Amazing place! My family and I we feel like home! I’ll return for sure!

My stay at White Gum House was truly memorable. The serene surroundings, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. The house was beautifully maintained, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Wow… What can I say! Without a doubt our favourite stay on Air B&B thus far. Jamie & Zoe’s house is true luxury on the central coast. The perfect stay for our multigenerational family with something for everybody to do and a space for everybody to retreat & relax. No detail spared with beautiful gifts on arrival, high quality bed linen & even toys for our young family to enjoy. You can tell many countless hours went into the planning & build of this home and we’re so glad they open their doors to accomodate guests. This will be an annual trip for us. No faults.

Well presented holiday home, with everything you need. Outdoor area was exceptional, perfect for relaxing. Quiet surroundings. Walking distance to shops & beach. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Lisa’s 😁

Booked as accommodation for a friends wedding at Stanley Park. Was a great for a few couples, had a very comfortable, family holiday house feel. Well stocked kitchen and BBQ. A great stay!

The house is very spacious and bright. Just across the road from the lake where you can have a nice picnic and watch the sunset. also just one block from the shops and cafes. Good to have a garage for two cars available. Janelle was very helpful and responsive.

Ricky was not only a very helpful and responsive host, he was friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the extra bathroom/ shower attached to the main bedroom (super helpful when you have a large family like mine all trying to share the one!) I will definitely stay there again 😊

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

Donna's place was fantastic for our family get together after visiting Newcastle for the day. It is in a great location, close to the beach with a great coffee shop down stairs. The apartment is spacious with great views. Donna is a very responsive host and extremely flexible with check in and check out. We will be back.

Great place, the apartment was cosy and clean and had everything you need, including iron and hair dryer. Peter is quick to reply and easy to deal with. For those who are getting here on foot, please keep in mind it is the Hill, so a steep walk and can be a bit hard when you are loaded with backpacks and bags. Other than that, cannot fault the place. Would recommend.

This gorgeous 2 bedroom unit right on the beach was exactly what we were after for our long weekend away. Easy access to the beach down the stairs, keyless entry to the unit, a carspace, very clean - lots of extra towels etc and well equiped unit with lots of kitchen and bathroom extras. Walking distance to cafe’s and restaurants. View from the balcony was gorgeous and private.

We had an amazing stay at Steve's place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to all the local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome chocolate and local recommendations. The communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we would love to stay here again!

The apartment as in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and cafes and the local esplanade. It was really well appointed and super cozy. For a one bedroom apartment it didn’t feel cramped at all.

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

All the wonderful reviews are accurate so I won't repeat them except to say that this has been added to our short list of places we would love to return to. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked for guests that want to cook. And a welcome basket was supper appreciated. We did have a car but with a bit of research into what has been said on this by Emily and others, and an ability and willingness to walk including hills, you could do this without the cost of a car. The buses are great! Even with a car, we ended up taking the bus to Manly to catch the ferry to Sydney for the day. Saved on parking in Manly for sure! We especially enjoyed the lovely sea view, walking to the rock swim pools at Whale Beach (and driving to others to swim) and finding great places to explore, walk and eat.

Overall, a good place with wonderful views of Broken Bay and the Pacific Ocean, and West St Umina. The place is tucked away in the hills area, so you will need a car or put yourself on the bus which stops outside. The property is located down a steep driveway. Inside it has sunken downstairs bedrooms and above is a well appointed and stocked kitchen and lounge area. The shower is great for couples who like different temperature with its dual nozzle system. Bedding is comfortable. Tip for new stayers, there is a second oil heater behind the wood heater which we discovered on checkout. Paul is a supportive host that offers flexibility.

10 stars! The longer you stay in Keran’s studio (and Newcastle) the longer you will want to stay. As frequent airbnb’ers we SO appreciate the considerate built-in storage spaces, HOOKS (!), all the kitchen supplies needed to cook meals, etc.! Keran spoiled us: cheeses, fruit, butter, gluten free crackers (she asked about dietary requirements!), OJ and more. Any anxiety about lack of outdoor space was quelled by a cute cozy basement style patio and the fact that Newcastle Beach and its shaded chill spaces is only a few minutes’ walk away. I have to mention the bathroom which had the most sophisticated lighting I have seen. Plus a great shower, just bring your shampoo. Public transport is nearby but we were happy to have a car to explore and traffic was a non-issue. Smaller car is best. Restaurants in walking distance as well as ocean pools (a must!). Best grocery stores by car. We met Keran who was great about checking in w/us and suggestions. She lives above in this historic complex.

Extremely cozy and a great area!

A beautiful unit finished and appointed to a very high standard. The unit is especially homely and only a few minutes walk to Avalon village. The location is ideally located also the nearby locality with lots of beaches, cafes and places of interest close by. We loved our time at this unit.
