For the location, comfort, walkability, availability, utility and John's responsiveness, safe-accommodations and value/price...almost unbelievable & unbeatable! If you need a place to crash or you need to stay comfortably for some time (i.e. weeks) in Rochester, this is going to be one of, if not, your top option. For multiple people (more than two), it would be a little close quarters to stay more than a few days--like if you will have any others over or stopping by. For my purposes, being in town for two nights for a sporting event, John's place was 100% perfect! Gave me the feeling that my college dorm room (which I loved and re-requested multiple years) had been upgraded to a way better adult format! And with a very nice, immaculate bathroom, retro-design little refrigerator and everything I needed/wanted. Side note: Walk to Ugly Duck Coffee for the best in-town experience!! (Though there is good coffee & maker in the room.)

Great place to stay, responsive host. Made a request to extend my stay for a day and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Very clean and simple units, exactly as advertised. There is a nice shared outdoor area too. Can’t beat the location, close enough to all the shops and restaurants downtown, yet far enough away where it’s quiet.

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We rented the entire Inn and had plenty of room for our large family to spend time together. Had everything we needed to prepare meals while we were there. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We really appreciated being able to check in a little early too.

Kinn feels like a home away from home for me, and made me feel like a local during my job transfer. Bay View is a great neighborhood that has the best in MKE restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shops, etc. Kinn is close to it all while still being in what feels like a residential area. Would never stay downtown again or allow any of my friends and family to do so. I now live here and I will always have out of town guests who don't stay with me book at Kinn. The rooms are clean, the fridge is always stocked (wine and farm fresh eggs? yes, please!) and there is an incredible restaurant downstairs if you want to be lazy. What more could you ask for??

Our stay was really enjoyable. Pat was exceptionally responsive with her communication, and was able to accommodate our request to check in a bit early so we could avoid the worst of the weather travelling to town. The place was very comfortable and warm, and the kitchen well equipped for us to have our own breakfast in-suite.

Loved our stay here! The location is PERFECT if you're wanting to do anything in downtown; you can walk anywhere, and looking over the lake was an incredible way to wind down! We did think the photos made the rooms look bigger than they were, but that's so minor. Just feels worth noting. :) The hosts were incredible responsive whenever we had questions, and booking their spot was very easy. There was a little hiccup when we booked, but they got it all sorted out right away. Highly recommend! We want to come back and try all of their rooms!

Beautiful home nestled in tranquil setting. Living area is new, clean, and comfortable. Loved the short walk through the woods to get down to the dock/beach. Kayaks available to do a bit of exploring on the lake (great fishing too). Walt and Daphne were GREAT - friendly, responsive, and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay.

We loved our 3 day stay at the Port Hotel. It’s a cool old hotel that had been restored, refurbished, and modernized. It has all the character and charm of the 1920s, with all the comfort and convenience of today. We slept well, ate well, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Port Washington. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who wants to get away.

A quiet retreat in a beautiful environment. Eric had the fire going with we arrived. We loved all the small details. The homemade breakfast in the morning was the icing on the cake.

Enjoyed a two-night stay at this unique 70’s era style motel located in a peaceful, forested, Queenston residential area. Our cozy queen room suited our needs perfectly. It was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable and linens were high quality. Loved that restaurants, wineries, hiking trails and other attractions were all nearby. Check-in/check-out went smoothly and communication with owners was excellent. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Elisha’s place is very well located close to everything downtown. It’s right above her cafe which also has amazing food and coffee! The space itself is clean, well appointed and super cozy. We will be back in the summer!

Great host and fabulous location! Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Niagara on the Lake! Orsi was so friendly, easy to communicate with and super accommodating! :) We will be back again!

Absolutely loved our one-night stay! The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable, I slept like a baby. Nice size mini refrigerator, microwave, Apple TV for streaming apps, safe parking lot, stand more. The only downfall would be that it seems like the city was closed after 7pm; based on the availability of food delivery and gas station snacks. Horrible planning on my end, but I was in town for a last minute work event. I would suggest to bring your own. Highly recommend and will come back!

I have started travelling recently, its been couple of months. And by far this is the best place I have come across. Host (Tiffany) was very responsive and always helpful in case of any information. Room was beautiful and clean with fully equipped kitchenette, laundry inside the building, which is very convenient . And there are lot of things to do in lake Chautauqua. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area. :)

I needed this quick stay while I was in town for a short period and found it to be a great find. The host was very responsive and flexible with my check in and everything was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing throughand I recommend it to anybody needing a quick stay.

Wonderful space to stay! I was alone and felt completely safe and comfortable staying here, it was perfect.

Excellent value for money. Frankly unbeatable. The building is being renovated so it should get better with time. Not really a place to get work done with the lack of a desk and middling wifi, but perfect when you need a simple functional place to stay. The value proposition literally cannot be beat.

My wife and I along with another couple stayed overnight at Jamie's place. We were in Ridgeway to attend a concert. We got home late (after midnight) but had no problem entering the place at that time. The upstairs two bedroom with a small sitting area was cozy, comfortable and very well appointed. Jamie is friendly and helpful.
