommendations of beautiful trailheads our total family enjoyed. The chateau's proximity to Multnomah Falls and Mt Hood were an added bonus. Overall a great vacation getaway I'd highly recommend and look forward to visiting again!

This was our second stay at the Smallfoot Farm. The hosts are lovely and helpful. The space is what we need and is very comfortable. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

A+! Peaceful with a fantastic view across the Gorge and only 5 min to restaurants, brewery, and grocery store. Our hosts stocked the essentials (coffee, basic cooking foodstuffs, toiletries) so there was no need for a rushed shopping trip on arrival. Great information on everything to do in the area and friendly, responsive hosts. Will be our go to ABNB in the Gorge/Colombia River area when we come back.

Frank and Patricia's space is well taken care of. There are plenty of knick knacks and nice touches throughout the home to make it feel more cozy. The home is older, but is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small but suitable to cook simpler meals. The home heating is a little primitive, old fashioned wall-heater but the home stays rather warm and feels very comfortable at night. The space is part of a larger multi-plex. While I was there it was very quiet and didn't feel like anyone else was around.

A wonderful, newly remodeled, condo in government camp. The space was so darling, perfectly organized, and a great location to walk to restaurants. The closest ski in and ski out you can find on Mt Hood as well. One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay with Andrea and David! Davis was a very welcoming and helpful host. He and his children even brought out toys for my son to play with! (I'm sure playing on the patio and lawn were my son's favorite things about the trip!) Everything was spotlessly clean, but we also felt comfortable there with our toddler. Gorgeous view, beautiful property, location can't be beat! We'd love to stay here again.

Great location and a beautiful view. Even though there are a few cabins next door, it feels completely private. All the windows face a beautiful forested area and creek. The hot tub was wonderful and the house is clean.

The moment I pulled up to the cabin I realized it was going to be a really special stay. Definitely one of the most charming and cozy Airbnbs I’ve ever booked. Everything about this cabin feels like something you’d see in a movie. I really enjoyed how much effort was put into restoring the original charm and build. You can tell a lot of time went into it! Being able to relax by the fire or open one of the windows to look out into the moss and fern covered surrounds was perfect. I’d love to have a reason to stay again sometime but maybe with a few more friends! Also the hiking within a few minutes drive in mt. hood national forest is UNREAL. Just book it.

We took off for a few days to get away with friends to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I happened on the Palmer Cabin after weeks of searching. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was in a great location, lots to do and see in the area, quiet and comfortable. The hot tub was great and sitting by the gas fire place in the evening was nice. We did most of our cooking there and the kitchen was well stocked with last-minute stuff that we may have forgot to bring. Check in and check out Instructions were easily understood. Would definitely come back here again.

We had a great stay with our dog. The grounds are expansive with nice walking trails and a beautiful view of the gorge. There are only a few cabins so it feels very private, not crowded. Inside the cabin, it was tastefully decorated, warm and cozy, plenty of outlets and the hot water was very hot. Everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Note that there is a queen bed on the main floor and two twin beds in the loft, I'm really not sure why the listing shows three twin beds, it's just not right. Also, the shower is pretty small, so would not be a good option for someone with mobility challenges.

We had a very relaxing stay. The cabin is very cozy & just like the photos. The forest surrounding it is beautiful & gives a lot of privacy. The host has thought of everything. The cabin is well stocked with everything needed, & for a rustic mountain cabin, it was nice & clean. We loved the decor. The bed & linens were very comfortable. The host was communicative & helpful. The Skyway Bar & Grill was a great suggestion, we very much enjoyed a dinner there. It’s a little tricky to find, the address from GPS directs you the house on the road infront of the cabin. You have to go further down the road & up a gravel road/driveway, but it wasn’t hard to figure out. Our AWD Tiguan made it up the bumpy/steep driveway just fine. There was lots of trillium blooming, it was beautiful! There was space to fetch our dogs. The hot tub was very clean, hot, well lit & covered from the elements. The proximity to Mt.Hood is great, my husband spent a day there snowboarding. We will book again! Ty!

My husband and I stayed here for his 30th birthday weekend and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! We loved sitting by the fire and soaking in the hot tub. The cabin was so cozy, welcoming, and we absolutely would stay again!
