Janet went above and beyond at hosting her “mini hotel” the loft is everything you see, very private, so clean, so beautiful, and so much to do right around. It was the safest area I’ve stayed in. Janet is by far the best Host and will go above and beyond for every one of her guests. She has extra linens, extra cleaning supplies, extra everything! She responds within 20 mins so no waiting around!!! She is a wonderful host. My 30 day stay wish could be forever!!!! Loved every moment spent at The Loft it was perfect for my daughter as Janet bought her toys, Janet is not only the most respectful Host, the kindest. I would recommend anyone coming to this Tonawanda! The perfect place to stay for family❤️ and others!

We had such a fun New Years Eve mini vacation staying in this charming town at this cozy loft above a pub. It was really nice to be able to have a few cocktails and not have to worry about driving or finding an Uber. The hosts were so friendly!! I will stay here again.

Janet’s place was fantastic! Very close to the Elora Mill and downtown Elora with great shops and restaurants. It was very clean and spacious and Janet was kind to leave a bottle of wine, coffee, tea and popcorn which was appreciated. Would love to come back in warmer weather to use the balcony. Highly recommend the Cellar downstairs from the flat for dinner!

Don is a top notch host, and his place is great. He was extremely flexible with some scheduling changes that we needed and was proactive in checking to see how he could make the stay better. I would 100% stay here again and stay at any property Don has.

Great, cool little spot. In-unit laundry was super helpful and we weren't too far from the blue line which was great for getting to and from the airport.

This is our 3rd stay at Steve and Lori’s loft condo. Perfect for our needs for Homecoming/Parents weekend at Hope College. Unique doesn’t do it justice in description. It comes with an awesome story. The condo is perfect in every way. Kitchen is filled with every gadget, beds are very comfortable, sitting areas are comfy & cozy, outside deck with hot tub is private and spacious, location on 8th Street is optimal for dining, shopping and entertainment. We will stay again and again.

We had a great stay, and would absolutely stay here again. The loft is every bit as great as it looks in the pictures. Walkable neighborhood. The only issue we had was the locks for both the building door and the door to the loft were a little tricky. But that didn't have any effect on our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

We LOVE staying at The Loft. It's convenient and only a few blocks from our grandkids residence. Additionally, there are many shops and restaurants nearby which is helpful. Overall, it's comfortable, cozy, and perfect for two people.

Very well appointed condo in a great location with lots of restaurants and things to do close by. The train station was walkable and we were a short Uber ride to downtown Chicago as well… our bed was comfortable and everything was clean and cozy :).

A lovely place and a lovely host. Definitely some noise downstairs by the window from the street but honestly it didn’t bother us at all. The place was well decorated, comfortable, easy to get in and out of, and such a joy. We had to bring the heat up to keep the place warm (the upstairs loft area heats quickly though). Also the shower door had some damage. Besides this - it was such a dream, and so worth what we paid. There’s grocery and food nearby too.

Wow. What an amazing place! Annual guys "ski trip" that we've been doing for 20+ years. This place was so great we actually didn't make it out skiing. Great place for a group to hang out. Plenty to do in the place (pool table, dart board, poker table, etc.). PLENTY of room to not feel cramped (more square footage than my 2-story home). Also, great location - we were able to park our vehicles when we arrived, and not touch them again until we left. We walked everywhere - plenty of restaurants, bars, short walk to the lake and Canal Park, etc. Very unique place. Host was very responsive and flexible. Can't wait to rent this place again!

We had an amazing time at the Opera House! We had been to local events here in the past. This place is absolutely beautiful. Ed and his wife are super kind and very responsive. We hosted a birthday party and every guest fell in love with this place. We look forward to booking more overnights here in the future. Thank you Ed!

This loft was perfect for my month long contract in Rockford. The unit was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Communication was clear and prompt. I'd absolutely stay here again if I found myself in the area.

Awesome location with a communicative host. I had a very slight issue when I first arrived and the toilet handle broke but Robert was very quick to resolve it. convenience store and restaurant within walking distance. it was affordable, comfortable and quiet.

Walkable distance of the falls. Nice room. Decent kitchen.

The space was exactly as described, and even more beautiful in person immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I felt truly welcomed and cared for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained home with a fantastic host. I’ll definitely be back!
